They have a good reward system, but not great. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you have. They are also able to recommend shoes based on your needs.

I admit that I shop much more online these days. Out of the blue, I decided to stop at Kohl's after physical therapy. It was actually a nice experience. This particular location is so clean and relaxing. The cashiers were friendly and helpful and offered excellent customer service and support. As far as selection, this store had an assortment of socks and sporty tees which is what I was there for. I got a couple of tees for $6.99 each - a real value. Frankly, it was nice visiting a store again. It was a welcomed change of pace.
