I am writing to share our recent experience with the Big Dill pizza, which my husband has always looked forward to enjoying. We had planned a special birthday celebration for him, including a relaxing day of massages followed by his favorite pizza. Unfortunately, our last order was quite disappointing and not up to the usual standards we have come to expect from your establishment. So there's this certain theme park in central Florida with a certain country pavilion that's supposed to have life-changing pizza. People swear by it. I've even heard rumors they fly in the water or the flour straight from Italy. Well, call me crazy, but Big Daddy blows that pizza away. I stopped in on a weekday afternoon no crowds, plenty of space, and the place was clean. Our waitress was super friendly and on top of everything. The flavors were good. But the service and portions were not up to par. I ordered a 14 inch carnivore pizza and a pound of wings (for two people) on the phone. Keep in mind they only offer two sizes for their pizzas. I feel that the menu is misleading with the prices. It should offer the smaller size as a personal pizza. Specially since it's a family friendly restaurant, one would expect the sizes to be bigger. They also sell their wings by the pound but they should change their sizes. We paid $38 + tip for this small order that didn't even fill us up. The flavors were great but next time I'd definitely order more. Also, when we went inside to pick up our order we noticed the restaurant was fairly empty, we payed, tipped, and asked if we could sit at one of the empty tables to eat our meal. Not dry and baked perfectly, and the breadstick to soak up the marinara sauce was just so good. House salad with homemade ranch dressing, and 1/2 half Boo Boo Bomber with sausage, onions, and green peppers added, other half chicken bacon ranch pizza. Five of us stopped in for dinner while visiting Pigeon Forge. We all tend to like very different things, so finding an agreeable restaurant can be tough, but this pizza hit the spot. The dough balls (I can't recall their official name) were pretty good - basically a garlic knot. I had the Great White pizza, and really enjoyed it. With some of the dough balls, half the 10" pizza was plenty for one person's dinner and I look forward to eating my leftovers. The taco pizza, porky pie, and chicken bacon ranch also had favorable reviews. The crust is thin, but still a little chewy. This place is nothing fancy and really reminded me of the old Pizza Huts in the 90s. Just a classic pizza joint, if you want some pizza, this was a solid choice! read more

I had the Boo Boo Bomber and the wife had the Margherita 10" pizzas. Both pizzas were very good and cooked just right. We both had the bottles water for $2 each due to the restaurant water tasting very bad. Our server April was very attentive and polite. My family and I were in town for my daughters cheer competition. It was a Lenten Friday and we needed a non meat option and everyone knows I love pizza so cheese pizza for a party of 11 on a Friday night was the move to make. We walked in and they had a minor wait which is expected with a larger party. The ladies got us seated in under 20 minutes while waiting for guests to close out. So not bad at all. Decor here was modern and the layout was spacious. Actually a lot bigger than what I would of expected from the outside. Our order consisted of a large cheese pizza and a large Herbivore pizza which is essentially a veggie pizza. I avoided the herbivore at all cost because I'm like a 4 year old and don't eat veggies. However my wife, oldest daughter and mom all said it was good and had a nice flavor. The cheese pizza me and the rest of the kiddos are was pretty good. Had a nice flavor and I enjoy wood fire oven pizza style so I was satisfied with the crust and everything as well. We ordered the app called "dough daddies" which is garlic knots and it had good flavor. Nice taste and very fresh. Overall we had a good visit. Solid and very friendly service and what I'd call above average pizza. It won't knock your socks Off but for being a pizza joint in a touristy area it does have pretty good flavor. read more

We stopped at Big Daddy's about 3 pm on Saturday. Seated quickly and our server, Chaya took our drink orders. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip which was baked in an iron dish and served with flatbread wedges. This was the best we've ever had!! The flavor was amazing! Chaya was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered any questions we had. We ordered the 10" pepperoni pizza and it came out delicious and hot! Chaya was attentive and checked with us throughout our meal. Wonderful experience at this Big Daddy's. There are several locations around this area,but this is only one we've visited. We were staying about a 17 minute drive from this location. I had to wait about 10 minutes after I arrived for our order as they were very busy on a Friday night. The pizza was good, not great. Due to the long drive the pizza was not hot. That may of had a bearing on my experience. The toppings were good but the crust and sauce was just okay.
