Car was broken into while they had it. My son-in-law has his stereo, son and amp stolen from his car while they had it. Of course they have no idea how this happened and no security footage. Rogers is a popular place to get automotive services and it's easy to see why. They have great customer service and they are also fast. Emissions testing is 30$ and you can also get your registration stickers at Rogers for a 5$ service fee (you just pay the registration fee plus the 5$ fee). The waiting area is not extravagant, but it's an auto repair shop, so that's normal. There are free otter pops and foldable frisbees for the kids which makes the wait go by faster. And despite there being a pretty steady stream of customers, we were in and out in 30 minutes. I also did not need to make an appointment. Everyone who drives a vehicle has to go to an auto shop sooner or later, so it's nice to go somewhere that makes the experience convenient and smooth. read more

Mike is an amazing mechanic and Travis do great work! I crash landed at my dad's in Lehi who told me he's taken his truck to them for 20 years and they are always honest. I have to second my dad's opinion. When I took my 1969 Ford van there they did great work fixing a pretty complicated set of exhaust leaks (some which they needed to outsource), some which they did in house. I'll keep it simple. Plan on your car coming back from repairs worse than when you took it in. Plan on not getting your car back the same day or in a timely manner. Scheduling appointments is pointless. Plan to not be communicated with when problems arise. Plan on getting expensive misdiagnosis'. Sad to see it go down hill after having decent experiences. Brackets holding the power steering cooler line broke on my wife's car and when the piping dragged along the road, it broke. Rogers' not only fixed it a week faster than anyone else, they did it for about 2/3 the cost. While another place had used zip ties to hold up the assembly, Rogers fixed it right. No hassle. I needed front struts and an alignment for my Honda Element. I called in and talked to someone that was polite and didn't treat me like I was wasting their time calling them for an estimate (like others in town). I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and they were busy, but they stayed late to make sure it got done by the time they quoted me. I was able to pick it up first thing the next day with both struts changed and an alignment performed. So far, everything seems perfect. 5 stars for super fast service and great prices! read more

Great service. I visited this place and asked for a overall check of my vehicle and an oil change. They were completely honest when I picked my car up, giving me a verbal report of the status of my car. Fortunately my car did not have anything wrong with it and I knew it even before dropping it off., but it was comforting knowing that these guys were not gonna try to charge for things that didn't need to be fixed. a few months later I also brought my car in for an emissions test and an oil change, which was done in 30 minutes. We have been using Rogers for over two years to service our fleet vehicles. They are always fair and upfront with us. On a personal note: My brother was visiting from out of state and his alternator went out on his car. We took it in at 8am and they had a new part ordred and installed and out the door in time for him to get back to Idaho for work later the same day. I can't say how impressed I was with their efforts on our behalf. read more

My current mechanic wasn't able to do a used car check for me so I looked around on Yelp hoping to find another reputable mechanic. I was totally blown away by the service I received from this shop. Here are the things I noticed: * They got me in quickly with out a appointment to check out the car I wanted to buy. * They showed me what was wrong and answered my questions as they worked through the car. * They listened to my concerns about items not on their usual list to check and resolved my concerns by looking over the related systems. * They even taught me some tips I never thought of for looking at used cars. They were not exactly cheap but for that small inspection fee I walked out saving hundreds of dollars in hidden costs and had a laundry list of items to hand back to the dealer. I am going to return again regularly as I verify my next cars. I am also considering using them as my regular mechanic since they have a quick turnaround. read more

Worst service I have ever had with a automotive repair shop. Made a appointment and dropped off the car 2 days later. Car sat for the first day with no work done or even looked at until I CALLED to check the status at 3pm that day. The next day still no contact. At this point 2pm and knowing they are not open Saturday I picked up the car. Whats the point of making appointments to have your car worked on and having it sit for 1 1/2 days. My fiance and a couple friends and I decided we were going to go to thw seven peaks in provo. We didnt make it thwre because his flywheel in the transmission broke. At first I thought this repair shop was cool until they wanted to fix all sorts of stuff to try and get more money. After we came and picked up the car thinking everythig was fixed we got on the highway and his car was SMOKING amd blowing oil everywhere. So now his transmission is fixed but there's a whole other set of problems down the drain. Definitely not worth the $900 we just took out of our wedding budget. read more

We took our car to this auto shop and they gave us a quote and we are willing to accept that quote and then they were able to find a part for a cheaper price and they did give it to us a cheaper price and I appreciate their integrity read more

I took my car to Jiffy Lube and was told that I needed a spark plug replaced. I took my car to Rogers Automotive to see how much the fix would cost. They claimed they were super slow that day and could take of me that day no problem. It took them 5 hours to check it out. I called them to see what the status was 2 hours after I dropped it off and they said they would "call me back" within the next hour with an update. They never called me back. I called again 2 hours later after not hearing back from them and they said it would be ready right as they were closing. It took them all day to tell me something I already knew and then charged me $50 for the estimate of something I told them I already knew right up front. Needless to say, I did not feel taken care of. In fact, I felt taken advantage of. Also, the spark plugs they quoted me for were 4X the price of plugs I could get at any auto shop. Never go to this place. Ever. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They don't stand behind their work at all. Improperly installed our water pump because they had stripped a threading in the engine block. Said that they would pay to fix the work to repair it and then when the work was completed, they decided it was too expensive and left us with the bill. Mike, the Manager, as well as the owner don't care about their customers at all. Beware!! Go somewhere else! read more
