I asked if he could find my son's size at another store in the area. He found them in a couple stores thru the computer. Then he called those stores to double check on the stock. Once he for sure had a lock on some he asked them to hold the shoes until we got there (also offered to have them shipped over). Then he said we could pay for the pair we found that were the right size and take the receipt to the other store and they would still give us the BOGO offer. How awesome was that? So if you find a style you like and you don't like the color, just ask if they have other colors they will bring out all of them in your size. They have a great computer sizing system to find out your size and whether you need inserts. On one of my recent trips I discovered that I was an 11 1/2 and not an 11. This changed my life. I am phasing out all my size 11 shoes and buying 11 1/2's. The shoes are sold at manufacturers retail price. There are some shoes that go on sale, but it doesn't seem like many. They have a good reward system, but not great. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you have. They are also able to recommend shoes based on your needs.

Alex was the person that helped me with my orthotic shoe inserts which to be quite honest an easy breezy technique. First you chose the type of insoles you wanted depending on arch and cushion support then Alex slipped the pair into a machine to heat them up for 3 minutes then the insoles were transferred to a machine where you had to step on top of them for a minute with your weight! The results were your new custom impressions on your insoles!!! Stop in and have yours made for any shoe. Your joints will thank you!!

One salesman spent time with a young girl and sat with her for a while while we were handed boxes. The service was awful, and I noticed two people left because they had no assistance. We have purchased from here numerous times and would have left if I didn't have my cash points. We will no longer shop at this store. Service is now here--try it on and put the shoes you don't want nicely back in the box. Add but pay $$. You really need to bring your customer service back.

By July 29, after sending two emails requesting an update on my order status, I still had not received any response from the vendor. I eventually had to call the company myself to find out what was happening, only to be told that my order could not be fulfilled because the color I selected was no longer available--even though it was listed as in stock at the time I placed the order. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up just to learn that their order cannot be fulfilled. If there is an inventory issue, the company should proactively notify customers instead of leaving them waiting without any updates. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. The inaccurate inventory information, poor communication, and lack of customer support made for a very frustrating buying experience. I'm sharing my experience so other potential customers can make an informed decision before purchasing from this company.
