Woman at register directly in front of upstairs escalator refused to take back my shirt for a…read morereturn. I had the shirt, the bag, the receipt, and the tags, and the shirt was in brand new unused never worn condition and was purchased yesterday. She immediately took an attitude when I asked to make a return and said it's been worn it's destroyed the tags are removed it's not returnable. I stayed calm and explained that the receipt says 30 day guarantee and it's been 1 day. I also said the shirt is in perfect new unused never worn condition and that the tags do not have to be on the shirt because the receipt also says receipt OR tag can be used to return the shirt. I had BOTH and since I had the receipt it did not matter if the tags were removed since the shirt could be returned without the tags entirely. She KEPT MY RECEIPT and sent me to customer service manager who did the return without the receipt and apologized for the other woman's rude behavior. Keep in mind this was a return of a $39.00 shirt on a $747 receipt. Unfortunately I will not be back to this Dillards location after this upsetting experience.

He's over qualified, yet still went to test my earlier hypothesis. The store mgr sent him 6 "reminders" of his interview. Apparently, Nick (the store mgr) was running 3 hrs late and couldn't be there. Another "manager" tried interviewing him. She didn't know anything, but informed him the manager role he was interviewing for was already FILLED and she didn't understand why the store mgr is still interviewing and wasting people's time. Yet, another example of a business wasting people's valuable time. Why does Bealls practice this deception?

They say there are 75-90 vendors in there. To me, it is just a big store with a very wide variety of merchandise. From the outside, it looked a little dated. But once you step inside, it is awesome. I bought a dress, two pair of pants and a sweater here. There was a guy who was assisting me and I don't remember his name. He was helpful without being pushy and that is always appreciated by me. The quality of the clothes is pretty good. The prices are mostly pretty fair. I did notice a run in the pants I bought after I got home of course. They would gladly return or exchange them but I live too far away. I will get them altered near home. I just wish The Franklin Shops had a location near where I live. The fitting rooms were clean. And they had extra help at the desk where you stop to have your clothes checked and receive your plastic number of the clothes you bring in to try on. There was a long line at the check out; however here too, they'd added extra cashiers to move the line fairly quickly. Good to know this store was here --especially since I found an outfit that I liked and it even wanted to come home with me.

Miromar Outlets…read more Shopping Experience I loved visiting Miromar Outlets. The property is clean, feels safe, and is thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to get around. Just to name drop a couple of the stores The Nike Factory, Polo Ralph Lauren, Saks Off 5th Ave, Guess and Adidas plus many more. There are just too many stores to name. With so many stores, you could easily spend an entire day shopping here. Atmosphere and Amenities Fountains throughout the center add to the pleasant atmosphere, and some even contain live fish. Benches are available, although I would welcome more seating as shaded areas were hard to find. I also wish there were more directories to help visitors navigate the property. Dining Options When you need a break from shopping, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, including Ford's Garage, Naples Flatbread, and Rusty's Raw Bar & Grill just to name a few. Parking and Location Parking is easy, with large lots surrounding the buildings. I also heard that charging stations are available nearby. Interstate 75 is only a short drive away, making the outlets convenient to reach. Overall Rating Miromar Outlets offers an excellent mix of shopping, dining, and atmosphere.
