We found them at FtMyers Brewery. We had the special of the day Short Ribs . (Wow!!! Perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, topped with Chimichurri. The meat fell off the bone. Sides were Texas style potato salad ( perfectly seasoned with dill..) and baked beans. Tyler found us to see how we liked it. We chatted and shared how the food truck began and how hard he has worked to build his business. He returned again to give us a sample of the brisket burnt ends. Melt in your mouth!! Many, many of our guests said it was the best brisket they had ever had and all the pulled pork was eaten! Tyler was on-time and set up in 30 minutes for a great dinner event. Everyone said it was the best party they had been to in years (thanks to the wonderful BBQ food). We grabbed a tempura sushi roll from the lobster truck. (1 roll was $19! ) and got a lily Pad punch at the inside bar, where we sat. The drink was good, Tasty. So cute with the frog on a lily pad! (a lime slice). The drink was not weak. It was a good choice. All the bartenders we very attentive and came around to see how we were doing. We didnt stay long, it was loud and we were having a hard time hearing.... and there were too many flies dive bombing us. There was also a live band playing outside. But not really music we were into. We do enjoy this place and its right down the street from us so its a convenient spot to meet up.

It was very handy and let you know when your meal was ready. Bar service works hard but can get clogged up during rush times. All in all great time and a fun atmosphere. One tip if you are coming to watch a show bring a chair and come early. Or park on that side and tailgate if crowded.
