Dwayne was responsive and we scheduled a time for him to fix my garage door. I was fully prepared to replace it. Dwayne arrived for the appointment and after carefully examine everything he let me know that the garage door opener was in good working order, it just needed a minor adjustment, which he did and didn't even charge me. Big D's is an old school mentality establishment, which unfortunately is becoming rare. Customers are treated with respect and consideration and the work is flawless and at a good price. I called Big D's on a Friday night around 9pm after the spring to my garage door snapped and broke (I called about 5 other businesses and none of them would answer) and he agreed to come out Saturday afternoon. On Saturday morning, he called to let me know that he could come out around 10am if I wanted, which worked even better for me. He replaced the spring and explained why it snapped and what to look out for in the future. He even straightened out the bottom portion of my other garage door (I have 2 garage doors on my house) that was damaged a few years back, but was too expensive to fix, free of charge. The price he charged was not expensive, but most of all the service was impeccable. Upon leaving, I told him to replace the sticker of the previous garage door company that serviced my garage with his Big D's sticker. read more

After a little trouble shooting he figured out a solution and got the garage door open.
