They have a great computer sizing system to find out your size and whether you need inserts. On one of my recent trips I discovered that I was an 11 1/2 and not an 11. This changed my life. I am phasing out all my size 11 shoes and buying 11 1/2's. The shoes are sold at manufacturers retail price. There are some shoes that go on sale, but it doesn't seem like many. They have a good reward system, but not great. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you have. They are also able to recommend shoes based on your needs.

They also told me about how they could ship me the shoe I wanted directly to my house for free shipping if I couldn't find my size in their store, which I thought was a great customer service feature. Once I went to check out, I couldn't remember if I had any rewards through the rewards program and they were able to look it up with just my phone number, which I thought was very convenient. I brought them in and asked if there was anything they could do and they said of course, no questions asked they would replace them! Very nice.
