I've had good pizza from them before, but this was not good at all. I called to complain, and it was mentioned that management said to cut down on cheese. Now it's inedible. Where's the Cheese? I order a 18 inch Cheese Pizza and 14 inch Combo (Queen's Delight) for over $70 dollars for 2 pizza. When I opened the box I saw the saddest cheese pizza I have every seen. The crust was fine, thin and crispy is great and the sauce was just enough but where was the cheese. The cheese was so lacking, no lovely puzzles, no bits of cheese grease. I don't mind paying extra $$ for amazing food but this was so disappointing. You are a pizza place, if you can't get a cheese pizza right... For the combo? It did have a few things going for it and I like it better. Paid $36 for the smaller size. The peppers were cut thing, onions also cut thin, this was find by me. We came here as a family one day before my daughter's school recital. My husband is always on the hunt for delicious pizza, so this seemed like an obvious choice based off of the excellent ratings. Parking was relatively easy to find, although in my experience, this area can get quite hectic. We were promptly greeted by the person behind the counter. We were advised that you order at the counter and then the pizza is delivered to your table. This place had a decent variety of pizza, including a build your own option. The while you, where there is a bar and additional booth seating. At the far end, there's a third room that has a couple of arcade games and a fireplace with additional seating. The pizza itself was still delicious and reasonably priced for the area. The staffed continued to check on us and just seem happy to be there. We would definitely return! read more

We popped in for a quick bite after a networking event at Wolfpack Cellars on a Weds night. The staff was really friendly and there were a few different types of slices ready to order. I tried the pear pizza and it was pretty good. I liked the hand tossed dough and how thin it is. It wasn't greasy at all and one slice was enough. They also have these delicious blood orange Italian sodas and a limonata one that was really refreshing. Its dive bar feels and is like 3 businesses in one which is kinda cool. Slices have always been hard to come by in Seattle but over the last few years more and more places are starting to offer them. We got 3 slices today and they were very good. Crispy, chewy, soft crust (foldable) and a nice sauce to cheese ratio. We got 1 cheese and 2 pepperoni. They also had a few other choices. Service was quick and easy, they offer a few drink options at the front (and a water station) and then there is an entire lounge/bar area and patio. We didn't check that part out today but I look forward to coming back on a weekend and hanging out. My bf is from NY and gave them a solid rating as well. The price is a little high for slices so for a family probably worth getting an entire pie. I think with tip we spent around $26. It was good though and we'll be back. read more

We ordered it again and this time is was sadly disappointing. There was so much flower left underneath the pizza to the point where it was uneatable. The pizza is excellent. Good solid choices and unique combinations. It's a little pricey, but still good. One critical flaw. I would say of the last 5 or 6 times I have wanted to do an order for pickup through their site I get the "Not accepting online orders" message, or "Not accepting online orders due to demand." Then don't let me do it on the site. Just straight up don't even let it be a choice: White Center is an order in-store pickup or dine-in only. Because I would rather go 15 minutes out of my way for a reliable online order or at the least be forced to use Proletariat. Great addition to White Center! I use to frequent the Cap Hill location a lot when my friends lived up there so I'm glad to have this nearby. I haven't gotten pizza here the last couple times I've visit but the food from Alpine is delicious. I met my friend here for a little birthday treat since i haven't seen her and it was just nice to sit and catch up. Service was great. Bartender was very attentive and friendly. I got us chili cheese fries to share and we both got a Philly cheesesteak with grill jalapeño. I only ate half of the sandwich because I ate most of the chili cheese fries haha. read more

This is a tough one to write because I genuinely want to give this place 5 stars. My husband and I come here almost every week--we love the pizza, the vibe, the overall atmosphere. But unfortunately, the service can be really hit or miss, even when the restaurant isn't busy. For example, on our last visit, we seated ourselves (as usual), and even though the place was quiet, our server completely ignored us--choosing instead to continue chatting with someone at the bar. After waiting 10... then 15 minutes with no acknowledgment, we got up and left. About half the time, the service is great. But the other half, it feels like some of the staff are too laid-back or distracted to provide the kind of experience the food and ambiance deserve. I hope this gets addressed, because this spot really has the potential to be amazing across the board. Still.....go.....the pizza is great and overall we dig this place a lot. read more

