    Eye Opener

I came here to get some bagel sandwiches for the group to eat. The place has a variety of fresh bagels as well as some day old ones that they sell. I ordered the Eye Opener which came with egg and cheese and choice of protein. I added the sausage and bacon to it (they ran out of ham). The bagel sandwich was pretty decent. The people working there were efficient.

Club sandwich, no swiss, no onions. Look at all the meat!

These may not be the best bagels on earth, but it has been a staple for me before heading up to Bachelor on the weekends. The sausage eye opener is a great start to the day and pretty filling. Recently, I've started stopping by occasionally for a bagel sandwich for lunch. They definitely don't skimp on the meat, especially the bacon, which most places give you a flimsy piece or two. My only (small) complaint is that the Jalapeño Cheddar bagels, that are my go-to, seem to have no actual jalapeños in them, the heat comes from the crushed red pepper they sprinkle on top. I still get the spice I want, but as someone who loves the flavor of jalapeños, I would love to have the real thing in there.

Love their assortment of bagels. Visiting Bend, OR and looking for a quick breakfast sandwich to eat before skiing, you should stop here. We went about 9am and there was no line, so the service was quick. They offer more than just drip coffee and even offer milk substitutes. I got a oatmilk latte.

They had good customer service. There drinks were good but I do not recommend getting the chocolate chip bagel, really bitter.

It was fine. Nothing special. My bagel sandwich would have been a lot better with some pickled onions and balsamic vinegar drizzle.

The bagel sandwiches were dry and came with zero condiments. I'd totally go for Einstein's over this place any day.

Extreme long wait, no greeting or even eye contact from staff for mediocre food. I won't be returning.

Tasty bagels for a really good price. The Eye Opener is a good breakfast sando. They have a lot of different bagels flavors.

Bad service. Never enough employees which I get and you can no longer call in an order. Long wait times.

Great bagels, fair prices, and good coffee too. The breakfast eye opener on jalapeño cheddar never gets old!

I wanted to get a t shirt and was happy to see they had a great selection of merchandise. I didn't need another coffee, but succumbed to an oat milk latte while I was checking out. It's been awhile since I've had coffee from here and I had forgotten how delicious and potent it was! Perfection every time and always friendly service. The shop is very aesthetic with natural light, murals and local artwork. If you're opposed to driving all the way to sisters, this location is a great way to get your fix from the comfort of town.

I enjoyed the quirky options, and the unique flair, without it feeling like a complete joke like some coffee, shops back home. I had the north herbal tea, which is probably the best tease. I think I've ever had. Definitely a nice surprise and a good way to start the day. I was sipping on it for a while because I didn't wanna down it all at once and just wanted to enjoy it. There was a reasonable amount of seating space inside, but we chose to sit outside while it was cool. When we're back in the area, we definitely wanna come back here. Thanks for the memories!

tl;dr great food, tell them about all your allergies so they can modify, get gluten free pastries!…read more A tasty option for brunch or dinner with several clearly marked gluten free items. You can also customize your meal as needed. To order, you stand in line like at a food court counter, but in a fancy way. While we were there, the line stretched to the door most of the time but it moves fast. This is the time you use to choose your bottle of wine, pick food, and browse the pastries on display. There were several places to sit indoors and out after placing the order. The kids hade the garlic bites (fried balls of bread with garlic and cheese...looked like doughnut holes!) and a pizza. They can add pepperoni to a cheese pizza for the particular children in your life. My husband and I shared a Cobb salad, no croutons to make it gf (the lemon dill dressing was AMAZING! Actually, this whole salad was very good). We also intended to share the NY strip with chimichurri. However, we didn't read that it comes with bread and a side salad (great!) and roasted vegetables in romesco sauce (also great!). My husband is allergic to nuts and so he couldn't eat any. That is not a complaint...all on us! The menu is clearly marked. But be aware if you have a nut allergy to specify that you can't have the romesco sauce. Or let the order taker know, as they are informed on modifications and whatnot. So he ate the salad and done pizza. I ate most of the steak and veggies. Everything tasted really good. The steak was a bit gristly. But the chimichurri was great. My absolute favorite thing was the elote cake with tajin buttercream. It was not a sweet cake. But it was heavenly. I should have grabbed another piece before we left. It was creative and salty and delicious and I still want it two days later. Service was great. Food is brought out as it's ready, not all at once. And the side salad and bread is brought before the main dish. The people were friendly and helpful. This was a great place and I would definitely go back.
