The green sauce is everything you need and the Reina pepiada makes the usual dry arepa so flavorful. My husband got the chicken bowl, and he had no complaints. I tried the Reina pepiada arepa with cheese. I'm so glad I got the cheese because it was salty and gory. The arepa was crispy and delicious. We also got the vegetarian cachapas that I sampled and then saved for lunch the next day. Wow it was spectacular. The plains were my favorite part. The corn pancake was somehow creamy like a polenta cake. I loved everything about it and can't wait to go back! The cost was very reasonable for the amount of food they give you and the quality.

Oh what a great find,  seeing two of my foodie friends visiting got me excited .  Mcgraw is hopping…read morewith Mexican,  Dominican and Venezuelan food all within a few blocks.  This El Takito Loko has moved just across the street from the original location,  now next to the BP gas station corner of Proctor and Mcgraw.  A large tent with picnic tables to enjoy the food .  I ordered a Campechano Burrito mixed Steak and Chorizo OMG marvelous ,  so uniquely delicious.  A superb combination of spices, peppers, onions and beans.  The owner really cool straight outta LA where he brought his food trailer from,  had El Salpicon rebrand and refresh.  I watched him in action on the flattop,  so many ingredients piled on . Now they don't allow off duty law enforcement to carry their firearms in this place RED FLAG . Now the waitresses who throw themselves at you with their BBLs and breast in front of your wife demand that you tip the flirting said it all. Too much to worry about coming in here.
