Random idea of the night was to scroll and stop at whatever our fingers landed on in Yelp. Led us to Big Daddy's in Graham, WA. It had been awhile since we've been on this side of the neighborhood so we drove, enjoyed the scenery and arrived and saw a seafood place. We decided to try the seafood place next time and walked into big daddy's. Decorated with albums and pictures of the 1940s-1980s we walked to their three huge TV's that showed us their menu. The guy up front greeted us as the door opened and was super friendly. We got a Cruz Burger, a spicy Hawaiian Chicken burger both with onion rings and fried jalapeno stuffed poppers. Everything came out fairly quickly and was delicious! Nothing dry, or over cooked, it was perfect! We also got a couple of milkshakes as well. Peanut butter and blackberry. Hoping to come back again. In the tradition of supporting local Graham restaurants we decided to stop in and get a burger, however the family opted to order to go. Which we did. the fish sandwich was good... cod, the clam strips were outstanding (ordering them again) the only disappointment was the clam chowder, a bit too thick for our liking. I have been eating at big daddy's for years and have been for two years. Hamburgers are still great and curly fries are good, but the shakes I used to tell people were the best you can get. Not anymore the shake I got on 4/11/24 was quite a disappointment and was absolutely terrible. On top of that I was charged 26 plus dollars for the meal and a forced tip that would not let me byp the system. The place is not a regular restaurant to where you are being served food and it's not a typical place that you would leave a tip. Crappy shakes and with a forced tip it was over thirty dollars for one person to eat. I will never go to Big daddy's again and I suggest you don't go there either. read more

Small "hole in the wall" place with what looks to be a loyal following. Steady flow of customers while there. Many choices on menu including desserts. I really don't know why it took me so long to finally make it in here. I've lived out this way for some time and just always visited the teriyaki joint a few doors down. It's okay and more than adequate when I don't feel like driving all the way out to Parkland. Today, a 30+ minute wait for teriyaki persuaded me to grab a burger instead from Big Daddy's. What a great choice! I'm a sucker for a well-made burger. It doesn't have to be wagyu beef dusted with unicorn farts. It just needs to be cooked right. Big Daddy's nailed it. My mushroom swiss burger was delicious. The fries that came with the burger were plentiful and fried to an excellent crispiness that survived the 25 minute trip home. I also made the mistake of ordering the fried zucchini. To say that the 'itis hit me hard afterwards would be an understatement. I'll be back!! They have a pretty extensive menu and after a quick read though the reviews on here, it doesn't look like I can make a bad choice. I used to have the Burgertime in Federal Way (it was where Los Amigos is now, next to the ARCO on Pac Hwy) as my go-to burger spot. I think Big Daddy's might be moving in to that spot after so many years of looking for a replacement after Burgertime closed up shop. read more

I thought I would have liked this place more than I did based off of other reviews. The burger I ordered was OK but nothing special. I would probably give it another try and see if I like something else on the menu better. But based off my initial experience with this place ehhh..... I will say the quantity of food that you get is bigger than other burger places. Thats the up side. read more

I am very disappointed in this visit . When I first walked in I felt like I was being judge . It's not good customer service , I told the lady we have never been here before and she didn't even bother to suggest anything in the menu. When we finally ordered and got our food we heard the workers taking about us from the kitchen. Mind you the food was okay but super overpriced. This place is the epitome of "hidden gem " not to mention great service. Our cravings we didn't even realize we had were satisfied. Awesome double cheeseburger, fresh & juicy with great seasoning. Fries are great mostly crispy with some softies. Coke machine delicious (dont like the freestyle machine). Fries sauce is the best! I had no expectations when I walked into Big Daddy's, except that it was likely a burger joint and was probably some sort of throwback burger joint based on the name. While those assertions are correct, the other thing to mention is that the food is fantastic! We had a regular cheeseburger and a teriyaki burger and both were perfect! The prices are more in line with Red Robin than Burger King, but there's a small town diner vibe (reinforced by the records and posters on the wall, as well as the music played) that more than justifies it. Nice to find a burger place other than franchise chain. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger and the mushroom burger with curly fries and onion rings. I don't recommend the onion rings. They were bland, and too much breading. Burgers were good, however next time I'd ask for onion on my burger, as it didn't come with it. Lady acted like she didn't want the business. We spent $51 on two burgers, a side of fries, and two sodas. Burgers might've tasted better if the people wanted to actually make money with a more welcoming demeanor. Oliver's fish n chips next door was fried food but the people were more welcoming. It was hard to enjoy the pricey food with how dirty the restaurant was. Service was not the greatest either.

The food has been decent fast food type, however the cleanliness of the restaurant is an issue. Everything it's caked in grease in the dining room. The floors are sticky while walking on them and the highchair was sticky and gross. I went there right after they opened, so I'm assuming this is not cleaned at night. I'm guessing their kitchen area is not clean if that's what their dining room looks like. Gross. read more

What hidden gem Big Daddy's in Graham. Not only do these guys have great burgers but today we went in for breakfast. We had omelets - they were stuffed with ham in my wife's and bacon in mine plus lots of veggies. The hash browns were some of the best I've had. I am always up for finding a good burger place and most of the time, it is NOT from the BIG chains. Prices are comparable to the competition and what you get stands out. The hamburger is large and well garnished. The meat is cooked just right and flavor is very good. The roll is a similar circumference as the meat patty so every bite will have the entire sandwich. (Remember the "where's the beef" campaign?) The fries are delicious! They are fried and have the batter on the outer-layer making them very flavorful. The onion rings are large and sweet, but quite spendy for what you get ($1 each). We enjoyed our burger, fries, and onion rings. My wife had the fish and chips (she has to be different) and the fries were excellent, but when set on a napkin, the result was a grease-saturated napkin. A little heavy, but after "ringing-out" the fry-oil, she enjoyed them. The biggest letdown was the milkshake was poured out from a machine (soft-serve with the handle style) and not hand-scooped and mixed in a vertical shake blender as in the nostalgic 50's diner style. First, it did not look like it has the great food. However, it completely blew away my assumption about this place. We ordered club sandwich and cob fish plate. It was delicious. I loved how they cooked the fries. It was not too soft nor too dry. The cashier was pretty friendly and offered his insight. Definitely coming back there again. They do not have tap water due to pandemic so you have to buy the drink or bottled water. read more

Very good fries here, ate almost all of them, you can tell they were cooked to order unlike some other places where you get cold fries (bleah! hate cold fries!) Went with the bacon and that cheese burger and that was pretty good IMO, wide went with the Teriyaki burger and loved it (except for the piece of ham that was on it) They have Coke products here (bleah) so went with the Strawberry shake- good but it was just your typical milk shake, nothing special about it. The burgers are exactly what you would hope for in a classic burger place. Big, juicy, all the toppings and just a little too much sauce so it falls out the back.
