This place talks big but does not deliver to what they said. Dropped off the car early in the…read moremorning for a tint but they didn't even work on the car til around 4pm. Which is quite stupid because the appointment was drop off at 9am and one of the guy told me that the car will be done at 12 prior to scheduling appt. But then switched to 3 the day off calling around 11am of appointment day. Then switched again to 4 and if you call speaking to a different guy he will tell you 7pm. Why have appointments if you will just keep the car all day. Called again at 330pm and was told that it will be done 4-430. But now it is 515 and still not done. Just a tint job I might say. One guy will say there's 2 guys working on the car but they outsource their tint jobs to windtech360 mobile tinting 619-382-7606. So I should've gone to those guys instead of this car audio one shop. Which is quite redundant but lesson learned. So please if you're going to this shop just avoid it because they will schedule you for an appointment just to keep your car all day literally and then outsource the job to another company. For the price and the trouble. Yea avoid this place. Better go to another spot.

I appreciated his patience and transparency, and there was no pressure to purchase anything. They completed the installation within a couple of hours, and everything worked without any issues. Before I left, the owner even took the time to sit with me and demonstrate how to operate the new receiver and use its features. The product itself was great, and it saved me over $2,000 compared to what the Toyota dealer quoted me for replacing the factory infotainment unit. They said they'd been trying to reach me, but I confirmed that my number was written correctly on the paperwork--it just hadn't been read properly. When I picked up my car, I noticed a few issues: * The satellite antenna was placed on top of my dash with visible wires, which didn't look very clean or professional. * A hole had been drilled near the dash for a charging wire that I didn't request, even though my car already has multiple outlets. * The biggest issue was that several features like my rear camera and steering wheel controls weren't hooked up, despite my car having the capability for them. When I called to ask about the missing features, I was told I'd need to purchase additional parts. I understand that some systems require extra components, but I would've appreciated more clear communication before the install, so I could make an informed decision.
