this was great, fresh food in a fast food setting. My fiance is greek, and we've had lots of not-so-good quick greek food, but this isn't one of those. We were leaving the outlets, very hungry, and not too familiar with the neighborhood so we checked yelp (as usual) to get an idea of where to go. This place is near the food court at the outlets, but has it's own storefront. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and able to make changes to my order easily (i don't like tzatziki!). My favorite food, point blank. I come here for my birthday dinners, I come here when we go shopping, I come here anytime I'm heading toward Geneva; I just love this place. Gyro platter is unparalleled. They've pared down the dish sizes a bit since they first opened, but that doesn't take anything away from the quality, and I still leave feeling full every time. The Big Greek serves up fresh and delicious food. The veggies, meat and bread on my gyro were exactly what I expected. Spinach pie was homemade Ian pretty sure and the service was awesome. One of their Team members even stopped by to ensure everything was to our liking. The price was right too! Make no mistake, this is not pre-made food court mess. Had lunch today and it was excellent. I had the philly steak sandwich and my sister had the gyro pita and both were superb. The service was pleasant and the place is very clean. There is also have outside seating. I am so glad we decided to go to the Big Greek and not the food court. read more

Fresh, made to order, great presentation. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant and came to the mall just to try the food. Well worth the trip and will definitely be back for more. We have eaten at the Big Greek a number of times and have never been disappointed, The staff is friendly and courteous and the food is above average. We have had the pit, grilled chicken salad, cheese steak and the steak sandwich and they all have been great. Stop in the prices are good and the food is great. read more

Ok...DO NOT EAT HERE....I called and placed and order here and when asked to pay over the phone was told it was to much trouble to put the numbers in manually and just pay for it when I come to get it. Tried to explain I was paying for my daughter,who works at the mall, and would not be with her as she would be on her break. He then proceeded to ask me if I was using a stolen card, and when I asked ,"what?" , told me not to get an attitude. I said I wasn't and he was treating his customer poorly and he responded to me to "be careful", because he would be the one making the food,and I better watch my mouth. The Heath department has been notified. When my daughter went over ,who is 17, he proceeded to swear at her and told her that's why women need to keep their mouths SHUT! I had told him to cancel my order because I didn't trust him, and he STILL CHARGED MY CARD! (Guess it wasn't THAT hard to put the numbers in manually,huh?).If I am not reimbursed I will be filing a dispute,and will make sure everyone hears what a discusting human being this man who runs this place is. read more

We were wandering the Outlets and found this place. Hmmm... intriguing. Came back after shopping and walked in. Hmm.. Not impressed. But... ordered anyways. Food was VERY impressive, and so was the service. We had just gone to the Greek Fest in Syracuse so were rating it against that... and it won hands down. Great food, great service! Although it lacks "atmosphere" the food is authentic. Spence and I love Greek food and were missing it since moving here from San Diego. We were surprised to find this place in the Waterloo Outlet Mall. We had Gyros, Souvlaki, salad, rice, taziki and Pita bread. It was all delicious! read more
