I had a horrible experience purchasing a new truck from Jeff Belzer Chevrolet. I paid cash for the truck, yet they performed a hard credit card check on me when they fully understood that I was not seeking any form of financing or loan from them. This has had a detrimental effect on my credit score, affecting it at a critical time when I am shopping for a new home. At no point was I applying for any form of credit with Jeff Belzer. On January 21st, 2026 I purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 LT from Jeff Belzer Todd Chevrolet, Inc. in Lakeville, MN. I paid cash for the entire purchase price including tax, title, and licensing fees of the truck by writing a personal check. I originally worked with the salesperson John Majchrzak who was fantastic to work with but was handed off to an array of different salespeople through the ridiculously long several hours purchasing process and eventually landing with Jim McMahon. After test driving the truck with John, I stated that I would like to purchase the truck. I asked if they would accept a personal check or if I needed to go get a cashier's check from my bank. John informed me that a personal check was all that was needed. He then began the paperwork process and had me wait for some time at his desk. Over the next couple of hours I was shuffled from one desk or waiting room to another and from one salesperson to another trying to upsell me on a million different things from accessories to warranties. I was very clear that I did not want to purchase anything additional and was paying in cash for the truck. Eventually I was handed off to Jim McMahon, the finance manager. I explained that I was paying cash for the truck and not financing the truck. Jim stated that he knew that, but that he still needed me to fill out a long list of paperwork as if I was financing through them. Several times through the process I reminded him that I was paying cash. At one point in the process, Jim handed me the credit check form. I again explained that I was paying cash and asked why they would need to check my credit score. Jim stated it was their standard process even when someone is paying cash. We discussed this for several minutes as this did not make sense to me, but eventually I signed the document. I understood this check to be a soft hit on my credit score after my discussion with Jim. At no point did he correct this or explain that it would be a hard hit. I also offered several times to return with a cashier's check if they were concerned about the fact that it was a personal check. Jim stated that it was not necessary. I handed Jim a personal check and we completed the rest of the paperwork. A couple of weeks later, when I saw my credit score drop 30 points from Excellent, which it has been at for over 20 years, to Very Good because of Jeff Belzer's hard inquiry, I contacted Jim to voice my complaints and asked him to correct the issue. Jim left me a voicemail on 2/17/26 stating that there was nothing that he could do. Through my conversations with Jim after the fact, it became very clear that even though he was a finance manager, he had no idea what the difference was between a soft credit score hit and a hard credit score hit. This lack of understanding of the basic premises of his job has had a dramatic effect on my credit score at a critical home buying time for me. Again, Jeff Belzer's performed a hard credit hit on me when they fully understood that I was in no way seeking financing from their organization. read more

I Bought a car off the dealership roughly about 3 months ago, after just a few weeks I started to hear rattling in the rear, I took it to the dealership in Bloomington, which is a kia dealer cause of the warranty, they started work on the car then called me and said they can't fix the rattling in the rear cause there has been work done and it is not covered by warranty, I then also heard broken glass in the passenger side door and it looks like someone had broken the window and also there was rust and trim pieces lose. I brought it back they used my warranty to fix it and none of these issues were brought to my attention when they sold me the car for 24500 with 16000 miles and they are refusing to replace the car for something of the same value. read more

