I came by after work because I spilled sauce all over my front seats, cup holders and console. I spoke to the ticket guy and cleaning guy in detail about where the sauce ended up. They agreed to charge $15 on top of the bronze package to clean the mess. While waiting for the car, one of the techs came in with my husband's missing apple watch that he found under the seat. That's unfortunately where the good service ended. As soon as we got into the car I noticed sauce spots on my console and a huge puddle of water in my cup holder. I was able to use the excess water and tissues from my purse to clean the sauce they missed. I appreciate them finding and returning the missing apple watch, the outside of my car looks OK- but honestly I feel like I didn't get the cleaning I paid for. read more

The car wash cracked my sunroof glass. I filed a report with the staff while on-site and was told I would receive a call back after they reviewed the cameras. I sent a follow-up email the next day. As of two days later i did not receive the promised call, i called Big Ed's Car Wash and was again told they would call me back. This time i did get call back within minutes only to be told that there was no way that the damage could be proved as being caused by their facility and that they categorically would not cover the damage. Been getting my oil changed there for ages. Last time I went I was told they were being bought out by a big company and were not even sure if they will be doing oil changes anymore, so I left. Instead of actually trying to remove the stain, they just overlooked it. Even if I had to pay more, the objective of the car wash was to remove the stain. We've only been here a few times when we visit family in the area but it's pretty much become our go-to car wash because we've had nothing but exceptional experiences each time. Cost is pricey but you get what you pay for--good quality service. Our last visit we got the Diamond package (aka most expensive), which is like a mini detailing. When you have 2 littles and you've neglected cleaning your car for almost half a year, you know a deep clean is an absolute necessity. When you get around back of the building to the entrance of the car wash, the attendant will hand you a ticket for whichever package you select. You then exit your vehicle, throw away any trash into their trash receptacle conveniently located nearby. You then enter their clean, air conditioned building and go straight to the checkout counter to pay for your ticket. There are chairs when you can sit on while waiting for your car. The staff spent time cleaning every inch, particularly on the interior since the exterior goes through an automatic car wash. A few days ago I called them around 4 and asked If I could come in after work because I knew they were closing in two hours... but I just had an entire smoothie spill on my driver seat/ floor. I was not overcharged at all I paid for a diamond service and a shampoo to the front seat area where the spill happened . When I picked up my car I was SO impressed and I'm still impressed as I've continued to inspect over the weekend haha. My car looks NEW on the inside I'm not even kidding. Better than it ever has. The woman sitting at the counter even walked outside with me and helped explain exactly what I wanted when I asked about my charge and wanted to confirm the service (because it looked a little high). Inside of the vehicle is barely vacuumed, inside cup holders not cleaned, seats not vacuumed, windows left with streaks from dirty rags. DO NOT GO THERE I'm very disappointed. Went there for an oil change/car wash and they locked the car with the key inside. They couldn't even fully close the door so water got inside my car and soaked my driver seat. After many attempts trying to open the car from the driver side, they proceeded to try from the passenger side leaving scratches on the paint on the passenger side. When I asked for a manager they played dumb. The man finally came out after minutes of trying to open the car, looked at it and kept it moving like nothing happened. He didn't talk to me at all, didn't even look at me, DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE for the damages or offered any compensations whatsoever. This place is trash! While cleaning they leave the window open and got the interior wet while going through the tunnel. Every other time they don't wipe properly and ALL the time they leave the windows worst than what I started with. It's unfortunate to write this review. I used to live right next to this car wash and came here every time I needed a car wash not because it was convenient but because they did a decent job. Now I say decent because it wasn't 100% perfect like other car wash places I've been to. My past 2 visits here were horrible. I came one day and was rudely ignored by the guy who gave tickets and I said something to Ed ( owner) who has always been great and friendly and he told me next car wash was on him because of the horrible service I previously received. I came back today to get that complimentary car wash and this is what I get ( see photos). The same guy I complained about who gave me attitude saw me and gave me a dirty look as he knew i had said something to the owner and I don't know if he did this horrible job because he was upset or whatever it is but I will not be coming back. I could of done a better job myself than having a complimentary car wash. Also, to make me not want to recommend coming back is because their prices increased from 15$ to 20$. Car wash is easy and affordable. Only issues I've had are missed spots on the interior and exterior in terms of dirt, missed vacuum spots, etc. Nothing too crazy. Monthly pass is great if you get your car cleaned a lot, but there is room for improvement on the specifics of the cleaning. read more

