Their maintenance man helped us with some things on our RV. we used the laundromat and everything was clean and dry within an hour. The bus for the Cody rodeo will pick up at the campground, although we chose to drive our camper over to the fairgrounds where there is free parking. The campground is conveniently located near downtown Cody, as well as the Walmart, Bill Cody Museum and the rodeo. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We arrived at night and quickly found where our tent was, as the initial email had all the details we needed. I liked how the tent site had reservation stickers on them as well, small but great touch. We sat by the fire and were able to see all the stars in the sky. It started raining late into the night and the sounds were relaxing hitting against the tent. When we woke up in the morning, the view was stunning. At night, we couldn't see anything, but in the morning, the sun was radiating over the mountains and canyons. A beautiful sight to wake up to. Overall, a great place to stay. The bathrooms were clean and the staff when we did meet them were friendly.

I was in a tight spot and stuck in Red lodge after a 750mile ride and I was lucky enough to get the last campsite. I explained the situation I was in over the phone. Without ever meeting me or me asking for help Rebecca went into full what I like to call (stubborn mom mode) She told me "go here" and would not take no for an answer when it came to helping, and Im like "yes ma'am!" Soon after Jason showed up like a marvel superhero in a side by side . He was so genuine and nice. Their generosity and kindness protrude awesomeness of the highest caliber. That being said the campsites and facilities are dope and the restrooms are clean. 10/10 definitely coming back.

In about 2 1/2 hours for the northeast gate of Yellowstone. I had about two hours from Bighorn national recreation area. Jason had some wonderful scenic driving routes that you could take besides the Bear tooth. chief Joseph scenic byway was incredible. The only downside was our first day there was Canadian wildfire smoke. But it cleared out for the next day and we had bluebird skies. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owner really cares about your wants and needs.

We stayed in the cabins which seep 2 and they had clean towels in there and an AC fans, and personal lights above each bed. I slept the best I have in awhile. They also have a massage chair in the shower room that is awesome and you can use for free. Highly recommend for a get away or if you're on your way to yellow stone, only con: bring bug spray! Lots of mosquitoes!

We made a trip to Walmart in Cody to get dinner to cook, and took advantage of being in a camping setting, set up a little grill by our teepee, and roasted marshmallows. We arrived about an hour before the sunset on a nice summer day. Most of the campsites were occupied, but the sites there are large and spread out, so there was plenty of peace and quiet. I set up our tent and we were happy to see that the tent pad was soft and was not lumpy with rocks. The sun set behind the mountains behind us but there was plenty of ambient light for us to enjoy our dinner. We got ready for bed and we were in the tent as soon as it was dark. The weather was perfectly cold and our tent felt so comfortable. The vault toilets were maintained and running water to wash dishes was convenient.

Lodgepole pine trees permeate the area and offer nice coverage. The sites are good sized, the bathrooms have hot hand dryers for cold days and have large dishwashing stations attached. The "village" is very cute - plenty of shops, a sporting goods store, good restaurant options, a post office, and much more. The prices were great - $5.50 local IPA pints on tap, $2 for a nice bowl of real mashed potatoes and gravy, etc. A short walk to Yellowstone falls, as well as a short drive in any direction to other major attractions. When we were here it snowed but the pines were easy to tie tarps off of. This site drained really well, and so although we had lots of precipitation we stayed very dry. There is firewood by at the camp entrance and they give you hot showers for every day that you're there. Because of the high altitude wood fires don't start that well, so bring some charcoal lighter fluid or something. Highly recommended - we will be back!

My only complaint was that our specific site (A7) wasn't very level and it was difficult to find a flat enough spot to set up our tent. We ended up sleeping on quite the angle, which after 3 nights is obviously not ideal. I also wished the showers were open 24/7. If people are out watching wildlife until later into the evening or get up earlier to get a good start on their day they end up missing the hours for showers.

They have a whole bunch of campsites behind the office that are in a wooded area along the Rock Creek. And I am serious when I say along the creek.... they are right ON the creek. It's so much nicer than any other RV park we've been too. It's so nice and wooded. There is room between sites. Most places are like parking in a parking lot. The upper area by the road is more like that. But if your rig fits, and there have been some bigs one in here, I'd recommend going into the creek side area. There are also tent only sites as well as Tee-Pees. We decided to stay here because my hubby needed to fly out of town for a few days. We wanted somewhere that we didn't need to worry about my safety. I have no qualms about being here alone at all! It is a very safe place! It's very quiet at night and most of the folks go out adventuring during the day. So the daytime is quiet as well. The bathrooms are clean, the water is HOT and the water pressure is wonderful for those of us who like it like that. And really, who doesn't?! The place is owned by a very nice couple! They are only open during the summer months. If you are going to Red Lodge or traveling over the Beartooth Pass, this is a great place to spend a night. Or spend more time and enjoy some hiking in the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness. P.S. they are dog friendly too.

Just spent three nights at Perry's RV (6/30 to 7/3) and offer this mixed review:…read more Positive: staff (with the exception of the owner who's not the most congenial individual); the bathroom/shower facility (immaculate); proximity to town (2 miles) and the quaint location along Rock Creek. Negative: the sites are EXTREMELY close together, especially on the lower level along the river. Expect to be looking into your neighbor's living room. No sewer as campground flooded several years ago (apparently creating environmental issues), so you'll need to dump often if there for more than a couple of days. And if you're not an animal lover, this isn't the place for you.
