Susie's!! We found two pairs of bright green and pink camouflage pants - yeah go figure that someone thought bright camo pants would be attractive on someone - there was a whole rack of them. When it came to trying them on - ohhh my it was an amazing experience. Turns out you had to literally rip open the legs of the pants. The insides were made of plastic!!! which had pretty much sealed itself closed. We were laughing so hard we couldn't even get them on after we opened them, at first. Along with the pants we found bright pink vests and bright green undershirts. Talk about standing out! At school the next day not only could you hear us swish swish swishing from 6 classrooms away, but man oh man the sweat build-up due to the plastic interior was crazy. I felt like one of those people who wears a trash bag to work out in order to "loose more weight." Sadly the next day my bathroom scale still read the same. The outfits, though, definitely rocked the campus that day!!

I bought 3 items for my daughter, Found a freaking bathroom at Big Lots to try it on, one of the 3 outfits didn't fit so I take that one thing back for a refund no more than 5 minutes after the initial purchase and they wouldn't give my money back. The stupidest dumbest store, management, ownership in the world. All the idiot employee says is that you should read the receipt. WAIT. I am given the receipt AFTER the purchase. I wouldn't buy these overpriced crap if I knew what a rip off it is. And honestly, how many people buy something and take the receipt out and start reading. And for GOD's sake, turn the A/C on. The place feels like an oven and its middle of JUNE! And lastly, their clothing is HORRIBLE quality, This is no joke. It is the junkiest material they can find. She wasn't the manager for the whole store but a night manager. She didn't help the situation at all. When I got home that evening I was still so upset I decided to sit down and send an email to the corporate headquarters and a separate email to the actual full store manager at our local Kohl's. When I didn't hear anything in response to my emails I printed out the letter and mailed a physical letter to our local store manager. That was over a month ago and I still haven't heard anything back from them. Customer service is America is dead I fear. However, I will give credit where credit is due. I shop occasionally at Target and afterwards I sometimes receive a survey from Target corporate headquarters. If I have the time I will take the survey and give them or an indirect employee cudos for a job well done. Likewise, if I'm unhappy with my experience I also will tell them. Without fail, the manager of the Target I have patronized calls me the next day to discuss whatever the issue has been with my shopping experience. If memory serves me usually the manager has told me to come to the service desk the next time I'm in the store and they will give me a gift card! So, a big shout out to Target for grea GREAT customer service and a big raspberry to Kohl's for totally dropping the ball.

Oddly, it varies visit to visit based on how many employees they have on the floor and sometimes could be a 3.5, on a very good day. Whether we're talking about shelves being stocked, see ^any employee around to ask a question, having 1 checker with a line of customers to the back of the store. I get it. In reading other reviews, I agree that the store is laid out very well and the aisles are widely spaced and this location does not have a refrigerated section. In my experience of shopping at other stores and other competitors, this location seems to be on the greater end of selling cleaning supplies and the like. If you're looking for something specific, this might not be your best choice to shop. But, if you're killing time and need some general items, you'll hopefully have success here.