They have the balls to charge $35.95 for the ULTIMATE PACKAGE" meanwhile they did nothing when it came to the manual part of the package such as wiping down the interior to at least a respectable look where you do t see the fucking dust from when you brought there to get cleaned. They must've cut the armor all with water because my tires don't even look like any was added to them. The best is when I asked the worker who seemed to give less the two shits to wipe down the door to remove the dust he gave attitude and then when I said What about all the soap left in the bed and when I drive away and it all drips out to the back of the truck he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know then walked away. Granted my car was dirty but you wouldn't expect for a car to come out dirty AFTER you bring it to a car wash. The customer service is weird! When I went inside to pay there was a young woman collecting the payments. Sitting down, collecting payments. So because she was sitting down I had to hunch over the counter to pay her. Which isn't even the biggest issue. The machine that put the tire wet on your tires were HORRIBLE. Tires were STILL DIRTY and even had suds on it. Didn't even bother with the 5th wheel. The interior is mediocre as if they did a lazy job wiping it down. When you get a platinum wash ($35) usually you'd get some kind of conditioner on your moldings. What an absolute waste of money!! Instead of my car looking nice and crisp (as it should be) it looks like it was just rained on. Won't come back here again!!!! read more

Originally I was very happy with the car wash, I thought my car came out very clean. I get home and the next day I notice scratches all over the entire car. They are all over the roof and in other areas that wouldn't be possible for another car to have hit me while I was parked or anything like that. Some of the scratches are deep and will not buff out. Took my car for an exterior carwash on Saturday 9/10/2022, on Sunday since it was raining I went to turn on my wipers and my left wiper blade was gone, went to location - owner wasn't there but manager on site, he reviewed camera and noticed it did happened there, Owner had his secretary call me to not take accountability for what happened and wouldn't take responsibility and pay for damages. I had been eyeing this place and finally took my car today. I was very pleased with the results. There was no line which was nice. I like that the different plans and options are presented well. The inside were you weight is very clean and big. The young girl who rung me up was polite and professional. My car was super clean with pollen and had a green film on it. It came out super clean. They did a great job dusting the inside and vacuuming those little nooks and crannies. My mats I was super impressed with. Usually they don't do a good job at most places but this place did a perfect job. I also liked that the display in my car was clean so they were none of those little finger marks that we leave when we touch the screen. Just paid $150 dollars for a full interior detail which includes shampoo of carpets I even paid extra $50 for headliner to be cleaned. So beside the shampoo job the rest was ok. They did not get as detailed as I wanted and I had a feeling that they didn't because it says the process was gunna take 2-3 hours and they called me within 1 hour and 25 min. So, I had my car in storage for literally 18 months in my driveway for my daughter to use when she turned 18 . Did I mention there was black Mildew living inside the car ? Did I say that the car smelled so bad that one might worry for their health? After one full day at Big Ed's , I got a call to pickup the car . The car looked brand new ... absolutely brand new outside ... The wheels were black as black can be . The body was a bright cherry red as if it were new ... ( The car is a 2012) ... the inside leather was as black and shiny! as the day I bought it. I really did not believe a car could be brought back to life . A 10 on a scale of 1-10 .... One might say Big Ed's did an impossible job of bringing a close to dead car back to a beautiful life . This place went downhill fast. I met Ed a few times the first year of his opening and always supported him as he tried to get his company off the ground. But since that first year, he has been secluded in his back office. When I, or any of my friends who used to go there, needed to speak with him regarding a question or issue with an oil change, he would send his teenage associates out to say he is busy, or in a meeting or on the phone. Every single time. We all, separately I might add, have decided to go elsewhere since he has lost touch with his customers. I'm not ok with paying just under $40 for a "premium" car wash when I still need to clean it when I get home. They pulled it out of the wash with soap all over it still, the guys dried it but it leaves spots. The guys who dry also miss a lot of areas and I have waters spots all over that I had to wipe clean. I also had to shine my own tires when I got home either they forgot or just did a bad job. The interior vacuuming was decent but for that price I shouldn't have to clean my car after it's been cleaned. Warning: DO NOT GO HERE. Not only is it a waste of money the owner and manager are extremely rude. Multiple times now my car has left the wash with suds on it and they get mad when you ask them to re-wash it. I'm sorry but if I'm going to pay upwards of $20 I don't want to have suds left on my car.