Drove it home 240 miles to Iowa, got Out & engine was making loud ticking noises. Local dealership in Iowa replaced cam , lifter & valve in right side. I recently purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 for the Lakeville location. I also purchased an extended warranty. I took my pickup in for an inspection of a front end rattling noise. They said it was a strut. The warranty covered the work however it didn't fix the problem. I took back in, and they said it was something else only now the insurance company is not willing to cover it because they already paid once for the repair. The dealership was unwilling to do anything even though the pickup had the issue when I bought it. I would not recommend the Lakeville location. Also, stay far away from Donnie. Jeff Belzer's performed $3,500+ work on my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. While the body shop did great work, the 100,000 mile service on the vehicle including replacing both batteries left me questioning whether some of the service I paid for was actually performed. After the service, battery terminals were still covered in corrosion on the battery covered by a terminal block and were drained upon return from a trip. What was the cause? I will never know. Could it had been an existing short? That was undetermined, but the service tech and service manager felt it was in their interest to be argumentative and would not remove to battery housing while I present to determine if the battery was indeed replaced or if they charged me without replacing it. If they did replace it, a simple solution to avoid erosion of trust would have been to clean the battery terminals when replacing a battery. A better solution would have been upon seeing the corrosion on the terminals to investigate if there is a short and call me to recommend additional service. Unfortunate that Jeff Belzer 's did neither, and then reacted poorly to my escalation and lost my trust. If you choose to take your vehicle to Jeff Belzer my recommendation is to examine service bills and verify work performed before leaving the dealership after service work. I went to test drive a used SUV that I saw online. The salesman showed me the cargo area and the bent and damaged floor. That was the first clue this was not the SUV for me. I tried to buckle the seat belt and discovered it to have two torn gouges in it. Not safe. While driving about a mile from the dealership I noticed the check oil light was on and informed the salesman. He said to turn around and head back to the dealership. He went inside to get a cloth so he could check the oil. There was nothing on the dipstick. I thanked him and promptly left. What kind of car dealership is this? Summary: - Jacob Schlee was the best salesman I ever met and deserves much more. - Andy Crowder and the business offices are STILL negotiating with you. Do not forget that! - Did I get what I wanted, yes. Would I buy from there again, maybe. The car picking process is top notch. I cannot say enough about Jacob Schlee specifically and Justin Smallfield that helped before him. I used Costco's auto program for a referral and Jeff Belzer's came up for both Chevy and KIA. From the start, I was contacted over text and even though my wife and I went back and forth on a Telluride vs a Traverse, they were supportive and answered back. When I made my way over to the dealer, they pulled the cars and were ready for test drives within 30 minutes. It was a breath of fresh air. After a couple of rides, I went home. No hard sales tactics or limited time offers. Jacob is the epitome of what Jeff Belzer established of no pressure sales at reasonable no haggle pricing. Jacob also listened to us and our needs. Jacob listened to our situation with being recent movers and needing to get into a new place. Trading in would cost us more now and put us into a 6 year deal. So he suggested leasing, and yes he has an interest, but with the pricing and the limited nature we could get a sizable trade in cash, have a new car, and have cash left for a house down payment. Compared to other dealers, I appreciated the consideration. My wife and I still decided to buy as the appreciation cost was still way too high and the money rate was still WAY too high. I hate everything that happened after this. Jeff Belzer, he has passed away BTW, set out to be a negotiation free experience. That memo only got to the sales floor, finance and business. Oh, that it is not. The accessories guy was nice. He let me talk to my wife by ourselves and he could have gotten me to get the pvc cover for the hood. But he missed the queue as they only offer it in their larger packages. Packages are provided by Zurich BTW. Research before you get there. The business manager that we dealt with Andy Crowder was needing to get home to his family for a hockey game. He mentioned it more than once while we were there and intruded when I asked for time to talk with my wife. He would not show me the rates, but promised he did everything for me. Which KIA's site says something very different. Then when negotiating over the extended warranty he said that he could have offered better. I lowballed, but he didn't counter, but let me know that he sells the most of them. Condescension is not appreciated at best and insulting. So, I left with under a $700 payment, I was happy. In the end, should you go to Jeff Belzer's to get your next car, maybe. Talk to Jacob and let him help you. He will ensure you are getting what you need and nothing more. He could have tried to sell me on other packages or trims, but didn't. I STRONGLY recommend researching CarEdge or any of the other support websites out there to negotiate in the finance office. They helped me to say no, take control and if I didn't like it, I can leave. Do the same and remember it's your money, Andy said that, and he was right. The first word I would have to say about them is Dignity. My credit is NOT good at all!! it is crap, at no point was I made to feel bad or was I made to feel inadequate!! The "Fresh start" program did not sugar coat it, but they did not say, " Well your credit is so crappy we have to work extra hard." They found a bank to work with us and made the numbers work. I can't speak to the sales people other than to say that they were nice and pleasant to work with. They were great with me. BUYER BEWARE - NIGHTMARE USED CAR EXPERIENCE In late 2023 we purchased a used BMW 535i (8 years old w 70k miles) for just over $17k from Jeff Belzer Chevrolet as a birthday present/first car for our daughter who had just turned sixteen and would be getting her drivers license in the next few weeks. The car appeared to be in great shape cosmetically and drove fine on the test drive, I considered having another mechanic look at it but was assured by the salesman that they had "completed a full inspection and service to get it ready for sale" and that it was "in great shape". Jeff Belzer being a large dealership, I thought that would be reputable and that we'd be safe, in spite of this I still asked if they'd provide any type of warranty with the sale (even said I would purchase one) but was told that since it wasn't a Chevy and they are a Chevy dealership they couldn't. Fast forward 2 1/2 weeks to when my daughter had gotten her license and started driving the car to school and back for a week. She told me that she thought something might be wrong because it "made a loud clunking noise" whenever she turned a corner. I took it to a local shop that specializes in imports and asked them to look at it. They were busy, but after a few days got back to me and let me know that the entire front end needed to be replaced. Not only that, but as they were diagnosing it they had noticed that the alternator belt was deteriorating badly and was close to disintegrating(they showed me, it had chunks of rubber missing and more flaking off). They said that when this happens it is typically indicative of a long term oil leak which has been leaking onto the belt and that they could see some evidence of prior oil leakage but it looked to have been cleaned up recently. Long story short they gave me an estimate of around $7,000 for everything that needed to be done to get the car drivable. It was now three weeks since we'd purchased the car so I called the dealership to see what they'd be willing to do since it did not seem right to me that a t $17,000 car should need $7,000 worth of work just to make it drivable three weeks and less than 500 driven miles post purchase. After more than week of daily voicemails that weren't returned I finally said I was going to keep calling until I talked to a person and was transferred to a "manager" who said he only oversaw online sales so would have to check on what they could do for me. When I called back later he told me "there's really nothing we can do since it's been over a month since you bought the car, if you'd called sooner we might have been able to do something but a month is too long". This made me a bit upset as I'd been chasing them on the phone to speak to someone for over a week at this point and my first call had been less than one month after purchase. He the said that he'd do me "a big favor" and he'd let us trade it in for something "more reliable". I then asked if they'd give us the full purchase price as the trade in value and he said "no, it sounds like there is a lot wrong with the car" and that it would probably be lower but he couldn't tell me how much lower unless I had it towed the 105 miles back to them. I wasn't about to pay hundreds of dollars for a tow just to be lowballed, so I decided to eat the repair cost. Long story short, in just over a year and less than 2,500 miles driven on this car, it has had to have the front end replaced, engine disassembled to replace the alternator belt and crankcase gasket for $7,000 within a month of delivery, developed a leak in the oil cover gasket dumping all of the car's oil on my driveway and necessitating a tow to another mechanic, had to have the old dried pieces of mouse nest removed from the air system when they became dislodged from wherever they'd been and got into the A/C blower fan, and just three weeks ago blew the engine completely. I'm finally writing it off as a lesson learned and sending the car on its way to the junk yard after putting more than half again the purchase price into repairs and now looking at an additional $10,000+ if we wanted to replace the engine. read more

