Bagel shops are a rare find in my hometown, so stopping by here was an absolute treat! The variety of bagels is impressive--I'd definitely recommend coming before 10 AM if you want the full selection, as they do tend to sell out (a good sign if you ask me!). I haven't tried every flavor yet, but I'm pretty sure you can't go wrong with any of them. Even though it was busy, the staff were super welcoming and genuinely happy to help, which made the experience even better. This place clearly has a loyal following. While we sat and enjoyed our food, I kept seeing people order the Eye Opener. I couldn't resist trying it on our second visit, and I totally get the craze! They had good customer service. There drinks were good but I do not recommend getting the chocolate chip bagel, really bitter.

It was fine. Nothing special. My bagel sandwich would have been a lot better with some pickled onions and balsamic vinegar drizzle.

The bagels are great. And the staff is nice. However, there is clearly a lack of cleanliness / food service protocols in place here. The last two times I've been in there I have witnessed the staff touching money and then going directly and touching food. The cashier was wearing gloves, repeatedly ran her fingers through her own hair, touching cash, then going over and grabbing bagels without washing her hands and without washing hands or changing her gloves. I came here to get some bagel sandwiches for the group to eat. The place has a variety of fresh bagels as well as some day old ones that they sell. I ordered the Eye Opener which came with egg and cheese and choice of protein. I added the sausage and bacon to it (they ran out of ham). The bagel sandwich was pretty decent. These may not be the best bagels on earth, but it has been a staple for me before heading up to Bachelor on the weekends. The sausage eye opener is a great start to the day and pretty filling. Recently, I've started stopping by occasionally for a bagel sandwich for lunch. They definitely don't skimp on the meat, especially the bacon, which most places give you a flimsy piece or two. My only (small) complaint is that the Jalapeño Cheddar bagels, that are my go-to, seem to have no actual jalapeños in them, the heat comes from the crushed red pepper they sprinkle on top. I still get the spice I want, but as someone who loves the flavor of jalapeños, I would love to have the real thing in there. read more

Not a great bagel. Ordered a bagel not toasted and they gave me a toasted bagel, they were very nice when fixing it so it was nbd & let me keep the toasted one, so I tried it. The toasted bagel was very harsh eating and was not a lovely texture, almost painful. The untoasted bagel on the other hand was very dry and not soft at all. I'll be trying other locations to see if it's just this one, but if you're looking for a bagel maybe just go to Mimi's. read more

New York bagels these are not. They're small and flat-ish, missing the chew (and size) of a real bagel. I'd say this place is a good choice if you like a bagel sandwich. More flavors than most places and reasonable prices. Unfortunately they use Trader Joe's cream cheese for the non dairy option which is easily the worst/grossest vegan cream cheese on the market. Some fantastic bagels come out of this place, not just the plain with cream cheese kind either. They have a really robust bagel sandwich menu that is sure to please your taste buds no matter what kind of mood they might be in. The bagels are fresh and big, enough to satisfy you on their own but make it into a sandwich option off the menu and you are sure to have a full belly. The store is clean, staff is courteous and quick which only adds value to your meal and their very reasonable prices. Only 2 people working with the lobby full of customers. They did Great! Neither one of them loose their cool at any time. They tag each other flawlessly. I had to order one more bagel which couldn't have been easier. Our Lox Boxes we're ready a minute early and they were delicious. The staff was nice. This location was very dirty and when I walked in there was a gross smell and surfaces were very dusty with a lot of finger prints. Behind the counter the floors were pilled with trash and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Bagel was still good, however, knowing that it was made in that unhygienic area was off putting. Just want to give some advice to have a more clean and inviting space! My family and i actually really enjoy it here, im surprised their reviews arent better. I like the workers, they are typically young and spunky and helpful. They may not always get the order right but its something simple like a forgotten tomato. I think i can easily over look that mistake because the bagels are delicious, the location is simple and convenient and its not a cramped small atmosphere like Rockin Daves (which we will not return to), for example. I'm not really a bagel person but was very hungry as I drove by so made the turn in. Ordered the Lox Box. A good helping of salmon with capers and red onion, on a wheat bagel. Lots of bagel options to choose from. It was a tough decision between everything bagel and wheat. Toasted is an option. Coffee choices include lattes, mocha, or house brew. Not the best coffee I've had but not bad either. I make lattes at home, so it's a big deal for me. I suspect the staff don't have the training of what makes a good specialty brew.
