It seems small compared to other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. However they have a decent variety of things, women's coats and jackets, active wear, pants, tops/blouses, intimate apparel. After some perusing, I found what I had came for. The quality of the outfit didn't look as good as it did online. Nonetheless I grabbed it and a couple other blouses and tried everything on in the fitting room. They had an attendant at the fitting room who was helpful and it was easy to get in and out of the dressing room. The checkout process was fairly quick and when asked the cashier let me know what their return policy was. I had until January (it was earlier this week when I purchased my items, so early November), with the receipt, all tags, and the items obviously never worn. I'm not sure if this is their usual return window or a special one for the holidays but its more than enough time to return something if you need to and I did so this was helpful. When I returned my items a couple hours later, after finding something that better fit my needs, the return process was a breeze and they refunded my money back to my original form of payment.

Love searching for great finds at Marshall's/TJMaxx. Since the selection changes so frequently, it's always so much fun coming here. The other day my husband mentioned wanting an A&M hoodie and guess what I found on clearance for $10?!?! Boom. The line was VERY long, extending to the front entrance. Normally I would have put my items back and left but I couldn't leave my $10 hoodies so I had to wait. Took about 15 minutes and this was with the nearly every register open. (Sigh) At first the lady at the register seemed a bit... gruff... but then she seemed ok. Not overly friendly but not as rude as the initial impression.

If I were you I would just drive an extra 5-10 minutes up the road to the better location with the better stuff anyway we were there for two hours and didn't even find anything because everything so ran through because all their employees do is walk around and don't fold their clothes and don't organize anything and none of them are on the same page.
