My wings were really good! I went on $5 Rita night & honestly my margarita was kinda nasty. It had like this certain type of taste i have never tasted nothing like that before. Odd vibes from the beginning. Not sure what his title is (maybe manager or supervisor) was standing at the podium (there was about 8-10 tables occupied so not busy at all) and didn't even acknowledge us or the group in front of us. He eventually sat the group before us, walked back to the podium, again not saying a word or even looking at us (about 10 more seconds I was ready to walk out) he then looks up and asks "how many" instead of greeting us or straight up saying "I'm so sorry folks, I'm still trying to get my bearings or anything at all for that matter that would excuse his lack of welcome. We get seated, the server came by and said they didn't have a beer that was on the menu "because the menu is for all locations and not specific to this location" I then asked just a couple simple questions about the some items on the menu and she really didn't know. No problem, it's a fairly new location, new staff, new menu to learn=no problem I completely understand. Our appetizer came out less than a minute before our wings and fries did and my beer finally got to the table after the food was brought out. To say the food was mediocre is an understatement. Maybe the location in Cinco is better, but it's fair to say with all the other amazing restaurants in Katy I definitely won't be back. Waste of $80. read more

My experience dining in was great. Myranda was awesome and attentive. Even the playlist was nice. I tried Spicy Ranch Lemon pepper wings for the first time and loved them. I ordered extra to take Togo. Imagine my surprise when I was letting my brother sample them and he said they were regular lemon pepper!!! No problem. It was probably a mix up in the kitchen. I wasn't too far so I went back to the restaurant to request an exchange. The young man took my wings and surprisingly returned 20 seconds later. I thought they had some extra in the back. I opened the container in my car and discovered he just dumped some seasoning powder on top of MY wings I was returning. Normally, they would provide you with fresh wings. That's what I anticipated especially since I paid $9+ for 5 wings. I have been trying to call to speak with the manager at no avail. I am highly disappointed and frustrated. And we went to watch the college bowl games and all of the TV's were muted and they were playing loud music instead. We missed Wild Wings when they closed down and we're in the search for another place with good wings. After trying a few we finally found our place, Big City Wing at the Clay/Morton location is soo good! We were so excited to see Andy, Amanda and Joey from Wild Wings working here and finally felt like we were at Cheers again. We love them soo much and we received the best service from them. The wings are very good here and we are extremely picky. The Big City Wings at the Cinco Ranch area was not good and they made my husband and his sister sick. The vibe, better tasting wings and staff is way better at Clay/Morton location. The staff mentioned used to work at Wild Wings and have a lot experience in this business. The wings we ate were spicy ranch fry rub, spicy jalapeño lemon pepper and regular hot and our friend had the Block Burger burger with sourdough jalapeño buns, Angus meat, cheddar cheese, and avocado. All the food was amazing! The service from Joey, Amanda and Andy was the icing on the cake. Great big screen TV's with sound of the Astros was the cherry on top! read more

Just tried this new location for take out. Very disappointed. Not much flavor especially for medium and hot garlic. My salad was 3/4 brown and bitter white lettuce so threw 3/4 of it in the trash. Fries and wings just meh. Forgot 2 things in our order but they did give them to us. Too pricey too for small amounts of food. Will go back to Buffalo Wild Wings or Tx Borders for better wings . This was our go-to wing place since we found it a few months ago. It has gone downhill considerably each time we ate here. There is no care or interest in turning out good food. The wings are soggy and under flavored. The appetizers have suffered as well. I would be able to overlook this if the service and cleanliness wasn't the main issue. The wait staff comes by when they get bored with their phones. We've seen them sitting in corner tables playing on their devices while our drinks needed refills. The worst is the restroom. It looks and smells like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. This was the nail in the coffin. We won't be back. read more

If I could leave NO STARS I would. My daughter placed a pick up order for me for tonight's at 6:34 We were given a timeframe of 15-17 minutes for pick up which is pretty standard.... Everything went downhill upon arrival. When I arrived at the restaurant at approximately 6:55 I was told first there was no record of the order and was asked if I sure it was this location. I immediately pull up the online order which shows I'm at the correct location. They did find the order and advised it would be about ten more minutes as the kitchen was backed up. At about 7:15 a server brings food from the back labeled with someone else's name and as they are checking the order it's determined it was bagged wrong and not her order. The manager and server proceeded to take all the food out opening containers talking back and forth over them before telling this lady they were throwing it away and fixing her order again. By this time I realize it was likely my order they took back and asked the server to check on my order since I was still waiting. At 7:30 I again ask that they check on my food which was placed about an hour ago now. The manager comes BACK with a bag at about 7;45 saying it's my food that was also remade and stating he wasn't sure what happened in the back but he was offering a $20 credit on a future order for the wait. I then decide to check the order myself to make sure it was correct after a long wait just to realize it's the SAME chicken they allegedly tossed and was super cold due to being prepared over an hour ago at that point. I immediately stated sir this chicken is not fresh. He then states the sauce is the reason it looks old/ dry and I said again no sir this chicken is COLD. At this point I asked for a refund that still took another 30 minutes to process.... The manager and the shorter pick up counter worker were VERY dismissive and both had attitudes I'm assuming because of the amount of customers and the fact that MULTIPLE orders were wrong not just the lady ahead of me and mine. ( Apparently other customers were calling back complaining about their orders as well) we've been faithful patrons here since they opened but they NEVER have to worry about me returning. read more

We ordered our food and drinks, food was served in about 20 minutes, the waitress didn't bring our drinks so I asked her if we could get our drinks. She replied that the drinks weren't up to her, that that was on the bar and walked away. Spoke with the manager, Dave, he stated we would get a discount, we weren't looking for that at all. Finally got out drinks thanks to the manager's intervention. Our food order was wrong as well, I had ordered 5 wings, got 10, ordered a pint of beer and got the 32oz. So I asked the waitress to make that correction on our check, she did, we walked out of there not planning to ever return.
