Decided to give this place a try after reading mixed reviews, and I'm here to say I am glad we did! I had the Texas Monster and my wife had the pepper madness, both with extra cheese. We also ordered a side of onion rings. We both really thought our sandwiches were very good and same with the onion rings. Price was a little on the high side, and $2 for extra cheese seemed a little excessive but at least we both were very happy with our food. The amount of cheese with adding extra to our sandwich should be the standard amount IMO, it was perfect. We will be back again when we are craving phillys. smash Burge wasn't cooked all the way. Only two pickles on it. Horrible, fries ver salty. Service horrible, lady at the counter very rude. she acts like she don't want to be there. Went to the restroom, no toilet paper when o asked she looked at me like was crazy for asking, then she just handed to me. First time here won't be returning. I work in the Fife area and often call in food orders for 20 to 23 employees and I "pick it up" vs Door Dash or Uber Eats because we've had numerous issues with those apps in the past. I called into order and was told "I'm busy and cant write down your order please put the order in on Door Dash?" I drove to the business and had to walk in and place my order on their digital kiosk screen. The girl who was behind the counter didn't offer to take my order; which she absolutely could cause no one was standing there ordering; everyone there had ordered or was waiting for their food to come out the kitchen; she just kept staring at her phone behind the soda machine and counter; maybe waiting for the Door Dash order I didn't place. I started my order on one of their two digital kiosks and an elderly couple walked in and didn't know how to order. I had to say to the girl behind the counter "you have two people here who need help" and she then greeted them and told them they could place an order on the other iPod or digital kiosk next to me. There was a group of 3-4 constructions workers behind the old couple who joked about the lack of customer service and I told them how I was there to place my order in person cause they were "to busy to write down my food order over the phone" and I showed them my list of people and food orders I had to "input myself" on the kiosk. I then sat and waited 45 minutes for a food order I SHOULD just be able to walk in the door; pay for; and leave. I wasted $225 here and I won't do it again. I recommend ordered from Joes Deli; The Pit Stop Deli; or Happy Teriyaki in Fife cause they've always let me "call in and order" and never been to busy to treat me like a customer and they take the time to write down what you want and how you want it; they even offer to write my employees names on the orders!! We won't be making anymore walk ins or call in orders to Philly N Smash since their version of customer service is "hey bro can you order that on the app ?? I'm like way to busy to do my job right now" The loss of customer service in the digital age will be the death of small business. Don't treat the customer like they are a problem when they call to order product from you. read more

Came in to try this place for the first time. I was immediately greeted by the cashier, she wasn't nice. She gave me a lot of back and forth regarding my order. It was simple, I asked for a double smash, side of onion rings (which I asked if they had) she said yes but in a attitude way, then I asked for the lunch special combo that was $10.99, she later tells me. "I'm confused what do you want?" I had to repeat a few times. She was more focus on her personal phone than helping me get my order straight. She seemed not happy with her job. Anyways I got out order but almost forgot the drink that came with the combo, I asked for the cup and she pointed to it. Overall I believe the service played a huge part on the welcoming and understanding in this place. Food was a little salty and onion rings were mid, they were overcooked and wasn't worth the price. This place is definitely overhyped. Cheesesteak was not what I imagined. I got the pepper madness. It was OKAY. I wouldn't come back for it. They have self service kiosk which when I first went in, the lady didn't even tell me. She just greeted me and went on with whatever she was doing. I had to figure it out myself. Others that came in were also confused. My son got the smash burger and said he'd come back so maybe that's what they're better at. Fries weren't anything special. Tasted like frozen fries. I'm giving them a five based on the food. The meat was juicy, and I really liked the role they used. French fries fries were really good, they had a nice crisp to them, but we're not overdone. Two suggestions, more cheese mixed in the cheesesteak itself versus layering it on the bun, and the service when we went was very subpar. They should really work to make people feel more at home and make it a friendlier environment. I think it would make it busier. read more

To me jersey mikes is better for a beef sandwich . There was nothing special about the sandwich, the taste. I give it a 3 out of 10.

Aside from a language barrier and the meal have less than a small fry at McDonald's the Cheeseburger plus bacon was delicious

I was excited to try this place I seen on Facebook and when me and my wife got here we ordered our food on a tablet. The lady over the counter started tapping the empty soda cup on the counter and I asked her "is this our drink?" She didn't smile or say a word and just looked at me and did same with our bag of food; she just put the food on the counter, looked at me and didn't smile when I asked if this was our food. This place needs more credit than it's getting. I hope more customers support this business in the near future. Had the onion smash burger, loaded deluxe fries, and chocolate milk shake. All of it hit the spot! ‍ A lot of places claim they sell smash burger but forget the essential crispy edges of the patty. This place seems to have mastered that. Service was great the young Lady behind the counter was very nice and welcoming, but the food was absolutely horrible and overpriced. My Philly was dry as can be and did not have much flavor. I will say the amount of cheese was great. Order a Philly, smash burger with 2 Pattie's, Milk shake and A coke.....total was $37 dollars which is overpriced for what it is. Being out of town, from Philly, I wanted a "Philly" cheesesteak. Not many have gotten it right. Including cheesesteak spots in Philly. I.E. Pats......Genos to name a few. So I didn't expect much. I placed my order. Cheesesteak fried onions, American cheese and light mayo First red flag, when I got my order, I had to put my own mayo on. Second red flag it was kind of small to be a Philly cheesesteak. And there was something about the role. My hubby and I have been wanting to try this spot for a while. We finally stopped by to get dinner and it did not disappoint. When you walk in they have two self serve kiosks but the young lady took our order. Wait times wasn't bad at all. Wasn't too busy. We were there around 7 pm. Looked really clean. We ordered a Deluxe Philly cheesesteak, onion smash burger and regular fries. The Deluxe had jalapeños, bell peppers, onions and mushrooms with your choice of provolone or American cheese. We chose provolone. DELICIOUS. The jalapeños are spicy and I loved it. My lips are still burning lol The onion smash burger was a double patty with crispy edges, sautéed onions, pickles, cheese and smash sauce. I didn't care for the pickles on the burger and I love pickles. It tasted off but I took the pickles off and it was really tasty. The fries were good they remind me of bowling alley fries.
