I ordered a gyros sandwich and fries. The gyros was close to the Chicago gyros. Best gyros that I've had in SWFL. The fries were great and they give you a huge portion. I will be back to try their Maxwell St. polish sausage.

Chicago style dog with an Italian Beef with sweet peps and large cheese fry!

Great food! Authentic style Chicago food! You don't want to miss this delicious food truck! Best fast food you will get in SWFL hands down! Great job Ed and Mary and welcome back!

Everything was just like home. The Italian beef was great, rare and not over cooked. The Maxwell street polish was almost a dead match other than the onions could have been cooked just a bit more but if not moving mass amounts they would go to waste. Hot dogs and pulled pork with homemade sauce are spot on. The fries too were cooked perfectly and not just a cheap GFS brand. Two polish sausages the second is from Jim's Original in Chicago pretty close match.

Great food and really friendly service. My only regret with this truck is that I always miss when it's open.

So happy to have found this place for lunch. Perfect location to watch birds fishing and enjoy the weather. The food was excellent and so was the service. You order at the counter and they will bring you food to the tiki hut overlooking the water. We ordered a Philly, Rueben, burger and fries. Everyone loved their food. My favorite was the Philly. The fries were huge and were so incredibly tasty. I heard the owner might be opening a restaurant soon. Hoping to check it out or return here next time I visit Pine Island !

We wanted to explore Pine Island and came across their excellent Google reviews. As we were driving in, I began to worry that the hours listed on Google for their location were incorrect. But we went all the way to the end of the dark Marina tonight, and there it was! We ordered the Crabby fries, the Smashburger in the Pastrami Reuben. One of the reasons I think their food is so delicious is that they make many items in-house, such as the amazing queso that came with the fries (which might have been the best fries I've ever had- no exaggeration). They prepare the fries in a unique way that doesn't involve deep-frying them, unlike most places. They also smoke their pastrami, and the Pastrami Reuben sandwich was also delicious. We also both enjoyed the Smashburger. An upgrade to bun might be worthwhile, but it was damn tasty. We also had a lovely chat with one of the managers?, Matthew. He was super knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the restaurant. It was dark when we went, but I'm sure it's a beautiful view of the water and the marina during the day. We'll be back to try the wings and some other menu items. Visit them soon, you won't be disappointed!

Definitely felt a sense of old town Cuba with photos plastered on the walls. Met with the barista who made me a cortadito from the stainless steel expresso machine. The coffee was strong and added sugar from the kiosk. The oversized chocolate eclairs and muffins were inviting, but we were on our way to lunch in Fort Myers. The owner introduced himself and had a brief discussion. The back patio had a wooden bar top with stools and a lacquered dominoes table across from a large Cositas food truck for catering. The gender neutral bathroom was clean with large tile flooring and a circle wall mirror with a black rim.

They have tables indoors and out, as well as several different menus. At the first visit we had delicious, succulent Cuban sandwiches and coffees: Iced caramel macchiato for me and Cuban coffee for hubby. The next day we got delicious pastries as a hostess gift for family we were visiting. They had all flavors: guava, coconut, chocolate, vanilla, etc. Everything was delicious without being overly sweet. On our third visit we had Cuban breakfast sandwiches (egg, ham & cheese on Cuban bread) and more of their delicious coffee. This is one restaurant we'll miss upon returning home.
