Stopped in today with a customer and a few coworkers on the recommendation of one of the crew, and dang, that was a solid call. WartHog Barbecue is straight-up awesome. The menu is stacked... like "everything sounds good, how do I choose?" stacked. Tons of options, all legit BBQ comfort food. I went with the two-meat special: pulled pork and brisket, plus potato salad, beans, and a corn muffin. Every single thing slapped. Brisket was on point, pork was tender and smoky, and the sides were legit; not just filler. Others in our group had the brisket Reuben (big hit) and ribs, which disappeared fast, so yeah... that tells you something. Huge shoutout to Deborah--she was fantastic. Super friendly, walked us through the process, brought the food, checked on us, grabbed anything extra we needed. Old-school good service, which you don't always get anymore. If you're looking for fancy vibes and linen napkins, keep driving. But if you want killer BBQ, a clean spot, and great service? This is absolutely the place. Zero regrets. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Came here on Friday the 3rd. It's been awhile since I've been back here but I really love the brisket here. I don't remember my servers name but she was great and recommended the three meat platter, I went for ribs, brisket and the pulled pork with potato salad and the baked beans. It's worth the visit from wherever you are and I drive from near Lynnwood so if that helps anyone with how good the food is

I've always wanted to try out Warthog Barbecue in Fife. Unfortunately I never got around to it so I was glad to see they were at the Bite of Seattle. I try their $6 taste which the pulled pork slider. It was loaded with BBQ flavor but unfortunately the meat itself was a little dry. Thankfully they covered it with plenty of really good BBQ sauce. End result, I actually liked it. Also the guy at the register was really nice and so funny.

Not worth the price at all. I feel embarrassed to compare this to actual bbq. Honestly was very excited to try this place as we just moved here from the south. It was off to a great start with sides and ribs but hands down the worst brisket I have ever tried. Fully over cooked and super tough. Brisket was covered in sauce like it was trying to be hidden and once the sauce wore off, just tasted like over cooked meat. Portion size for brisket was laughable as one of the pieces was a burnt sliver. I'm hoping it was a bad day but after spending almost $100, im super disappointed and wish I could get money back for the brisket or maybe a second try if it was just a bad day. Feel like I've waisted my money and very dissatisfied with this experience.

The husband was craving barbecue and we happened to be in the area. We decided to stop on by. We were greeted by a lovely lady who was super friendly and accommodating. The staff were all so nice. We ordered our food. I got the 2 pieces catfish and he got the 2 meat meal (chicken and pork ribs). Mine was huge and came with greens, Coleslaw and fries. His came with 2 ribs and a hindquarter. I liked my order but his chicken was dry and his ribs were small. The coleslaw was delish!!! I liked the greens as well. The dining area was pretty small but the service really made up for it. We also ordered the slice of mountain berry Devonshire pie. That was sooooo good!! Not sure I'd go out of my way to come here but if I'm in the area, I'd stop by for some of the pie again.

Plenty of food for the price you pay. Pretty good food too. However, some parts of the BBQ we received was a bit dry. They do offer a BBQ sauce bar, so slathering the yummy BBQ sauce on it made it better. The cornbread it comes with is very dense though- almost like a brick. The sweet tea wasn't sweet enough either for my taste. I lived in the South for 5 1/2 years, so I may be very biased. The restaurant is clean though and the servers, although new and couldn't give us suggestions when we asked, were very honest and polite. I wouldn't mind coming back here casually.

Meat is not bbq'd - it's steamed!!! No smoke ring, no smoke flavor. The sauce doesn't help.

Only saw karaoke once, but it was pretty good. The location is weird, but only adds to the charm. Makes you think you've discovered a local secret.. oh wait.. YOU HAVE! I honestly don't like reviewing my favorite places because then they get too crowded.. but then.. if I don't.. they go out of business.. so here I am. Recommending my favorite local bar and restaurant! Food is great quality. Happy hour is generous. Love the Asian Chicken Salad. Yum! And thanks for the one french fry with my burger! The bartender offered me ice, but I don't actually like ice in my water, so I prefer this. I also really like being able to choose my own table--I know this would be impossible at a busy restaurant, but this was so dead we could, so go here Sunday at about 3! All the tables are very pretty and looked comfortable. I prefer the comfort and privacy of booths (which they have a few), but the friend with whom I was dining needs tall chairs, so we opted for that. The cocktails were AMAZING, and the hummus plate was more than enough for lunch. So delicious. It came with warmed triangles even though the menu didn't mention them! Yum, yum, yum!!! We will be back FOR SURE. We paid with a gift certificate and only remembered DAYS LATER that we forgot to leave a tip!!!!! So, we have to at least go back for that‍‍‍‍‍usually places remind me!!! Awesome! Couldn't have enjoyed our visit to Crockett's any more…read more We stopped in on a Saturday for lunch. It was relatively busy, but our server was great! The fried zucchini were prepared in a manner that we haven't seen before - long, flat pieces. Excellent! My wife had the Sloppy Joe - and she couldn't have been more pleased. Seasoned to perfection. I opted for a Wedge Salad, which was another item prepared in a way I hadn't seen before either - it wasn't a big rock-like salad, it was sliced and laid sideways. Perfect. and with lots of bacon! We'll definitely be back to Crockett's! (We'll just have to find a reason to go to Puyallup.)

Came here per their suggestion, because I'm a food snob, and I'm glad we did. Cool little place, super clean, nice decorum, yada yada yada. Our server was Jessica T. I am very neurotic, and she was very patient, and even engaged in back and forth banter. She came to take our drink order, and if you know me, I always have a lot of complex requests. I started off ordering a boring vodka and soda, but then switched it up to cucumber vodka with muddled lime and mint with soda. Visibly and vocally unperturbed, she took my order along with my counterparts. The bartender whipped me up a couple of those bad boys and let me tell you, it was refreshment level: EXPERT. And props to the bartender, whom I thanked on the way out. After I drink order, I started ordering all sorts of ish. We had, an order of grilled sourdough, which was phenomenal and I'm actually going to start making that at home, if I ever get there, me and my (non-romantically involved, strictly platonic cuz I don't swing that way) partner both had the Cavatappi Ragu, and his wife had something with meatballs, that's all I can really remember. Man, even a my standards the food was so good. I'm very grateful that my folks picked up the check, and I feel bad because I ordered so much stuff, which I wasn't expecting because I went Ham on the menu, but damn man.... I think you can actually eat cheaper at a comparable restaurant in LA... Prices were pretty high. Even for me hahaha BUT all that being said, the next time I come see these clowns, I want to go back! Very good experience, very good food, very good service. ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149.
