Shopping at Fabuless Finds is an experience! You have to go there to believe it. You will want to make frequent trips there because every day a bundle of new items comes in. I go in this store every so often to just browse and see what's new. I have bought a few things. This is one of the best resale shops around, they have the most unique things, from furniture, to household decorations, and clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry. A lot of antique things. They have quality items. IF you see something you are interested in, my advice is to buy it then, when you go back, it's probably not going to be there. They have things I would have bought but just don't have room for. I have never tried their consignment, but I hear they are very picky about what they will accept (because they don't want junk). And the prices are reasonable for what you get, I think. If you are looking for something unique, give it a look. Once I bought some cups I liked, it was a set, and one of the cups had a flaw, so I asked if I could just buy the other, instead, they gave me a discount. That was OK with me. read more

This is my go to resale store downriver and i never leave empty handed. All of the clothes are in impeccable used condition, many still have the original price tags. I seen/bought burberry button-ups, Calvin Klein sweaters, and an amazing white leather indian/boho bag. The other half of the store is home furnishings and while i haven't bought any, i always poke around and find so many great things like persian rugs, a pottery barn harvest table with chairs, and beautiful light fixtures. I have been a customer of Fabuless Finds since the store opened a few years ago. They run a tight ship in terms of merchandise they take, but if you purchase items, you can be sure they are of top quality. When consigning, a consignor must ask themselves if OTHERS would purchase this item if they found it at a consignment shop. Many people shop at various stores, but sometimes that person is not the store's TARGET MARKET. So although items may be new, special to you, etc., Heather & staff know who their target market is and gravitate toward items the target market will purchase. I have never been disappointed with anything purchased at Fabuless Finds and I always earn top $$ for items I consign--definitely more than I could earn at a garage sale! Businesses cannot please everyone all the time, but attitude/communication goes both ways. Yes, businesses have to earn respect but so do customers. THIS IS THE WORST RESALE SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! I had found this resale shop on yelp.com. The day before bringing in my items, I had called and talked to the owner clarifying what she buys. She clarified she does not take any 'specific' clothing brands, just newer items bought within a certain time, in-season. I brought in brand new, never worn, bought this year, cute Dressbarn tops. Definitely in-season, trendy and stylish. In fact, when I walked in the store, I noticed similar looking (used) tops on the racks, and I thought that I would have no problem selling mine to her. When I walked up to the desk and dropped off my bag, the owner asked if I had an account, and I said no I currently did not. She suggested that I look around while she went through my bag of clothing. I told her I had a phone call I had to make, and she said to go ahead outside to make it and come back in 20 minutes. That is exactly what I did. When I came back in, she told me that she wasn't going to accept any of my clothing, and that I shouldn't open an account at this time. When I took one of my tops out and asked why she didn't accept this one, she said that she is looking for a 'specific' brand. She obviously didn't realize she spoke to me the day before. I really believe that she wouldn't accept my items that day because I didn't stay in and shop or purchase anything else. In my opinion, this is NOT how you run a resale shop. I have been to many others, who have purchased nice items from me without expecting me to purchase from the store. I recently had a garage sale and sold all my nice clothing. But I would really recommend customers to consider other resale shops instead of this one! I thought the owner's ethics are unprofessional, and she'll most likely go out of business with this agenda. read more

PSA! For anyone who may shop at Fabulous Finds in Riverview- owner/owner's elder daughter is a nasty, rude person. Bought boots on Saturday along with $75 in total merchandise only to go to wear today and was given 2 different boots. I called, explained and said I would be here by 6 before they close! Rush after work to get here by 6pm, at 543pm- they're closed! I start to leave message on answering machine and she waves me in rudely through their doors. NO APOLOGY. I was obviously "inconveniencing her!" I then told her that in the commotion of them rushing people out the door Sat, I didn't receive a punch card with my large purchase (punch for every $20 you spend with $20 off after 5 punches)...she RUDELY says, my mother would have asked you if you wanted one, I will not give you one, how do I know you didnt get one?? oh but your MOTHER gave me 2 different boots AND took tags off the sweater I paid for too when adding my pyrchase up and you TRIED not to refund me that too!THANKS "Heather" for running an unprofessional business tonite! How about stamping receipts when giving the punch cards instead of calling a good customer a Liar! I will not be back!