My own personal hell come to life with Jeff Belzers. Wanted to buy an EV with my wife in 2023 and started looking at Kia EVs. Jeff Belzers came up as a dealer with a few of the makes and models we were interested in. We went to the dealership in the evening and test drove a few of the EVs and they seemed great. Sales was a little pushy but nothing I hadn't seen elsewhere. I told them I wanted the car and would trade in my old vehicle and cover the rest cash. We purchased the car that night and drove it home. The next morning while putting new insurance in the car and my garage opener, I noticed a weird rattle (sounded like popcorn) when I closed the driver side visor. Didn't think much of it but mentally noted it and later emailed sales. They said it sounded like a loose bolt and I could take it in but I waited since they are like 30-40 minutes away from me. A few weeks later my wife and I had the day off and were loading the back of our new car with gym equipment when we noticed the rear seat belt was frayed. I thought that was weird but I immediately started tearing the car apart and then realized the rattle noise I heard when I brought the car home that night was acorns.... The car (an electric vehicle no less) was full of acorns, had been chewed, and was the home of what I assume was a bunch of squirrels or rodents of some sort. I immediately called the dealer to tell them I was coming in and returning the car and to my surprise they said I could trade it in at a loss and they wanted to see it first. I was very stern and told them this was NOT something I did and I would not accept that as an answer. This did not happen in my garage as I have a small RV in my garage and my previous car was spotless when I traded it in. I have never had rodents in my garage since living in my house. I also consulted a consumer rights attorney while driving to the dealership. When I arrived the manager and a technician inspected the car. They couldn't find the obvious issues until I pointed them out. At that point they immediately went inside to talk privately with their manager. When they finally sat down, they initially offered me $3,000 less than what I paid for the car a few weeks ago - to trade it in for a nearly identical model with a slightly better trim package. This also meant I paid for two dealer fees, registration, etc.. After all my troubles and problems I would've expected any decent dealer to simply waive these fees. At this point I was so tired I was willing to pay the extra money for the next trim package. They fought me tooth and nail until I got angry. I told them if they weren't going to make this right I was going to drive to an auto body shop under my attorneys recommendation and get a full inspection, then I would be suing them for fraudulently selling me a known defective car that was unsafe to drive on public roads. Their tone changed immediately and went from courteous to cordial. I then talked to a manager who told me they were willing to write me a check for everything I asked for if I signed a release of claims. I signed the document and accepted the check because this is all I wanted (a nice slightly used EV for an acceptable market price). It's a shame that it took literal hours of my life , a threat of real legal action and consequence + an email from the Minnesota Attorney Generals Office directly to the dealership, to accomplish this. Jeff Belzers is the most dishonest and downright untrustworthy dealership I've ever worked with. I wouldn't buy a car from Jeff Belzer if you paid me to. To this day I've reported this dealer to every single regulatory body and watchdog organization possible including BBB, FTC, MN DOL, and even Kia Corporate. I will shout my message from the loudest and tallest roof tops. Jeff Belzer is a fraud, but he is not stupid. Be very careful because walking into their dealership is like walking into a den full of snakes. Cherry on top of the cake,I realized the key fob they gave me was never even keyed. So I get to go to a real Kia dealership to continue to fix their mistakes. read more

