One time, I brought my mom, and she enjoyed it as well. They have a small dining area. Each time I have come, I order and either my food is brought to my car, or I wait for it. I am not a fan of the garlic bread, but that is personal preference. The pasta is great. I also opted out of a salad this time. They come with pepperoni on them and I don't eat pork. I have also had two desserts. They are very rich. Both were good. I did a chocolate cake, which had raspberry or strawberry something in the middle. I didnt know this at the time I purchased. There's plenty of room for movement without having to stand on a table to let people walk by. As is the custom, I ordered boneless wings as an app. Buffalo flavor. The sauce. not the animal. I have to state this because they always do this. When my order was delivered I received the Verdura and one House Salad, not my two Caesar Salads. In addition, the House Salad was on top of the hot pasta and was therefore hot as well. Furthermore, the pasta was swimming in sauce. I called the restaurant and spoke with a gentleman. I believe his name was James. I explained the errors to him. He did not apologize at all. In fact, he told me that I either did not enter the note appropriately, or it did not come through on their end. He said that he bagged up my order. He also said nothing about the salad screwups. I told him that putting cold salads on top of hot pasta is their common practice with my orders, he said nothing. I told him that I was bringing this to his attention so that they could improve this practice. Once again, no response. I said to him that not putting cold salads on top of hot pasta should be common sense. He replied with, "I'm not going to have this discussion with you. You can take it up with DoorDash. Well, I am going to take it up with DoorDash and Sauce just lost a frequent and loyal customer. If he bagged up my order he obviously did not check to ensure the order was accurate. His attitude sucked: no apology and blaming the customer. Disgraceful! P.S. No salad dressing with the House Salad.

The space is smaller but very welcoming and definitely feels like a local hangout spot. When you walk in, the specials board is front and center, including their Burger of the Month, which is what I ordered. Mine featured goat cheese, spinach, strawberry compote, and jalapeños. The flavor combination was unique and really worked well together, and the burger itself was juicy. Personally, I would have loved a bit more char for those crispy edges, but the flavors were definitely there. It came with rosemary fries that were thin, crispy, and generously seasoned. I added a side of hot honey for dipping, which ended up being an unexpectedly amazing combo. The restaurant has a great beer selection, plenty of TVs for sports, fun retro-style décor, and soft lighting that creates a relaxed atmosphere. Even at 9 PM, there were families with kids dining, so it feels very family-friendly rather than a late-night bar scene.
