    Nashville Hot Chicken

Everyone knows that even when you're traveling internationally, sometimes you miss the normalcy of being home. That's why we were so excited to see the Big Easy. When we walked in, a wave of Americanism crashed over us. It felt like we were back in the states. We came in and were sat down promptly, they did give us a time limit because apparently they had a big party coming in later. No worries we thought, we should be in and out. We ordered a couple different drinks and they came out pretty quick. We got a Mojito, Pina Colada, and a Long Island Ice Tea. They were pretty stronger and we were definitely feeling it after. It was good that they were strong because It took a little bit longer to get our food. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and the sandwich was great. It was different than the American style which is usually slathered in buffalo sauce. One thing that we got that was AMAZING was the lobster and shrimp bake. A Huge dish that literally had EVERYTHING on it. We enjoyed this place because it was a different twist on something you don't see abroad... American food. Only setback was the time of service but definitely would be back.

We were heading to the Chelsea vs Man City game tonight, where we stopped in to Big Easy Chelsea for dinner for some BBQ food! I haven't had good BBQ food in a while, so I was craving it! I decided to go for the blow out and a pint of there house beer! The Blow out comes with a rib, pulled pork, chicken, brisket, and a sausage link! Everything was super delicious, the meat was super tender and flavorful, and the sides accompanied everything perfectly! It was served with coleslaw, baked beans, and corn bread. The really nice thing about this meal was that even though it seems like a lot of food from the listing, but the UK has really good portion sizes compared to America! My dad ordered the BBQ baby back ribs, which had a really nice smokiness to them. I wish the meat on the blow out platter had that same smokiness, which is the only thing keeping me from giving Big Easy a 5 star rating! I loved it here, and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some good BBQ in the area!

Delicious BBQ and a really nice ambiance. I chose an item which included some ribs, chicken and pork. I also added a sausage and chips. Wait staff were friendly. Food was a little spicy, but otherwise outstanding.

Second time at the Kings Road branch. Massive amount of people. Be sure to book your seats before coming! Had the grand appetiser which was starters for two. Absolutely huge and tasty too. For mains, we had lobster bake and the lobster mac and cheese. My lobster bake was really worth the price. At £26, you will get a half lobster with its pincer, crab pincer, a huge prawn and mussels! As for the mac and cheese, I didn't like the chunky fries that came with it. Mac and cheese was done well though! Tip: do not order the root beer shake. It was disappointing when I saw my drink. Looked nothing like the root beer floats I used to have.

The best place for American Food outside the US I have been so far! Burger and Steaks are awesome and the fries legendary! Very good selection of beer! Also the lobster looked delicious but did not try it yet. There was very good live music and service was fast! This was my second time here and I will definitely be back on my next trip to London! You should make a reservation in advance, the place is really packed!

It is exactly that...Easy! I have been here a few times in the winter and the summer and it is just a great place to go with friends and family, chill out order some yummy food and relax. The food is American but not greasy and fatty. We usually order the BBQ choices of chicken, lamb ribs, coleslaw, and of course lobster!! The lobster is fantastic! Fresh, tasty and a healthy size. The steak is also delicious, cooked just how you like it...rear, medium rear, medium or well done. The decor is simple, relaxed, you feel like you are walking into a ranch, horses tied up outside, cowboy boots on the table and the smell of sizzling meat, random sayings dotted around...'gone fishing'. Just a great place. They also have big screens so you can watch big American sports games. They often have live music on a Friday and Saturday, good beat really setting the scene!

Garlic bread, jalapeño breadcrumbs sticks, buffalo wings and celery sticks. This was meant to be a starter for two? #bigeasy

I came here last night with the lads to celebrate one of my friends birthday. I was glad to find out that the group organised a group booking for Big Easy as I had heard about the place and I wanted to visit the place for myself. Their was 9 of us in total for a group booking for 17:00 at the kings road Big Easy. Each person in our group had their preferences for what they wanted to as some came with large appetites. I know I was hungry a whole day before our booking for this food! The food options was a little bit confusing at first as we had to choose from the set menu which was an option out of 3 which were the BBQ blow out at £25pp, the surf & turf at £30 person and finally the seafood deluxe at £35pp. The set menu has a variety of starters and mains including a selection of desserts at an additional £5.50. At first I initially thought this place was on the pricey side as I believe you get to choose one starter and main from the selection but I was well and truly wrong, you get everything I mean you get a range of starters and mains like a kings banquet being served out on huge silver trays. The disappointing thing was I couldn't get my seafood deluxe order as their needed to be a minimum of 2 people ordering any of the set menu and as there was 9 of us the maths didn't add up to my expense. However, I had the chance to Oder from the regular menu which now seemed more pricey especially once you witnessed the size of the platter that came out for the set menus. I was actually lucky enough to try everyone else's starter as their was more than enough to go around meaning that I only had to purchase just a main course. Now after we went through mussels with shrimp in a white wine sauce and a course of buffalo wings, Nacho crisps with dips and a delicious tasting garlic bread I think we all knew desserts were out of the window. In fact I was a little worried I would finish my sirloin steak with deep fried battered shrimp and creamy mashed potatoes, but nevertheless we all pursue to finish of our food and to be honest I was the only one that did. I just didn't understand why my mashed looked like vanilla ice cream? The hospitality and service were really good as our waiter and host made us all to feel welcomed so much so we all remembered their names, crystal, Tim and halo we can only say thanks for a great evening to remember. So would I go back again, yes. It's a great spot to go after work, with your partner, family and friends.