I Purchased a truck a month ago and have had issues with it from day 1. From the service Powertrain light coming on less than 12 hrs after purchase. To the service department not filling the transmission fluid after replacing a pump. And having a wheel almost fall off because they didn't torque the lug nuts. Now I need a new rear window because this one leaks and flooded my back seat. I had asked my salesman Dan why it looked like the back seat had been wet and he said oh we just detailed it, Its nothing. That was a lie. I also beleive he shut off the auto start stop before I test drove it so I wouldn't see that it didn't work correctly as it never shut off when I stopped during the test drive. A manager called me a few weeks ago asking me about the issues I was having and asked me to remove my negative review. He said he would send me a check to cover some of the issues but I never received it. So I am putting my review back online. read more

Hands down the most inept, unresponsive, and just bad service organization I have ever encountered. I was overcharged $130 for work that wasn't accomplished (a light bulb). Add to it they induced a different problem while my car was in the shop (and tried to blame it on someone else). In addition, my car was at their shop an additional three days (and three more days of car rental) because they damaged another part that was being replaced. I attempted to get it fixed after I realized they didn't complete the work I was charged for, but the Service Manager closed the shop early because there was 3" of snow???? I would take a Big Wheel to Belzer's for service. Completely inept staff. No return calls to top it all off! I get that it's an auto dealership (poor service), but Belzer's is a complete joke! read more

