The whole process was easy and we got an incredibly reliable vehicle that we're happy with. They made sure everything was ready, even putting in a new battery the day we purchased. If you're looking for an easy car buying process and trying to save money, check them out! They do great work at ONG

Excellent place to buy a vehicle. We purchased our 2007 Prius about a year ago and everything has…read morerun smoothly since. Not only was the price of the vehicle competitively priced and a great deal, the people who are behind the business are exceptional. They know what they are working on and you can tell. They have wonderful understanding on popular models such as Toyota Prius and Yaris, and quite frankly I don't think I have seen anyone else sell a Prius at a better price with lower mileage than this place. You get great quality at a great price. Sure the place isn't as fancy or nice as an auto dealership, but you won't be paying the crazy prices the dealers make you pay. Great people, great cars, this should be an easy choice. I hope that when we replace our SUV, we will be able to buy one from them because ONG is about the only place I want to buy a vehicle... One thing to keep in mind is that many of their cars are prior salvaged and then fixed up, so its understandable to be a bit nervous to purchase from them. I was a bit nervous too at first, but after getting to know the owner more all those worries dissipated. They really stand behind their work and take pride in what they do (which is a rare find these days) and will fix anything that comes up with their cars. And you just can't beat their prices anywhere else! Great business, hands down.

If no star was an option, I would be choosing that option. I am sad to be writing this review…read morebecause we were highly recommended this dealership by someone who has sent them quite a bit of business. I was in the market for a new car as my truck was totaled in an accident in Sept. Mohammed was super friendly and showed us all the vehicles in our price range and to fit our needs. We fell in love with a Mercedes GLS 550 and decided to purchase. I noticed a few cosmetic defects, but he assured me the vehicle was meticulously maintained and of the highest quality. We also bought the warranty he highly recommended and promised it would cover everything except basic maintenance. He did note the sunroof shade didn't close and he would personally made sure it was taken care of. He said it would be weeks for the parts to come in. I took my vehicle home. Upon bringing it home I noticed more things wrong. I chased Mohammed via phone call for weeks before he finally agreed to have his mechanic look at my concerns. He had my vehicle for 2 weeks and it was untouched, no communication. FINALLY, he disclosed the issues were far too advance for his mechanic and we should bring it to Mercedes to diagnose. He agreed to work with the warranty to pay what they didn't cover to make this deal right. My vehicle was at the Mercedes dealer for almost a month due to lack of communication on Mohammed's end and finally we had to close the ticket, and my vehicle is still "broken". Mercedes also noted the front brakes are so worn down that any self-respecting dealer should have bare minimum disclosed it was in need of brakes. I have sent 3 follow up emails and MULTIPLE unreturned phone calls to have the agreed upon work fixed and I'm sure they will remain unreturned.

It took about a week to fine THE ONE, which I am thankful for because he paid very close attention to service history and owner records. He reached into his massive dealer network to not only find us a great deal, but also found the perfect car that checked all my boxes. I will buy from only Mohammad and United Auto Group in the future, I cannot recommend them enough!

1 star because 0 is not an option. First, let me say that I…read moredid not purchase my Chev here ... they lowballed my trade, so I bought from a different dealer and got even more than I was asking for. (FWIW, my spouse had the exact same experience) My issue is with service. Gone there 3 times, only one - a basic oil change - was fine. The other two times I was turned away because - despite having a confirmed appointment including text and email reminders - I was told I didn't have an appointment. Apparently they know their online tool doesn't work but its still on their website. IMO, not my problem - I have an appointment with several text and email confirmations so they should honor it. Just today, I showed up for yet another 'phantom' appointment for an intermittent issue. Because I knew the vehicle may not demonstrate the issue in the service bay (it is an intermittent issue after all) I have been taking videos for WEEKS to demonstrate the issue, what it is, and prove that it is persistent. At first, the tech was just going to turn me away for my apparent lack of appointment ... but I refused. Again, not my problem that your scheduling tool is broken. So we went to my vehicle and, of course, could not replicate the issue. I explained I knew that would be the case so offered up my videos. Flat out refused - said there was nothing they could do, and videos were worthless. Not a "hmmm, let me see what our techs think" or even a "gee, sorry this is happening - we'll take it and see if we can try to troubleshoot it". He didn't even want to see the videos to better understand what I'm dealing with. (It's the lift gate, by the way ... it only works about 20% of the time on a '24 traverse) Now I get it - it's like going to the doctor and magically being well. But this issue persists, it will persist, and I cannot predict when it will happen. So it sounds like unless the stars align and I show up for a non-phantom appointment and the issue just happens to be observable at that precise moment in time, they will not do a thing. The blatant refusal to honor my appointment coupled with the "nothing I can do" mindeset - - - I'm done. I'll drive three cities over to where I bought the vehicle rather than deal with this crap again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
