I had an emergency situation where the garage door could not close and fell off of the track. I submitted a garage repair service on Yelp and they sent multiple quotes. I talked to him around 10am in the morning and was able to book with him to swing by after 2pm since he had 3 other appointments before me. Around 2:15pm, he called me and said he was about 10 minutes away. Upon arriving he greeted me and saw what was happening. He mentioned that the wheels need to be replaced because the ones that were provided with the house were low quality and said the problem will come back again if we don't replace the wheels. He recommended nylon wheels with ball bearings which he had in stock. Within 30 minutes he was able to not only replace all 10 wheels, but able to retune the spring and tension and also made tiny adjustments to the track and the wheels and made my garage work again.
