This place talks big but does not deliver to what they said. Dropped off the car early in the…read moremorning for a tint but they didn't even work on the car til around 4pm. Which is quite stupid because the appointment was drop off at 9am and one of the guy told me that the car will be done at 12 prior to scheduling appt. But then switched to 3 the day off calling around 11am of appointment day. Then switched again to 4 and if you call speaking to a different guy he will tell you 7pm. Why have appointments if you will just keep the car all day. Called again at 330pm and was told that it will be done 4-430. But now it is 515 and still not done. Just a tint job I might say. One guy will say there's 2 guys working on the car but they outsource their tint jobs to windtech360 mobile tinting 619-382-7606. So I should've gone to those guys instead of this car audio one shop. Which is quite redundant but lesson learned. So please if you're going to this shop just avoid it because they will schedule you for an appointment just to keep your car all day literally and then outsource the job to another company. For the price and the trouble. Yea avoid this place. Better go to another spot.

After explaining his current Infinity Kappa system, the staff recommended Focal ACX 165 speakers, which we purchased. Before installation, another professional audio shop informed us these speakers were not comparable to his existing setup. They remained unopened and unused, but Audio One refused to issue a refund, even after we spoke with the owner. Instead of addressing our concerns, they dismissed the second shop's opinion and claimed they were only trying to make a sale. Ironically, that shop had actually sent my husband to purchase speakers elsewhere before ultimately offering him a discount on a more appropriate set for his vehicle. A good car audio shop should recommend equipment that matches the customer's existing system, not simply make a sale. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. We recommend getting a second opinion and comparing prices before purchasing from this shop.

I appreciated his patience and transparency, and there was no pressure to purchase anything. They completed the installation within a couple of hours, and everything worked without any issues. Before I left, the owner even took the time to sit with me and demonstrate how to operate the new receiver and use its features. The product itself was great, and it saved me over $2,000 compared to what the Toyota dealer quoted me for replacing the factory infotainment unit. Initially I requested to be quoted on yelp, no response for a good amount of hours which isn't a big deal since I just decided to call and was able to get my quote quickly over the phone. We were able to set up an appointment and he actually set it at 8:15am because I asked for it to be done soon because of work and he had another client after when he's usually at least I've seen open at 9am which I can appreciate. When I came to the appointment there was a positive and a negative, the positive is he helped me decide on the right tint 5% on back 45 % on front 2 and 70% windshield CXP but there was a spontaneous 60$ increase to my price from 700 to 760$ due to him running out of the tint i was initially going for and switching to CXP which at first I was skeptical but I think the result was worth it and it comes with a *limited* life time warranty. Overall 2 hiccups, it's not a big operation & the guy who helped was very polite and explained things very openly which I can also appreciate, I'm happy with my experience and result and I would definitely recommend this place to the people I know as well as any person reading.

Unfortunately, the conversation didn't feel very helpful or welcoming. When I asked about ceramic tint, I was told I "didn't need it," but when I asked why, the explanation came across more dismissive than educational. The shop may very well do quality work, and I can't speak to their installations, but customer experience matters too. I was hoping for a more informative and respectful interaction, especially as someone trying to learn before making a purchase decision.

I was quoted $140 for the installation, but when I arrived, I was told there would be an additional $50 charge for parts. I wish this had been communicated upfront to avoid any surprises. They told me my car would be ready by 1:30 PM, but when I hadn't heard anything by 3:30 PM, I called to check in. They said they'd been trying to reach me, but I confirmed that my number was written correctly on the paperwork--it just hadn't been read properly. When I picked up my car, I noticed a few issues: * The satellite antenna was placed on top of my dash with visible wires, which didn't look very clean or professional. * A hole had been drilled near the dash for a charging wire that I didn't request, even though my car already has multiple outlets. * The biggest issue was that several features like my rear camera and steering wheel controls weren't hooked up, despite my car having the capability for them. When I called to ask about the missing features, I was told I'd need to purchase additional parts. I understand that some systems require extra components, but I would've appreciated more clear communication before the install, so I could make an informed decision. In the end, I decided to dispute the charge and will be taking my car to another installer to have the job completed properly.