Saturday we test drove a car and loved it. The stickler was our trade, we couldn't agree on the price so we left. Monday they call and boom they can give us what we want. Monday evening we go in, took 30 minutes to fill paperwork out and get it to finance, sat through the BS of the accessories salesmen nonsense... After over a hour of sitting around waiting on finance we just left... salesman was helping other buyers, finance guys and other employees wandering around and maybe one or two other customers in the place. 30 minutes later the finance guys call and what do you know were approved. - Disappointing experience, I'd understand it it was Saturday when everyone is off work looking at cars but a Monday evening? We've been there twice now and didn't want to go back a third time for a car we can buy anywhere. - I feel bad for the salesman who put in the time and let us drive cars, he lost out on the commission, unfortunately the greasy finance guys make all the money but they F over it he sales department. read more

I waited 6 weeks to get the front suspension repaired. Starting with scheduling a time to bring the truck in for diagnoses and repairs, this was over 2 week wait. Once it was there it was not looked at for another 4 days. Begging the question what was the point of scheduling an appoontment. Took another week before i had my answer on the repair. Front struts needed to be replaced which were under warrenty. This meant the warrenty people had to have it inspected which was another 4-5 day wait. Once approved parts were ordered which took another 7-10 days. This was by far the longest i have ever waited for a repair, and this was just to fix front struts. Reading other reviews this seems to be business as normal for these guys. If I wasnt forced to use the dealership for my repair because of the warrenty i would have went somewhere else. Total cost for this repair was over 6k, glad i had this covered under warrenty, only saving grace in this whole experience. read more

I had a wonderful car buying experience at this dealership with Sarah M.I came in around 630 in the evening on a Wednesday . I was interested in test driving a vehicle on the showroom floor . I test drove the vehicle and loved it. I asked her if I could put a down payment on it to hold until the next day and complete the rest of the process then. She explained they don't allow holds on cars and I would have to drive it off the lot today. I explained I had to leave by 7:40p due to a very important engagement I could not be late for. No kidding from 6:30p-7:40p I was able to test drive, get a super fair trade offer on my current car and get fully financed and sign all the paperwork! This woman was awesome and pushed the process through quickly so that I could get the last car of that type at the dealership! I came back the next day and was shown all the features on the car .... some of which I had no idea I had haha . Overall super satisfied. read more

Belzer's begs you for a 10 review, but certainly didn't act like it. I went in on a Saturday afternoon to consider an electric Kia. I decided to get it and have been nothing but disappointed. First, it took a long time, and we closed after the dealership did, making them kind of rush through the process and I had no understanding of the EV aspects. Second, I ordered and paid for wheel locks and a charger, yet when I got home I had neither of those. I was charged and five weeks later still haven't received anything. No follow up calls, "How are things going", or any help at all - they got their sale and I guess were happy. Now, even worse, my car won't charge fully, and there is no one to contact. I tried customer service with their two business day reply SLA, and that was three business days ago. Finally after emailing and texting, I had to dispute the charge for the items I never received. I would not suggest buying a Kia or buying anything from Belzer's. Oh, and by the way, I never even received a survey from them! I guess they only survey the customers who will give them their 10! read more

Had my car towed here due to catalytic converter issue. The service manager treated me like an idiot. Of course, I have 2 X chromosomes and have no mechanical knowledge or the ability to diagnose issues with my car, right? Then he quotes me $2250 for a repair and tells me the part alone is $2K. Online shopping shows the part listed at 1/10th that price so I bought that one and then found a professional mechanic to install for again a small percentage of what this guy quotes me. He tells me I have to pay the bill for diagnostic testing, I call and give them my debit card number and I'm told the keys will be at the customer service desk to pick up. Come Saturday, the day I can pick my car up and it takes them 45 minutes to find my keys and they try to get me to pay a second time. Fortunately my bank had already posted the original charge to my account and I was able to verify that from my app. Sales person there was very nice but I suggest women to go anywhere else, don't waste your hard earned money somewhere that they regard women as idiots. I still can't believe that this behavior is acceptable in this day and age at dealerships and with mechanics. read more

