Came in to try this place for the first time. I was immediately greeted by the cashier, she wasn't nice. She gave me a lot of back and forth regarding my order. It was simple, I asked for a double smash, side of onion rings (which I asked if they had) she said yes but in a attitude way, then I asked for the lunch special combo that was $10.99, she later tells me. "I'm confused what do you want?" I had to repeat a few times. She was more focus on her personal phone than helping me get my order straight. She seemed not happy with her job. Anyways I got out order but almost forgot the drink that came with the combo, I asked for the cup and she pointed to it. Overall I believe the service played a huge part on the welcoming and understanding in this place. Food was a little salty and onion rings were mid, they were overcooked and wasn't worth the price. Not a fan, won't be back.

This place is definitely overhyped. Cheesesteak was not what I imagined. I got the pepper madness. It was OKAY. I wouldn't come back for it. They have self service kiosk which when I first went in, the lady didn't even tell me. She just greeted me and went on with whatever she was doing. I had to figure it out myself. Others that came in were also confused. My son got the smash burger and said he'd come back so maybe that's what they're better at. Fries weren't anything special. Tasted like frozen fries. I probably wouldn't come back. Maybe if my son wanted another smash burger and we were close. Never would go out my way.

This little shop is a bit under rated! The food is good and pretty fast. The only negative is the woman in the front has No personality whatsoever but that's ok! I trait enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak and smash burger tha we ordered. We couldn't finish it and brought the rest home! Will be back again!! Oh... the lunch special is totally worth it!!

I'm giving them a five based on the food. The meat was juicy, and I really liked the role they used. French fries fries were really good, they had a nice crisp to them, but we're not overdone. Two suggestions, more cheese mixed in the cheesesteak itself versus layering it on the bun, and the service when we went was very subpar. They should really work to make people feel more at home and make it a friendlier environment. I think it would make it busier.

Great smash burger. I'm so happy they opened up a smash burger place here in fife, not too far away from where I live. I got the classic with cheese added bacon smash burger and it was 5. The consistency and flavor was on point and the owner was really nice as well. I'll definitely be coming back.

Probably the closest thing to a classic Philly cheesesteak here in the Pacific Northwest. Simple and tasty. I added their new lunch special to the photos.

Onion rings were hot n delicious, philly sandwich was hot and flavorful.. service was quick..I will be back to try a smash burger

To me jersey mikes is better for a beef sandwich . There was nothing special about the sandwich, the taste. I give it a 3 out of 10.

We were the only people in the dining room for lunch the entire time until our last 10 mins. This restaurant is inside a casino in Fife. Parking is interesting, and the casino itself is in the middle of a reno so it looks a bit messy but otherwise it is fine. Kudos to them for trying to make the outside section nice because the view kind of kills it. Pros - it's a very nicely designed space. The hostess and our waitress were so nice and welcoming, even giving me a stool for my bag (and it wasn't even my fanciest bag lol!) Overall, the restaurant is nice, the food seems to be mostly fresh and good quality and service was nice. I actually quite enjoyed my ribeye, despite our broccolinni having no almonds, as stated on the menu. My affogato was good, and the cake frosting and flavors were good. Cons - I say these with love...but we both feel the kitchen was not up to par, or the main chef was off, or something happened because there were quite a few mishaps during our visit. The appetizers were good, but the scallops needed salt and I would not pair them with pineapple, personally. The calamari weren't the most tender, and the breading was interesting - it's definitely not your typical breading, it suited a fish and chips dish better. The sweet and spicy sauce served with it is from trader Joe's...I know because I've bought it before, so I don't believe it's house made. Like I previously stated, the broccolinni was missing the almonds, and the carrots on the side that I ordered for $13 were so embarrassing that the waitress came back after serving us and told us that she spoke to the manager and got those off our bill. That's how ridiculous they were, so thank you to her for having good values at work. While I liked my steak, it was very, very fatty, and my husband asked for medium rare and definitely got medium well. Lastly, the pink champagne cake was disappointing, not because it was yucky, but because the cake itself was clearly days old, and had been freshly frosted. It was tough, dry and stale, while the frosting was fresh and light. Overall, I can see coming back but I'm in no rush due to the price/location/overall food.

Restaurant was clean and busy with people but my server returned quickly to take my order after I was given my coffee. Decided on the veggie skillet, ordered side of avacado. To begin with, the burgers made by both joints are similar, but please don't go expecting an exact match. And that's a good thing. There are plenty of places in the Puget Sound region trying too hard to make a poor facsimile. Pick-Quick goes another direction. This is a plus in my book. The bun is just right. The meat patty griddled to perfection. The cheese is cheese, and the veggies are what you'd expect. But the onion is the game changer. No lettuce to give you crunch but little if anything else besides potential intestinal distress (looking at you, Taco Bell). It's a single, solid slice of sweet, mild onion, a flat ring that adds a solid crunch and a satisfying counterbalance to the rest of the burger. A change in perspective that is both welcome and delightful. And they've got a picnic area to enjoy instead of a dining room. So there's that. Their fries are great. The shakes are great. The service takes a while, but that's because they're actually back there, making your order and the orders of the forty people who got there before you. And the wait is a part of the charm. A rite of passage, a way to atone for whatever sins you've made against the cheeseburger gods, for which you will be greatly rewarded in half an hour. Suck it up and deal.
