Needed 3 new tires pretty urgently -- one had a slice with zero tread, and the other two weren't far behind. Mario helped me out and made the whole process easy, even got me set up with financing so I didn't have to stress about paying everything out of pocket the same day. Came here again yesterday, after I accidentally busted the passenger side front tire and hit a curb pretty hard on Thanksgiving!!! Nelson assisted & helped me again, by ordering the right tire for me. They would fix my car for me on the same day, yesterday.. but I needed my car for work. Returned this morning, I was on time for my new tire and to check my alignment. My beloved car's alignment was way off and the bolt under the car was damaged. EXCELLENT SERVICE !!! We called from the freeway and asked if they had a specific tire (OUR FRONT TIRE WAS FLAT). Mario was extremly helpful and said yes we can get that tire. We pulled in and within 30 mintues the tire arrived after one of his team member drove to pick it up. They changed the tire and we were back on the road after about 90 mintues. I originally purchased my tires from the San Diego location. Recently, I got a nail in one of them and made an appointment at the Tarzana location for a repair. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they told me there was no technician available and was not happy I then called the Canoga Park location, where Mario answered--he was super helpful and got me taken care of right away. Amazing service requested and the value is on par with what was expected. 4 tire replacements on a Prius for just $429. You can't beat it anywhere. They even throw in free inspections on brakes and other mechanics. A great value! They communicate with you with anything that they feel should be replaced or repaired. A quick tire alignment was an add-on accepted and much needed. Highly recommend this place if you need tires, tire rotation, alignment, and brakes. They also are a quick turnaround once they start working on it. They may need to order parts for you first, then they will be done in a couple hours. read more

I came in last week for a tire fix and little did I know that there were more problems! Instead of it being overwhelming for someone like me (that knows nothing about cars), Nelson took the time to carefully examine and thoroughly explain everything to me! So we came back next week to do our oil change and check out the car and Nelson again took the time to not just explain everything to me, but actually show me the parts of the car and why they needed to be fixed. My shocks need to be replaced and axles sealed and I literally have no idea what those even are, but Nelson went above and beyond to show me my shocks and explain each piece and process to me.