I bought a certified vehicle through this dealership. This dealer is just bad in all facets of the business. I bought a vehicle and tried using their service department. Service department is way below par average of other dealers in our area. They price gouge and I ended up pulling my car out of repair to have it done elsewhere. They marked up a fairly expensive part 800% over what the OEM on-line purchase price direct from the manufacturer. Even when I pointed it out, the would not budge. 2 bad VERY experiences with this group. Buyers be warned. 1) I was looking for a lease on a Traverse and was told the price I wanted was impossible to get to. I ended up going to Lupient Chev and got just that. When I called my sales guy back he told me he didn't believe me... so I sent a pic of the lease paperwork showing financials. 2) Now that lease is up and thoughts I'd give them another shot. They are running a great deal on the Traverse. Apparently that great deal is only tied to a Traverse which is being demo'd at the moment and won't come off demo until the deal expires this month. What a bunch of bait and switch jokers. "But we sell more Chevy's than anybody", I am guessing the world is full of suckers if that is true. read more

I went yesterday to look at a used car. the salesman seemed very new and knew nothing about the kia. He kept telling me his sales pitch on how they sell 1,000 cars a month so the used cars will go fast. I looked at the car and was interested, but only if I got a decent quote on my trade in. the salesman kept going round and round on he had to know if I want this car for sure or not. I was enticed by an unbelievable low price for a car on the lot; used, very good condition. The experience was insulting, and a little bit scary. 1. Trade offer was lowest by %25 compared to the trade I accepted from CarMax. 2. The sales agreement presented was a HIGHER PRICE than advertised. 3. The sales associate (smiley McCockyPants) seemed inauthentically nice... I was right... he just deffered to his Mng who talked at me over and over and over... nauseating. 4. A one star rating is generous. Our three hour visit at Jeff Belzer's Ford was a waste of time. I e-mailed the salesman the day before, stating that I wanted to test drive a specific vehicle that was on their web page. We travelled four hours. When we got there and he informed us that it was not yet delivered and was about two months out. We decided to go ahead and test drive a similar vehicle that he showed us. I gave the salesman my key, thinking that they could evaluate our truck while we test drove the new vehicle. Well, that didn't happen. We thought they would be more considerate of our time since we travelled so far. We asked the salesman several times what the interest rate was. He would respond with: "Well they are really good at this time." Well, I calculated the rate later and found it to be eight percent, which is not a good rate. Our bank had a much lower rate. They must either pad the numbers before calculating rates or they're getting one hell of a kickback from the bank. As for the trade in. I've had other dealerships quote site unseen for my vehicle for much more than what their quote was. The cowboy of a test driver explained to me that he drove the truck a lot harder than I would ever do and explained that it hesitated and was probably the turbo or cam, and that the engine check light came on and went off. Oh, and demand your keys back immediately after the test drive. They play the stall game: "Oh, we have to hunt the keys down." Once I got the keys back, I told them that we were leaving and I would check the engine with my scanner. None of the issues that he claimed the vehicle had showed up. Also, as for Covid concerns , First, they tried trapping us in their office for a couple hours. It was hot with very poor ventilation. Secondly the test driver did not clean his hands and took off his mask as soon as he got in our vehicle. When done, he did not clean the driver's area. Le Sueur County just happens to have the fastest growing Covid rate in the state. We are in the high risk category because of our ages. We ended up wiping down the vehicle before leaving and airing it out as we drove. Should probably report them to the health department. All and all, our experience was very educational. Never trust the people at Jeff Belzer's. Like they say: How can they go home and look in the mirror at the end of the day? read more

I hate this dealership! A lot of pressure, not transparent. Just seems focused on closing the deal even if it's not the right fit for you or your family. They try to take full advantage of knowing that you are looking for a new vehicle. First experience they undercut my trade but had my payments where I wanted them. Come to find out at the very end of the deal after having 3 hours invested and my wife being really excited that it was going to work out better than we thought for payment. They had us in a six year term even though I made it clear that I didn't want that long of a term. Second experience; The New Prague location. I wanted to keep my business local so I thought I would give them a second chance. The exact same scenario. Undercut my trade, vague on details, extremely high pressure. I didn't fall for their game this time but they made it very difficult for me to leave. I've never had such a bad experience at a dealership. I bought the truck I was looking for at North Country Ford. A much longer drive but no games. They gave me $2000 more for my trade and the same truck was $1500.00 dollars cheaper. read more

