'WINGs, WINGS, WINGS" Customer service on point, cleanliness a plus, wings great, sauces need improvement. From the moment I entered the restaurant, it was absolutely well lit, clean and smelled very good and fresh. Cheyenne T and Cheyenne T were welcoming me with open arms as if I was walking in a doctor's office. There smiles and sounds made me feel at home when I was suppose to be taking my food to go. I politely mentioned it was my first time but needed to use restroom before I start with the questions. Cheyenne T. showed me the location of the bathroom and politely waited for me to return to place my order. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and sauces suggestions. Cheyenne Z was just as helpful and ready to call back my order to begin the process. The most impressive portion was Connor who was readily available repeated my order verbatim to ensure accuracy after receiving order from the cashiers. The receipt differed from the pricing on the board; however, it would misled you into thinking you were charged more. The menu shows boneless and classic pricing but receipt shows the boneless price and added $0.70 which equals the pricing under classic. There is also and additional charge of $1.50 for flats which I was unaware until I seen receipt. I believe was an honest mistake. Every charge is written on the screen before you tap or pay but I was not paying attention the first day. There is also a charge of $.99 for drink with combo. I believe it should just be one price including drinks. Especially when you are competing with other wing spots in KATY. 1). 5 Mardi Gras ( Louisiana Rub / Cajun) 5 Hot Lemon Pepper ( Lemon Pepper (Dry seasoning) / Hot ( wet) Cajun Fries The Mardi Gras was my absolute favorite. The Hot Lemon Pepper was a little to thin, once poured on the wings the sauce just runs off and the wings are left looking barely coated. Drinks are self serve. I returned a 2nd day because I wanted to try another flavor also and that MARDI GRAS sauce had me in a chokehold. 2) 5 Mardi Gras ( Louisiana Rub / Cajun) 5 Mango Habanero Of course I was very impressed with the Mardi Gras and honestly I should have just requested one flavor. The Mango Habanero was not great at all. It tasted more like a jelly glaze, thick and made more for a spread than chicken. It was very sweet , less spicy and not much flavor in my opinion. I mentioned it to the BANESSA and she was very apologetic and said she will provide the feedback. Both days I was very impressed with the customer service. CHEYENNE T, CHEYENNE Z, CONNOR AND BANESSA ALL OF YOU ROCK!!!!!! MANAGMENT MAKE SURE YOU RECOGNIZE THESE EMPLOYEES!!!!

When they first started out, they were great store. Food quality was good however they have high turnover and they always have a new manager nude people when you're working they can't seem to get it together and the worst part is they're trying to keep up with Wingstop, which has been established business for over 30+ years. These are the new kids on the block every time Wingstop does something Wingbay changes their menu or their pricing on top of it when you order online, the food cost more money than when you go on the store. This is the dealbreaker for me. There's super expensive and overrated. The dealbreaker for me was different prices online versus the store. They've changed their prices around several times. They can't seem to get it together or keep anybody in the store working

The wetness from the lemon pepper wings!

Almost $30 for the 15 piece wings combo, no drink, and no no no. The fries weren't hot, and they weren't busy, the corn was over fried, a couple of pieces were miniature, and the lemon pepper was wet, not a dry rub. For a first time experience, it'll also be the last time. The restaurant was clean, ample tables & chairs to eat inside, the guys working there were pleasant also.

And what is this? Is it a wing?

Sando Satori absolutely lived up to the hype. Considering everything was made fresh to order and we…read moreordered 4 hot sandwiches plus 2 drinks, the wait time was honestly very reasonable. The drinks were fantastic. The strawberry matcha and cloud lavender matcha were perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and you could still truly taste the matcha instead of just sugar. For the food, the ebi and chicken katsu sandos were incredible. Both came out hot, crispy, and packed with flavor, while the bread was unbelievably soft and fluffy. The egg sandos were also excellent, and I loved the addition of the soft-boiled eggs because it added both great texture and presentation. The biggest surprise for me was the strawberry cream sando. That thing was AMAZING. The bread was slightly sweet and different from the hot sandos, which made it pair perfectly with the cream and strawberries. Honestly, everything was so good that we completely inhaled the food before even thinking about taking photos. Definitely one of the best sando spots I've tried, and I'll absolutely be back.

Great spot for Japanese sandos (sandwiches)! Both hot and cold sandos are available here…read more Spicy Chicken Katsu Sando - Appreciated that they cut the sandwich in half for convenience. Plus triangle-cut sandwiches taste better lol. The sliced Chicken Katsu pieces were thick, juicy, and super crispy. Amazing bread too, light and spongy, with the crusts cut off. Nice additions inside - the savory sauce had just a hint of spice and the shredded cabbage was crunchy and fresh. Mango Cream Sando - the cream inside was light and airy, with subtle sweetness. Paired well with the sweet and fresh mango. Great dessert sandwich to finish off the meal. For drinks, they have a large assortment of coffee, tea, matcha, soda refresher, slush, and more. We got the Ube Cream Coffee, which was one of their popular drinks (had a star next to it on the menu). The coffee itself was super rich, like classic Vietnamese coffee. Interesting twist with the Ube Cream on top. Fluffy and cloud-like with nice Ube flavor. I'm glad they gave a lot (1/3 of cup), since it was yummy and made the drink more creamy. Love the book wall, it goes up to the ceiling with floating books too. The interior gives such cozy vibes, especially with the dark wood tables and shelves. Fast service - no wait to place my order and all my food was ready after checking out the decor. They have a small sando menu but they have mastered them well, so it's easy to pick from the short list. Lovely to grab a sandwich and coffee here to relax!

I'm going to withhold torrential criticism of this establishment since I am new to it and I don't…read morewant to discourage folks however there are certain cautions that I think folks considering Harvey's should bear in mind. There is a dine in option however the place is relatively small and they have quite a busy "To Go" service so it is akin the having a meal along a busy sidewalk. Please don't misunderstand, if your option is to consume your meal in a facility or in your car it is likely more convenient but that ends the contrast. Because it is o "To Go" oriented for instance if you order gumbo (which I did) you will be given a small plastic spoon and salad (which I ordered) will be segregated (Like olives grouped together, feta grouped etc. ) in a container "To Go" container making it impossible to 'toss' without making a mess or using your hands. Let's address food which I have mentioned. Gumbo is akin to a Manhattan style fish chowder, not objectionable however not gumbo. The Greek Salad I gave already described with the addition of the fact that my dressing had solidified. When I pointed it out to the folks taking orders it was replaced however in this respect I'm glad I ate in...without a microwave it would not have liquified. Look, I am not an idealist, This is a sandwich "To Go" place I don't fault the owners at trying to make every square inch of a rental place earn money however the 'dine in' option is a convenience not an ambience. The 'gumbo' was not and the salad was a generous portion of lettuce, fresh vegetables, adequate feta however the initial dressing and the serving container for 'eat in' was disappointing. Next time I will order a sandwich which is a Deli goal.
