There are about 10 food trucks organized in a U shape arrangement with parking space to accommodate more than 30+ cars. Tents with tables were available. We got in around 5:30 PM and Latin music were played in two of tents, Fogoncito Catracho and The Food Twisters. There are Pizza, Smoothies, Tacos, Burritos, Empanada and other food from Cuba, and Central America. We step in The Food Twisters and ordered a Cheese Burger and a Twisted Burger and a watermelon mojito. The staff is very friendly and tell you it will take 10 minute to prepare the food. The cheese burger is fine and flavorful. The Twisted burger is amazing! A grilled burger on a buttered bun with crispy smoked bacon strips, melted Swiss Chesse, lettuce and tomato with Guava BBQ sauce. The Guava BBQ sauce added that extra taste to the burger. Very nice! We tried their watermelon mojito drink in an oversize cup. The lime, mint, and watermelon juice with ice cubes elevated my taste bud to fight the humid Florida Summer sun! Definitely will return to try their empanada, Cuban egg roll, Mac N Cheese burger!

There was live music that night and they had everyone up dancing. The place has a bunch of food trucks around the perimeter of a courtyard style area. Nice big bar in the middle with quite a few VIP seating lounges available to rent (the pics show them with the big pink and blue couches) and a few areas with games to play like electric darts, bowling and other yard games like big Jenga, connect four, corn hole. Lots of outdoor seating, some with fire pits, and the place is kid friendly! It was great to see the littles out dancing too. We tried the lobster tacos from the lobster truck. They were great!! Stuffed with lobster. A few of the other food trucks included Greek food, pizza truck, sandwiches and a taco truck (my favorite was when they used to have a mac n chz truck there ) We tried a couple different cocktails from the bar and they were delish too. Our bartender was super sweet and had a great personality. The places hosts many events: from bike night to bingo to salsa dance lessons.. so there's no doubt we wont be back soon to enjoy the fun!

The pizza had a softer dough which rises higher and had melted Swiss and cheese with onions, round, puffed up edges crispy with your added extra ingredient inside. It's designed as street food. The way to eat a Pizza Cuban style is to fold it in half and enjoy. We found their pizzas to be very delicious. The only minor thing is that these lovely people don't speak much English. First, I have to say the customer service needs serious improvement. I called ahead to place an order, but instead of being properly assisted, I was left on the line while the staff continued to take other in-person orders. There was no courtesy hold or communication, which felt unprofessional and frustrating. In total we had to call MULTIPLE times and was on "hold" for more then 10 minutes. As someone who has worked in hospitality, I understand how busy things can get -- but basic customer service goes a long way in keeping guests satisfied. Secondly, the pricing is a bit extreme, especially when it comes to something as simple as the Hot Cheeto bag. You are paying $6 for a 1oz bag. You can get a whole party size bag of hot Cheetos for less. I get that food costs are rising, but for what you're getting, it feels overpriced. Also, to add that I have tried this food truck multiple times and this occurs every time. The food is wonderful but it is going to lose business if there is not a change. If you are going to offer a phone service then please have it functioning properly. Overall, there's potential here, but unless they improve how they treat their customers and take a second look at their pricing structure, it's hard to justify coming back or recommending the place to others. I didn't drink but service seemed fast and the staff were very nice. There were 2 food trucks that were there, which was nice. A lot of covered/indoor seating as well. The skies did open on us so we all had room to pile inside. Nice grassy area for kids to play while the adults mingled.
