I was in the market for a new car as my truck was totaled in an accident in Sept. Mohammed was super friendly and showed us all the vehicles in our price range and to fit our needs. We fell in love with a Mercedes GLS 550 and decided to purchase. I noticed a few cosmetic defects, but he assured me the vehicle was meticulously maintained and of the highest quality. We also bought the warranty he highly recommended and promised it would cover everything except basic maintenance. He did note the sunroof shade didn't close and he would personally made sure it was taken care of. He said it would be weeks for the parts to come in. I took my vehicle home. Upon bringing it home I noticed more things wrong. I chased Mohammed via phone call for weeks before he finally agreed to have his mechanic look at my concerns. He had my vehicle for 2 weeks and it was untouched, no communication. FINALLY, he disclosed the issues were far too advance for his mechanic and we should bring it to Mercedes to diagnose. He agreed to work with the warranty to pay what they didn't cover to make this deal right. My vehicle was at the Mercedes dealer for almost a month due to lack of communication on Mohammed's end and finally we had to close the ticket, and my vehicle is still "broken". Mercedes also noted the front brakes are so worn down that any self-respecting dealer should have bare minimum disclosed it was in need of brakes. I have sent 3 follow up emails and MULTIPLE unreturned phone calls to have the agreed upon work fixed and I'm sure they will remain unreturned.

The frustrating part is very few dealers even call you back, so we kept looking. Then one evening, I found United Auto Group. I did a little research on a truck they had and decided to make the 3 hour drive to check it out. I met Ahmed when I arrived and he was able answer all my questions. I took the truck for a drive and was impressed with it. Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure we received the best value for our dollar so we decided to purchase the truck. Chris helped us with the paperwork and was very professional. It was so refreshing to go to a dealer where they ask you questions because they actually care about your needs. The deal was super smooth. That evening, we received a call from Ahmed after hours as he knew we had a three hour drive home. He called to make sure we made home safely and told us to call him anytime if we had any questions or concerns. He wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He even wrote a nice note for my son on the paperwork envelope (which we saw when we got home). I can't say enough good things about this place. I asked the salesman why it had been on the lot so long and he said it's the exact same as another car they had sold in the winter, so they used the same pics. This turned out to be a flat-out lie. In reality, it was the same car as in the photos and he hadn't yet suckered anyone into buying a $6000 car that needed $6000 in repairs. I am not that sucker, but I did spend money on an inspection that told me how bad the car was when the salesman Fred Barker could have just been up front with me. Hopefully, after reading this review, you won't be a sucker at KK Auto Ranch either. There are plenty of roadside car lots. My suggestion would be to pick a different one.
