Now for the rest--incl. the most crucial factor of a BBQ meal: the meat. ALL of the meat tasted dry. We got the 3 meat combo with ribs, pulled pork, and chicken. While there was a nice smoky flavor to the chicken, that's the only compliment I can give. The ribs genuinely seemed like they had been sitting for hours. The pulled pork was also really dry. Their house sauce was good, but served cold. This sauce carried the flavor for ALL of the meat since it was so dry, but for doing so, is served in WAY too small of a container. Nothing was a consistent temperature. My first bite of Mac and cheese was room temp and the next was hot. The coleslaw hardly had any dressing. The cornbread was so dry, splitting it in half resulted in sandlike collapse of the muffin. The service was good and the seating areas were nice. There was a small market going on that had some cute pins and random stuff for sale.