We were visiting from Portland and had a hard time finding a place we could grab cocktails with while having a child with us. My husband wanted to have a drink and we had our friends and their baby with us and this place allows kids since it's a pizza place. Service was so great. Our server was so friendly and attentive. Bought 2 slices of pizza at 6pm at the White Center location. Was already suspicious that the pizzas have been in the display case for hours but was hungry and hopeful nevertheless. Bad decision... not only were the pieces absolutely dry but the guy also didn't heat them up enough so they were lukewarm to boot. Frozen pizza would have been better. We ordered 2 pizzas; the second one was not hot because it was just sitting and waiting for him to serve it. Great to have a Big Mario's in WC! Some seating is open to all ages, some is bar 21+ Full pies, slices and salads. You can also order from Alpine (diner next door), so lots to choose from. Pizza was perfect, big slices, lots of toppings, cheese and sauce. Crust was stretchy with a little crunch. The Caesar salad was excellent, perfect amount of dressing. Great service, friendly, helpful and quick. Nice list of fun seasonal cocktails and full bar. They also have Lambrusco by the bottle which is my fave with pizza. Wish I could say this was a great experience as I'm a white center local and fan their cap hill location, but I'm sorry to say there's a lot needing improvement here. When you have people order at the bar, you need a designated service station so you're not squeezing between other patrons to place an order. Also it would be helpful to hire a bartenders that is attentive/ gives basic eye contact and interaction that makes you think they want to help or at least take your order. The menu is confusing; twice I ordered a combo pizza/supreme (used both terms) and rather than being told they don't have that, they simply brought a slice of their special of the day which was not what I wanted. The second time this happened I had to send it back, at which point they could not tell me what pizza they did have available, and I was instead instructed to go look for myself (you're the one making and selling pizza, why not just tell me what you have to sell as opposed to sending me away from my dinner to go look for myself). We ordered a salad that literally showed up 45 minutes after we'd gotten our slices, just after we'd given up hope and asked for the bill. They comped the salad which was decent of them. All and all the customer service was very poor, the design of the bar area and plan for ordering is not customer friendly, and the only helpful staff was the person who brought our salad 45 minutes late. All other staff were dismissive, avoidant, and apparently too cool to be polite or helpful. Like other said, as a local I wish I'd had a better experience here but it's not worth risking my hard earned dollars on having another similar experience, so will be avoiding them in the future. read more

I went in for a slice of pizza. One guy said give us 20 minutes and we can make a pepperoni . I waited 20 minutes he went to order two slices. With the first guy standing there, a second guy said it would be 20 minutes. I said, I was told that 20 minutes ago. The second guys answer was that they were slammed and that there was no pizza and looked at me as if he was upset, like it was my fault. The restaurant was only 40% full. He said there would be some time almost as if they where not going to make any more pizza. I stood there and he said I will give you a slice of cheese pizza. It looked like it was there all day. Literally every time I have come in for pizza slices and a beer I'm hearing modern post punk and speedcore played through terrible speakers. I give this place and the pizza a 5 star and all the employees except one. There is a white gentlemen, long hair with piercings, on the bigger side, the attitude he was giving to everybody especially to a woman who was giving her son an EpiPen injection, he blatantly said "are you going to get your pizza?" With the strongest attitude, and she said "can I give my son this first please?" And now when me and my group were looking through the menu he said "are you guys looking to get a whole pie or slices, we said "we're still looking at the menu" he gave a big sigh, then when we said yeah we're leaving, he said "goodbye" sarcastically like we were the problem. read more