I can't believe it's taken me so long to get round to reviewing this place The Big Easy has to be one of the funniest places in London! Live bands, upbeat & friend waiters and there's usually a birthday party or two going on. The food comes is large American-Style portionsall of it delicious! I love it hear an am always recommending my friends to come.

Bart's has a loud music and people do dance. I thought it would be more like a bar. I had fun! The music was in general good but the DJ was not very good as there were moments with long pauses and the transition from one sine to the other was slow. It sounded like they were using Spotify as their DJ actually. The downside is the service. It was really really really slow and not attentive at all. We asked for water there were 6 of us and we had 2 water glasses. The waitress brought us a teapot filled with water.. But no additional glasses. Also, our waitress asked us if we would like shots that has mango juice and prosseco. She presented in such a way that it seemed like it was 'on the house'. But we were actually charged in the end. Cheeky. In general, I think the theme is great. The decor is amazing. It is a good night out but I personally wouldn't go more then once. London has many other great bars with more innovative cocktails and better service.

Kosmopol is similar to Eclipse in that it has a small intimate lounge upstairs and a larger louder dance club downstairs. It specialises in carefully made intricate drinks, including a fresh watermelon martini. The lounge is a good place to take a first date, the club is good for a group of friends on a South Ken dance crawl. As for the 1761s, I'm a big fan of French 75s but I have to admit that the pineapple twist won me over. I'll be back for more.

Customers sit on leather booths or bar stools, served by female waitresses in glamorous dresses. I was there with Andrew M, Erica U and Dza D. First up were the cocktails, in my case, the signature 'Galante'. I'm generally a cocktail-sceptic: too often they appear to be little more than labour-intensive, watery additions to a glassful of ice. But the 'Galante' served here was so much better than that: a super-strong mixture of various liqueurs, a cherry at the bottom of the glass and no ice in sight. Had I drunk that all night, I would have been a happy man. But as a Yelper I thought it my duty to try their other stuff too. So, feeling lucky, I opted for their random mix of the day: 'Canta' (Spanish for 'chance'). And quickly discovered that I should have listened to Clint's monologue about the Magnum being the most powerful gun in the world, for 'Canta' proved to be exactly the kind of cocktail I dislike: hardly any alcohol, some fruit juice, and a whole lot of ice. To their credit, the staff took it off the bill and replaced it with some Argentinian beer instead. A welcome gesture, but unfortunately the beer wasn't great, rivalling US Budweiser for depth. In and amongst the cocktails and beer I also tried some of their Argentinian wine. I loved the huge glasses they came in, but I didn't think the wine was spectacular, certainly not for the £8.50 charged per glass. But I wasn't done there. An ill-conceived game against Erica (that stuff about alcohol affecting your decision-making? It's true) of 'Spot the American' in the crowd of women in the neighbouring booth with double Tequila shot stakes resulted in, well, us all trying their Tequila. Perhaps for the better, because it showed their Tequila to be pretty good. Overall, okay. Great service, swanky interior and some good drinks (their 'Galante', the Tequila) off-set by some not-so-much ones (their beer, the 'Canta' cocktails) and the high price of everything (most cocktails were around the £12 mark, wine was £8.50 a glass).

Having organised drinks here…read moreon Friday, I failed to dig in a bit (or use any sort of common sense) as to what an appropriate dress code would be. So naturally, being Friday and all, I rocked up in jeans, polo, and cycling gear. Wow was I out of place. I've got to describe how it looks to put this in perspective. This is the epitome of glamorous (despite the door to Gaucho) with black, white, and silver being the colours of choice. The bar is the centrepiece with tables and booths scattered around. The hostess is delicately attired in a slim black dress, the waitresses in skin tone shifts that hug their shapely curves and show off long legs, and the immaculately coiffed (never thought I'd use that word) bartenders are dressed to kill in white dinner jackets. If I was wearing my tux I would just about be on par. That being said, I've got to give credit to the warm personalities of both the hostess and waitresses. They didn't have that puffed up sense of importance you all too often find in such places and really made us feel comfortable and welcome. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the different cocktails and ingredients (some of which I've never heard of) and patiently answered our questions. She even recommended drinks when requested and her choices were fantastic. I had an old fashioned style drink which was sweet and smoky in just the right ways and something that was a tropical version of a Moscow mule. They have a selection of food although be warned that these aren't meant to be a replacement for dinner but merely to take the edge off your hunger. I suppose that makes sense since Gaucho is attached and most people likely come for pre- and post-dinner drinks. However, the seafood ceviche was most excellent and the trio of mini-burgers was well received by my friends who polished them off in a heartbeat. It's ridiculously quiet in part due to the design and part due to the fact it's rarely more than half full. This makes it great for catching up with friends but also discourages people watching. I didn't realise Erica U was in the booth next to me until Peter S showed up and pointed it out to both of us! It's a bit of an expensive place with cocktails running from £10-14 and food being about £7 per dish. I think two drinks and the ceviche took me to around £35-40 so definitely not a place to spend the whole night unless you are feeling proper flush. Still, if I'm in the area and just meeting up for a drink, I'd definitely keep this in mind! Provided I had my tux on of course...