My mother once told me: Don't make an appointment you can't possibly keep. Good advice. I suggest Jeff Belzer's Lakeville service dept take it to heart. A month ago, we made an appt to bring in our '16 Ram 3500 for a likely brake job. The appt a month out was the earliest we could get. We brought the truck in on Aug. 10, the day before the appt, and dropped it off. Today, we picked it up. It never even got into your shop, though when we called three days ago and talked to your service mgr (think name was Nick) he PROMISED it would get into the shop the next morning. A couple of days before that, service advisor Evan called to tell us it still was waiting to get in but that we were No. 4 on the list -- already two days after our appt. Nick told us when we talked to him that we were No. 5 (this was two days after we talked to Evan and were told we were No. 4 -- the next day, Evan told us we'd moved to No. 2). You have had my vehicle just a few hours short of a week, and, despite having an appt, it NEVER GOT NEAR GETTING INTO YOUR SHOP! I understand that every business is shorthanded. And I understand that, sometimes, someone pulls into your shop from out of town, says they have to be in Chicago tomorrow and need work right now. That happens. But it's not the norm. Over the years, I have purchased vehicles from your dealership, and I have spent many dollars on service for vehicles that I've purchased from you and those purchased elsewhere, because I preferred dealing with your dealership. But it's pretty clear that you don't need or want my business, nor do you respect my time and need for my vehicle. You won't be seeing more of my business, neither service nor vehicle purchase. If you treat longtime customers this way, I shudder to think of how you'd treat a new customer. If anybody asks, I will tell them you are far too busy to need their business, either. I don't want to hear from you, because, after our conversation with Nick and getting his promise that my vehicle would be in the shop the next morning, it's clear that any promises or excuses from you would be, to put it plainly, a load of BS. Nor do I want a note of apology or explanation. I simply don't care. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Mistake or bait and switch call it what you want. Make sure you double check the numbers mine increased by $500 even though I had email proof of the deal. We walked out over Principal! Misleading doesn't look good on Belzer. read more

Bought and Serviced Tahoe with Belzers since new.. Only now (just after warranty expired) that they never preformed any of the Chevy Service Updates. Now they want almost $200 to complete the service update that Chevy says was required to be done anytime vehicle was brought in... Makes business sense; don't do the service updates in warranty..just wait for the warranty to expire and screw over your customers! read more

The absolute worst vehicle buying experience I've ever had in my life. I tried getting a copy of my buyers order for more than a week, all I received were blow off evasive answers if at all. Rachel in finance stuffed the payment with bullshit extras to the tune of +$125 taking the assumptive close. When I opted of all her aftermarket garbage warranties she bumped the Interest rate a point, isn't that lovely. I'll be refinancing pronto and Rachel's department will be receiving a charge back. I actually had the best car buying experience of my life today. As we walked in, we were greeted by people before we even entered the building, asking if we'd been helped already. I had an appointment, so indicated so and walked in, found "Z" with no trouble, and since we'd already spoken and texted, he already had a list of cars available for my interest and budget. The car I decided upon was perfect for my current and future needs, everyone involved was very professional and personable, Casey was awesome in Finance in getting me the best rate possible, Ethan helped me set up Bluetooth in the new car and given the current times in which we live, that he "Lysoled" the entire interior as well as part of the Detail job. Jordan Gifford at Jeff Belzer's was amazing. I can honesty say this was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. He stuck to his word on contacting me back when a 2021 Kia, Telluride came in. Now remember, there is a high demand for these vehicles & I was able to buy one shortly after it touched the lot. He was knowledgeable about all the cool features this vehicle has to offer. Not to mention, I had my 4 year old with me whom was full of energy & Jordan was extremely patient.
