I came in with my newer Mercedes and asked very clearly, multiple times, whether they were able to: * replace my wiper blades * reset the service/maintenance warning * and perform the oil change correctly I specifically made sure they were confident working on my car, and I was repeatedly told yes -- that everything could be done with no problem. That was clearly not true. They kept my car for nearly 2 hours, and after all that, they still managed to overfill the engine oil. As soon as I got on the highway, my Mercedes gave me a warning that the oil level was too high -- which is not a minor issue and can potentially cause serious engine damage. So instead of getting a simple oil change, I ended up in a stressful and potentially dangerous situation because this location did not do the job properly. I then had to take my vehicle to the Mercedes dealership and have the oil service redone correctly. And to make it worse, the other things I specifically asked about and was assured they could do were not done either: * the wiper blades were not replaced * the service reminder was not reset So for about $150, I got: * an improperly done oil change * a potentially dangerous mistake * incomplete service * wasted time * and zero accountability No refund. No ownership of the mistake. No real apology. If you drive a Mercedes, European, luxury, or newer vehicle, I would strongly recommend taking it somewhere else. I went in for a basic oil change and was told all fluids were topped off, but the next day my coolant was bone dry. When I called to resolve it, the area manager, Heather, was incredibly rude and contradictory -- saying VW systems can't get accurate readings, then later claiming she "checked the cameras" and saw it was full. i took my car in for emissions service and i was failed for my open intake that he called a catch can and said it's affecting my pcv system witch is not true because my intake still has the factory pcv hose and my car doesn't even have a catch can. after I told him I don't have a catch can he pointed at my intake that has a open filter and said it needs to have a inclosed filter. I've emission tested 6 times and never been flagged for my intake and this same locaction approved the car last year definitely won't be coming back. Beware! They are 0 for 2 on servicing my SUV. First time they didn't put the oil filter on wrong. Luckily I caught it before it all leaked out. Second time they didn't put all the screws back on my skid plate. It came loose as I was driving down the freeway. I also asked them to top off my coolant. They said they did but when I looked after my warning light kept coming on it was still low. They never did it when they said they did. read more

Worst experience ever. My daughter took her car in for an oil change. When she left... the car was smoking. When she called back a few miles down the road... she was told there is probably some oil spill burning off. She called me... knowing something was wrong. I had here bring the car to the nearest Valvoline store. 1. The tech put window washing fluid with coolant 2. He used over quart too much oil 3. didn't properly tighten the drain plug 4. Who knows what else. After speaking with the area manager (Sheldon) about the issue... I felt very uncomfortable that he was hiding something. I told him the vehicle needed to be inspected by a Subaru certified tech to insure more damage wasn't done to the vehicle at their cost. He insisted that vehicle had already been inspected by their techs and they will not pay for anybody else look at it. He said he would submit a claim (which only he approves and denies)... and he denied it. He refused to provide the name and number to his boss. You can't make this up. Why would anybody want the engine inspected by uncertified (Subaru) techs and by the same people that royally screwed up? I went to customer service to get a copy of the faux "claim" that he denied by submitting it. I was told that the only way to get a copy of the claim is to subpoena it. Really? Sheldon told me I could add details to the claim. It turns out that wasn't true either. Further... she (Ashley) refused to give any kind of resolution, number for Sheldon's boss, and any way to escalate to a satisfactory resolution. We have already spoken to Subaru and they are very concerned with the unprofessionalism and CYA happening here, the unwillingness to take accountability, the lack of integrity, and the damage that could have been done to this vehicle. I will update with our findings and we still INSIST that Valvoline pays for the cost of diagnosing and/or repairing the vehicle to the near new condition it was before we brought it in. Do not... for any reason use their service. There is NOTHING guaranteeing and insuring quality and or resolution if THEY screw up. All we were asking is for a certified Subaru tech to inspect the vehicle. read more

I'm not one to give bad reviews but Lehi Valvoline is one to definitely not go to. We had been waiting for 30 minutes to get an oil change and then they come up to us and tell us to get out of line to go into the other line because the other car was waiting 5 minutes longer than us. Every other Valvoline I have been to, it doesn't matter how long you wait you don't have to get out of line because "someone's waiting longer than you". Highly disappointed in the customer service here because I love Valvoline so much. The one in Lehi is definitely not one to go to. read more
