Came in telling me if I have a problem, scanned my id and would keep asking if I had a problem. Told him to leave me alone multiple times but he kept pushing it. Was ready to give him my id outside but looked like he was just ignoring me so I went in. Usually the security guard is doing the scanning but this dude kept trying to cause a problem when I kept telling him to leave me alone. Other than that service is great from all the budtenders.

We asked for a different size since my child needed it and she automatically went into berserk mode stating we didn't have the correct box and kept on repeating it. I didn't realize until later why she was repeating it and staying in the area where we got the shoes. It was as if she was accusing us that we "intentionally" changed the boxes. Took her 10 mins to make sure the rest of the boxes of shoes we were going to purchase were correct. Then, she went to the back to get the size we needed Uh woman, the boxes we had was given to us by your coworker. The audacity to ask me upon checkout to sign up for a credit card was messed up as well the way you treated my family and I.

What this location does well compared to other HG: it has an excellent dishes section, it often has a wide variety of glass holiday decorations, and the line to checkout is usually pretty quick. What it could do better: the store sometimes feels a bit cramped because it's smaller than other stores. The clothing section is small and doesn't offer a lot of variety in Large or XL sizes.
