It was warm which I'd expect from delivery, but it was also... UNDERCOOKED! So somehow they managed to mess up my whole meal. Fries awful, drink wasn't what I ordered and lacked a straw, and the burger should've been used as a way to torture. The location has been awful for years, and it's clear there has yet to be any improvement, let alone the quality and such staying the same. It's actually gotten worse. This is one of the few times where everyone from the GM, all the way down to the window licker in the back doing dishes and taking out the trash needs to be fired and replaced.
