The only super frustrating thing about this Alley is the placement of the score computer which is mounted directly in front of the ball return. You are always reaching over or around which is unlike any other alley I've been too. Gets really annoying because they have a platform that blocks your feet from being able to get right up to it.

Weak WiFi Free Breakfast Breakfast Area Fully Visible to Front Desk Creepy Manager / Unprofessional Manager Hygiene No Pool Room issues Highway Noise Paranormal Experiences * I'm just gonna elaborate on this one item at a time.. One of the biggest and most glaring issues for me is the fact that there is no elevator in this hotel. I'm surprised that that's not mandatory at this point in any hotel but that was my first issue. Now anyone who has ever stayed in the hotel and been the one that pays, you know there's often a security deposit associated in case anything is broken damaged or taken. Until staying at this hotel the largest security deposit I'd ever heard of was $40. I think $100 is absolutely ridiculous. So if after this review you still want to stay here be mindful of that. The other thing I've never understood no matter what hotel it occurs at is only having an ice machine on one floor. You run water through the entire building. Put an ice machine on every level especially if you don't have an elevator. Which directly leads into my next complaint you want to keep that with your ice buckets fine, but give them a lid otherwise it's just pointless unless you're thinking everyone's going to use all the ice at once. 90% of the time we're not. Their Wi-Fi is weak at best. For a casual cell phone user like myself it's not a huge issue however if you're trying to do any type of business it won't work for you. Their free "Breakfast " . Yes I listed this under Pros as well because I understand that they don't have to offer it. But if you're going to don't be cheap about it. Even extraordinarily basic motels offer at least one hot option. You hard boil eggs, it wouldn't be difficult to scramble them up, put them in a warming tray ... buy bread.. plug in a toaster and offer eggs and toast. As you'll see from my pictures there was more than enough room to do so. And if cereal is going to be your main offering , offer more than one type of milk. Especially given today's very prevalent diet restrictions. I also wasn't a fan of the fact that the front desk attendant can fully see the entire breakfast area I understand that security is important but that's what you have cameras for and I thought it was creepy with the guy watching me eat. Speaking of a sudden manager or front desk attendant, or whatever his title was let's talk about workplace hygiene. Because when he came past me to check the breakfast area, let's put it nicely and say he did not smell clean. Also I don't believe a t-shirt is appropriate work attire. Unless it's a polo offered by the company. The lack of pool was not a huge issue for me but if you're traveling with kids it might be. Just another thing I wanted to make note of. Now getting to the actual room itself, as I stated the rooms themselves are fairly nice and definitely spacious. However, being on the second floor of this hotel made me extremely uneasy. Because as you make your way to the bed and then make your way back from the bed there is a very noticeable slant in the floor which to me speaks of foundational issues. There are lots of cracks in the ceiling as you'll see in two of my pictures. There is a slant in the bathroom floor as well . There was an our room anyway . The hotel is also directly off the highway which makes for a less than peaceful nights sleep. Tying into that is my final con. Shake your head and laugh if you will but both my boyfriend and I had paranormal experiences including hearing voices and detecting movements and sounds that were not coming from either of us. In our rush to leave I forgot to take a picture but also one of the pillars in the lobby has a significant gap between the pillar itself and the ceiling. I'm sorry this is long but you guys know how I feel about being entirely honest so I wanted you to know my full feelings and experience at this location.
