The menu seems more complicated than it should be and unless you have perfect vision you are not going to read the details from anywhere in something called a waiting line. With that said, I went simple and though the Double Bacon Smash was top billed, the smaller price listed is for the single. For me, hold the pickle and onto the waiting side I went. Nothing was quick about the place. There were only two people in front of me, and it took a while to place their orders, and then you needed to wait for your number to be called. Hey, for "fast food" I'll wait a little longer for it to be made to order. As for the burger itself, it was good. It was thick enough to actually have a 'doneness' to it, and it was somewhere in the medium well range. Though I generally do not frequent fast food, this is a place I would certainly go to again if the circumstances made it come true. I sampled the fries as well -- just the plain ole fries -- and they were okay. It was good to see at least they looked like they were cut from potato as opposed to some places where they look 100% man made.

Could be all the wine in me talking (though I don't think so from the way everyone was chowing down), but this was some Grade A BBQ! Pulled pork was laced with sauce - sweet, sticky, not the least bit dry... the spare ribs were so tender, Smokey and flavorful and honestly not a whole lot of fat... and the brisket, well it melted in your mouth. Honestly - just way too good! Drinks. Food. Service. Company - 10 for 10!

Let me get to the details: Service: staffs were not attentive, friendly, nor helpful. The restaurant was busy when we came so we decided to seat outside. However, their outdoor tables were wobbly. Also, there were no bugs control devices nor heating lamps to accommodate us. When we asked to move inside, their response was we have to talk to the host and the hostess told us it is not possible because they were "too busy".... Yet we would see an empty table where they rather seat 2 people that come after us instead of us. On top of all that, our sever never came to refill our water. For service, this place is a zero star for me. Food: we ordered their famous heavy plate. The food size was loaded for the price, everything tastes fine but nothing was exceptional. Giving them some stars for the decent food. Atmosphere: inside has lots of booth style seatings and bar seatings. They can accomplish large parties. Outdoor seating is not great as their tables were cheap and they're seating on a slope. There were no heat lamps or bug controls so I don't recommend eating outside in the evening here. Overall: honestly, we felt ignored at this restaurant. I wouldn't come back here since they're not very accommodating or nice. Highly recommend management to train their staffs better.

My uncles and aunts who live nearby had never heard of it but we decided to give it a shot. Upon arriving, the small parking lot area was full. Uh oh. Inside, the place was pretty small, say approximately 10 tables(???) Every table was filled except one. The waitress asked if we had a reservation and we said no. She looked frazzled. We asked about sitting outside and she said we could BUT we probably wouldn't get good service. (It appeared there were only 2 waitresses doing it all.) So we waited the 15 min or so to get a table inside... Unfortunately the biggest negative was HOW LOUD IT WAS SITTING INSIDE. I'm using caps because we HAD TO YELL TO TALK TO ONE ANOTHER. It was so loud, it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I remember wincing when a table would laugh because it was SO DANG PIERCING LOUD. Nonetheless, the food was good. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and tots. Others in my party got a chicken Philly, French dip, a salad and a beef tip special. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The server was good. Friendly, attentive despite having to MANY tables. Atmosphere: pretty small footprint/dining area. Taxidermy on the walls, numerous TVs. VERY LOUD. All in all, good food, good service but WAY too loud for us.

There was live music in the back room, so we opted for a booth in the front room so we could have quiet dinner conversation. Alisha was great. She explained the menu, the Mac & cheese, and the dairy bar in the adjacent bldg. We ordered dinner and it was out quickly. Hubby had the entree of brisket & pulled pork with a side of veggies and the Mac & cheese. The Mac & Cheese is so, so good. We ordered some to take home for my son! My balsamic chicken entree was delicious - I loved the side of carrots & zucchini- very fresh & unique! Great dinner, no hesitation to come back here. And, we did have to wander over to the dairy bar and check out the ice cream too! On the way, we noticed lots of outdoor seating and maybe a little stage too. There is live music regularly! Hubby got a shake & I had a dish of hard ice cream. It hit the spot! Thanks so much!
