I am making a note that Bisque 320 does a nice job of covering up my acne chin! I even got a sample because at $57 + tax for 1oz. Of foundation, I'm willing to wait until they run a special. I also checked out their purse section since I need a new cross body bag, but lackluster options in the Clearance section and seemed picked over. Designer bags like Michael Kors & Kate Spade available and feel like better prices at an outlet or online directly.

This past Friday evening, unfortunately, I had the WORST shopping experience I've ever had while picking up an online order at Macys Westfields (Citrus Park). While there I decided to do some additional Xmas decor shopping. I took extra time looking for multiples of each type I selected and had to take extra care as the ornaments were glass/fragile. I would from time to time feel someone looking my way and would glance up and notice multiple "customers" glancing/watching me and following me around the store. I have to mention there were other customers there also shopping for decor - but no one that looked like me... Then a cashier that worked in the Men's Department (a good distance away)came over to the Decor section to ask me if "I needed some help." Already feeling very uncomfortable, I was ready to go. I followed her all the way over to the Men's Dept. I asked her if she had the appropriate paper to wrap the ornaments, although she mentioned that she would go over to customer service to get the right wrapping, she and the other cashier with her found a few sheets of used tissue paper under the counter to wrap over $100.00 worth of glass/fragile ornaments and stuffed them all in one regular bag, not a box as they usually do!! I was pissed!! Before leaving, I remembered that I needed to stop by the perfume section to smell a certain fragrance I purchased online. Then a cashier, that did not look like me and was not assisting me came right into my personal space and started straightening up/arranging the perfume bottles and picking up the fragrance tester cards around me that Bella (cashier), was helping me with. Both Bella and I looked at her and she looked at me & Bella and apologized... Then Bella went to get a fragrance she wanted me to try and I asked her if I could try these perfumes on the tray right in front of me and she said of course! I tried one or two of them and something told me to take one full step away from the counter and when I did, I saw at least one other "customer" watching me as our eyes met, he almost knocked perfume boxes off the table watching me!! I decided not to buy anything from there! I was sooooo angry and frustrated!! I had to stop by Customer Service on the way out the door as the very nice cashier that helped me initially with my on-line order asked me to stop back by Customer Service to ensure I received the current discounted price... When I next in line, a guy walks out of the back customer service area to take care of me only... He didn't look like a regular cashier based on how he was dressed and he had a beret/hat on his head - more like security... He checked my receipt and some of the items in the box. I indicated that the cashier that helped me with my pick up order, recommended that I double check the items I ordered online to ensure I received the current/best discounted price. To add insult to injury - he appeared to be giving the items extra scrutiny... I was so angry by the time I walked out of there, I called my best friend in another state to tell her what happened! If it hadn't been so late in the evening and all that Friday traffic, I would have turned around and RETURNED IT ALL and am still planning to!! There were other customers there that didn't look like me and did not get the type of attention I did during my SHOPPING WHILE BLACK experience... As a 60+ retired military, disabled veteran with over 40 total years of service to my country, I refuse to spend my hard earned money where I am not respected and am what appears to be racially profiled - especially in times like these!! Worst customer service ever I went to this location…read moreyesterday and grabbed a few items and when I got to the checkout area there were 4 lights on over 4 registers, 2 cashiers and 1 person standing behind the counter doing nothing. I understand that the lights over the register indicates that it is open for business, where were the cashiers and why did the one person that was standing there just turn the lights off if there were no cashiers. I went to put my items down to leave and she tried to tell me I had to wait. I just walked out. Now, I have been reading the reviews on google and yelp and there are a lot of the same comments being made over multiple years. Do they just not care why has nothing been done about it if that many people are complaining about the customer service then why not start by firing the hiring manager due to not being able to hire competent people. Why is TjMaxx just sending out standard apologies. After a couple times it's not acceptable Im with the others in that I think I will stay away from TjMaxx from now on.

She was able to get my cake done in less than 24 hours just the way I envisioned it. $18 for a beautiful decorated and moist cake. Honestly, it looked like one you'd get at Publix Bakery. So very thankful to the staff for being able to get it done and in time for the party! I appreciate it. Do not sit on Walmart bakery! They've come a long way and I will be using them moving forward.

I went in thinking we were just shaping up the afro, and she said "let me give you the full experience." Baby... she did not disappoint. I told her, "you got free will--just make me feel as good as I try to make everybody else feel." And when I say she delivered?? Look at these curls. Look at this shape. The V in the back?? The definition?? I'm beyond pleased. She really took her time and brought my vision to life without me even having to explain it all the way. This wasn't just a haircut. This was confidence. I have visited this branch more often with my mom since the one in Tampa Palms City Plaza closed down. Since I am a single heterosexual man, I can not clam to be a clothing maestro. However, they have a wide selection of brand names and regular brands and many of the items look nice and are in good condition compared to Ross which always looks like a Category 3 hurricane swept through there. Last Christmas, my cousin from Canada came with me and she was awestruck by the prices and quality. They have those "MK- (Mortal Kombat purses) for prices in the $175-200 range.I believe those are usually in the $250 range. While the men's section does have a good range of products, they don't get me excited as much as items from JC Penney and Kohl's. So I usually find a spot to kill time while others shop. The lines are very long sometimes on weekends, but the cashiers are usually nice. If you want to open a Stein Mart card, the application is long and they send you a plethora of emails. FYI. If you're a woman, increase the rating to 4/5.
