Five stars for the team who saved my man from the girl with the tattoo by her eye who does that creepy flirty "come here" finger by her face making him uncomfortable whenever he goes in, so that I don't have to come in and handle that. Every budtender brings out many options making this a quick stop, knowing their products and prices. Sis only brings out one or two options and thinks she hit, usually out of range or drastically low quality, wasting our time. Update: the owner reached out to call them but when I called twice, no one responds and they just hang up. The worker in question is actually in today so I'm not surprised that no one is coming to the phone. Lost a star for that. read more

Always come to this store but today the guy scanning ids was having a conversation with someone outside instead of scanning ids. Came in telling me if I have a problem, scanned my id and would keep asking if I had a problem. Told him to leave me alone multiple times but he kept pushing it. Was ready to give him my id outside but looked like he was just ignoring me so I went in. Usually the security guard is doing the scanning but this dude kept trying to cause a problem when I kept telling him to leave me alone. I've stopped here 2-3 times over the last couple months. Quality weed and good prices, however the most recent time I had a budtender who didn't understand half of what I was asking (language barrier) not to be rude but if you are going to be customer facing at a dispensary you should be able to differentiate from me asking for a cart vs. asking for flower. I've been going here for a long time since the old location before I was even 21 and I'd have family go in for me even before I could actually go in I preferred this place. But since being 21 and actually going I have to say it definitely depends who you get as your bud tendersome of them are very relaxed and listen to what you want and like and show you products based on that and others just go to the expensive stuff and only try to give you 1/8ths when you want an ounce. I have amazing experiences here and I have not so good ones where I feel like I'm fighting the bud tender the whole time just to show me bud I can afford cause that's "what they like" when everyone is different. But overall I like the place I have more good experiences than bad I just try to get the bud tenders I know I like. read more

I am a regular customer, I have been there 50+ times. Sometimes they fall short, but they rise above whenever possible, making them way above average. They are not a bunch of hippies fresh off the bus, they are your casual buddies helping you out. They are current, and comply with local, state, regulations so we can have a good safe legal therapeutic experience. They all do a tough job very well. They are an asset to the local East Kent/Covington Communities that they serve. I would go sober before I would go anywhere else, and nobody wants to see that. Giving a 5 star review because they deserve it, and to directly spite the woman who just verbally abused the staff (as well as wagging her finger in someone's face) for having an expired ID without the paper that had the barcode (in case you didn't know, due to COVID expired IDs are still valid provided you get the barcode given when a new ID is ordered [can be done online], and that is what must be provided if your ID is expired during COVID). The security guards are the only ones with welcoming/genuine personalities - on top of never getting the correct order when placed online or substitutes being made with no communication when checking out. I've given them multiple chances because of the neat store and good product, but if they can't even fill an order correctly it's not worth it. Go to ZIPS instead. The owner Colleen is so rude she holds NO PROFESSIONALISM. When I went in to purchase some flower I was not greeted. While being serviced not only was my bud tender not knowledgeable on any product, but listening to the owner speak to customer was sickening. All she did was make excuses for her stores crappy service, and even argued with the elderly couple so she didn't have to make it right. Literally this place sucks, and they let animals into the building that cause a disturbance to the environment. The people here are very nice and knowledgeable every time I come in looking for something new to try. They are honest about what's good and what's not the best. I have no idea what people are talking about. I was almost deterred to go by here on my way home based entirely on the reviews, I am happy I didn't listen. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. We waited for not more than 2 minutes and the woman at the front was very apologetic about it, which was thoughtful. When we a went into the actual dispensary a gentleman helped us immediately. We are fairly unfamiliar with what we want, but despite that he helped us choose the beat thing for us. Usually my ignorance is seen as irritating at dispensaries. Here we were helped promptly and the staff felt very willing to help us. The prices seemed fair as well. When your customer service starts with a YEAH BUT, there is a learning opportunity for the owner and the employees to re-examine how they address their customers. Went In for the first time today and it was amazing! I was greeted when I walked in and let them know it was my first time and they were extremely helpful. I was just passing through and saw so decided to stop. They were extremely knowledgeable and if she didn't know there was another team member ready to help and answer the questions. (I had a lot of questions) I got some new things that I'm super excited for! (I tend to stick to what I know) when I'm back in town I will definitely be stopping in again.....
