I took my truck through the auto wash. I always select the best wash and usually all is well. When I pulled my truck into the bay the wash never activated. It ran my truck into the first spinning brushes and broke off my bug deflector and scratched the passenger front corner of my truck all to hell. I was made to back up in the bay over the cleets that push the vehicle forward. Not going back. read more

To Whom it May Concern, We have been a customer for years and have brought multiple vehicles to you for service. Your service used to be above and beyond superb. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. Our latest visit for our 2015 Malibu was a big disappointment and the couple of visits before were just subpar. The last visit om 02/24 though clinched it. Invoice # 1016062. We were greeted well when we first walked in but not impressed after that. Your two techs didn't seem to be eager to work as they strolled into the garage from the customer waiting area. Then stood around inside the garage for what, I don't know but there were no other customers/cars inside at the time. They did eventually change our oil and then pulled the car out without saying a word at all. The young lady at the desk gave me the receipt. I then asked for the inspection report and was told, "Oh they didn't find anything" at which time I said I would still like the report. We always get one. I thought it was part of the oil change. She said I have to request it. then She replied, "would you like them to pull it back in and check everything?" I said no thanks. I just want the report which she then gave me my receipt. Then on Mon. 02/27 I noticed a stains in my driveway. At first I thought it was from my Son's older truck but after he investigated it he said it was from the Malibu. He then got under the car to investigate and found the drain plug loose and he tightened it. No more leak. Luckily there was only a little oil loss so no damage was done. I contacted the store and was told I'd have to bring it in for them to inspect it. I don't need it inspected. The problem has been corrected. I am sorry to say but I have lost confidence in your staff and can not return for service there due to that. We still wish you all the best and future success but we will be taking our vehicles to a different vender. However from a retail point of view by not doing the Inspection Your Employees are not helping you make money. You could be cross selling other product such as Windshield wipers blades, Tires or just general maintenance other than Oil changes. Never got a response ! read more

A while back I had my oil changed with Big Wash and they messed up. They did not drain my oil before adding more, so when I left the place my car was vibrating and smoking, when I asked them about it, their response was, we noticed that too.....fast forward to a visit to the dealer we discover the solution. They cover my costs for a second oil change and I decide to give them another chance. Went last week for another oil change and they forgot to reattach my air hose, so my check engine light comes on, car starts driving funny and another trip to the dealer we discover the problem. I hoped it was a coincidence that the check engine light comes on the same day, but I was wrong. I will not be using their services again and I would not recommend them to anyone else. read more

We got my daughters jeep washed on a Saturday. The carwash broke the passenger side mirror off. The manager was nice about it and said they would fix it of course that they would order the mirror that day and call me when it was in. After a few days and no phone call I called the carwash to check on it the cashier said please hold and I will call and check on it (calling Taylor Chrysler their sister company) when she returned to the line she said they were expecting it to be in sometime the fallowing week and today is Tuesday. So being in the used car business for thirty years and ordering thousands of parts I knew that didn't sound correct so I called Pearl Chrysler and the nice guy in parts said it would be no problem to have the fallowing day as long as I call ordered it by 4:30. they should have just told me the truth that it wasn't ordered yet instead of lying it makes them look ten times as bad read more

Went through the car wash with my 2005 pickup truck. My antenna broke off at where it screws onto my hood. I went inside to notify them that the damage had occurred. They have an auto shop attached to the car wash, I figured I'd toss a mechanic twenty bucks to cover lunch and they can take the antenna base off the truck so I can at least get the parts I need to fix it. Not a single offer to help. I was told to go buy a drill and drill out the antenna bracket or try to get under the truck and pull it out from the interior. Full auto shop attached to the car wash...empty bays....not a single offer to help fix the part that they broke off my truck....Absolute laziness. $16 for a car wash that requires zero effort on their part as it's all automated, they brake my truck, they have a full auto shop there with open bays, and it never dawned on them to even try to help fix it. I would understand if they didn't have the tool needed but they were too lazy to give a damn. Still have my old antenna somewhere in their car wash. They made zero effort to assist in the slightest fashion. Under no circumstances will I be bringing my vehicles to them. Heaven forbid their mechanics are as lazy and unhelpful as the car wash and they brake another car and refuse to replace what the mechanics did. Best of luck to any who patronize this place. read more
