After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

Top auto service! I have found my go to car mechanic…read more I had to have my alternator replaced in my 2013 Chevy Traverse. The shop I had been going to lately quoted me $1400! Said something about that to get to the alternator, they had to take out the cooling system. I got quotes from other shops using Yelps Project feature. Another shop wanted $970. Josh with Rolling Wrenches quoted me $547! Not only that, but he's mobile and would come to me so I wouldn't have to have the car towed to a shop. Well, that was a no brainer. We set the appointment for 9:00 a.m. and he was right on time. Josh showed me that he had to take out the coolant reservoir. That was all. So simple, anyone can take that out. Not sure how that equaled to $1400 worth at the other shop. The engine cover was removed, again, no biggie, and he took off the passenger front tire for better access. Swapped out the alternator, cleaned up the engine compartment a bit, put in an air freshener, and test drove the car. I'm so pleased. the car had been parked on the street for several months because I thought I had to have $1400 to fix it. We got our car back and I love it. Josh is a very pleasant, polite, and honest man. You will not go wrong with his services. Deserving of more than 5 stars. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. I had my car brought in for…read moregeneral services it needed past 100k miles thinking everything would be done right considering the price I payed was over $2k For starters, they're plenty nice. The overall look around they do for your car when it comes in is appreciated, and they won't try to sell you on work you don't need then and there. I had told them this car was needed for a trip deep into Montana, and was excited to have a refreshed engine to reliably make that trip. When I received my car back, I noticed a couple bits had not been put back together correctly. Should have been a MAJOR red flag. Not only did K&S manage to crack part of my radiator, they didn't own up to it! Driving down the freeway the radiator blew the top hose from the flange they cracked. I limped the car back and they said they'd take care of it. Surprise surprise, a nice $700 bill waited for me. I love my car and I'm dissatisfied and disappointed by the level of care not taken. It's still missing multiple bolts for attaching the fans back to the new radiator, and for my hood prop. Probably because they lost them and didn't even care to use a zip tie or just tell me. I wouldn't consider coming back here for something even if it fell under the warranty. Thanks for the sh*tty work K&S! Won't be coming back!

When I started to follow him in - I was confused and asked if I needed my wallet and again reminded him I hadn't been there before. Instead of explaining the process, he made a face as if I was annoying him. I said "ya know what? I'm actually good. I'll go somewhere else." I went to Shiny Shell to get my vehicle washed and he came over and closed the hood of my vehicle and explained it had been popped (opened) when the guy got into my my vehicle before I cancelled the service. I told this guy- who was the one that I had initial contact with that I left because he didn't explain anything to me and because of the attitude I got when I asked questions. He said he was sorry but too little too late. Terrible customer service. So I went to Lehi Valvoline and received top notch customer service

Long stories, but within the last few months they told one of my sons his truck's engine was bad and needed to be replaced (it ended up being nothing after a trip to an honest local mechanic), another son was told he had a huge $$$ repair needed (again, totally wrong, mechanic verified), they haven't been able to do emissions in months (broken), and now they told me if i get an oil change, i can't bring my own oil, so my oil change was going to be $96 instead of like $30 or whatever it used to be. Never again. Too many other options.