4-5 stars. This place is complicated because at first our relationship with this restaurant was very strong . Food is delicious and service is excellent. Customer service is always on point. The servers here are great and you also have the option of ordering off of the menu from the restaurant next-door. Where it gets tricky is when it comes to the bill, cost of things get high. but overall, I would say this place is a 9out of 10, and this would definitely be our regular spot if things were more affordable. read more

Love this whole place. We've had slices in the bar here as well as on the Alpine diner side which you can order from all menus. The slices are perfect NYC style with that crispy chewy crust. The whole pies are incredible too. Love the cozy bar. read more

Ordered 4 large Sicilian last night for a watch party for 200$ . Two of the pizzas were burnt to a crisp, like charcoal on the underside. A third the box was smashed and all toppings were off, Basically it was A crispy bread crust and the toppings couldn't be scraped off of cardboard without the cardboard. The final of four veggie, extremely soggy , I usually like a lot of toppings but it has to be able to cook through a thick Sicilian crust. Extremely disappointing. I have all pizzas bagged to take back. I called this morning and was told there will not be a manager until tomorrow. I told him we'd all be working, so how about you message your. Manager with the issue and have them message or call me to see how it can be resolved . Pleasant employee. It's been 2.5 hrs hope to hear from them. read more

This place just opened up in White Center, & it's exactly the type of pizza we need around here! NY-style pizza done right. We went inside to eat, everyone was very friendly. We brought our kiddo with us, & while the slices are cut huge, they were nice enough to cut it into toddler-sized pieces for her - she loved the pizza too! They also sell by the slice - perfect for if you need a late night snack and you've had a few drinks there or one of the bars in the strip. We will definitely be coming back / ordering through delivery (they told us they do delivery through Uber). read more

Omg the pie was delicious. Best pizza I've had outside of NYC! An authentic, hand tossed, classic red sauce and cheese that tastes like...you know real cheese. 10/10. I had the Queens Spec . (Chef's kiss) toppings were spot on. Fold it like a taco and nom. Don't let the long wait deter you. Any pizza that can be delivered to you inside of an hour surely going to be crap. Super excited to try this place out. First stepped into the attached restaurant next door but it was really loud and crowded. Decided to order a slice of pizza and sit at a booth in the bar. I chose my pizza and the person at the register put it in the big warming oven for about 2 minutes before handing it to me. It didn't seem like long enough, but I don't know how these ovens work so I went and sat down with it. Usually pizza by the slice is so piping hot that I wait for a few moments for it to cool down and since I was with a friend who ordered after me, I waited for her to bring her slice back to the table so we could enjoy dinner together. That only took about 5 minutes. My pizza was still cold on the inside and barely hot at the tip and on the edges. Inadequate temperatures make me anxious especially since this pizza had been sitting out for a while. Seems like a good sear is wise. But alas, I was hungry... We were both waiting for the bartender to take notice that we were there. The bar was only about half capacity with two open booths. The bartender seemed to be having an issue but we couldn't really figure out what was going on. After a few minutes, we asked if we should order at the bar and they said 'yes please!', but, they were leaving the bar area. They appeared to be the only bartender on staff. We could see them in the pizza kitchen for probably more than 5 minutes. They finally came back came back for a second only to quickly leave again. No eye contact, no acknowledgment. We intended to have cocktails with our dinner but they never seemed to take a pause for us to order, and the pizza was so disappointing that we decided to just finish and go somewhere else for drinks. My friend had ordered a whole pizza to take home and told the staff that we would be spending about an hour in the bar and we would pick it up when we were leaving. They confirmed the time and said they would warm it up when we were ready to go. Since we decided to leave early we let the pizza server know and to our surprise they said oh yeah, it's been waiting. I don't exactly know how that works either, but by that time we were ready to get out of there. Final part of the story, a couple hours later we all had some pretty disruptive gastric responses. It's sad because I really think the concept of this place is great. Not sure where the issues are stemming from, but I sure hope they get worked out. Not a great first impression. read more
