EXCELLENT SERVICE !!! We called from the freeway and asked if they had a specific tire (OUR FRONT TIRE WAS FLAT). Mario was extremly helpful and said yes we can get that tire. We pulled in and within 30 mintues the tire arrived after one of his team member drove to pick it up. They changed the tire and we were back on the road after about 90 mintues. I originally purchased my tires from the San Diego location. Recently, I got a nail in one of them and made an appointment at the Tarzana location for a repair. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they told me there was no technician available and was not happy I then called the Canoga Park location, where Mario answered--he was super helpful and got me taken care of right away. I was in and out quickly with great service. One tip: make sure you have your original receipt with you, as not all Big Tire locations are connected in their system. read more

Amazing service requested and the value is on par with what was expected. 4 tire replacements on a Prius for just $429. You can't beat it anywhere. They even throw in free inspections on brakes and other mechanics. A great value! They communicate with you with anything that they feel should be replaced or repaired. A quick tire alignment was an add-on accepted and much needed. Highly recommend this place if you need tires, tire rotation, alignment, and brakes. I went to 3 different tire places for a nail in my tire and each place told me that either they wouldn't be able to patch it or just told me to get a new one. (The only downside of being a girl is getting overcharged or oversold :( ) I finally came here and Mario gave me the best customer service I have ever received while doing anything related to my car. I came in last week for a tire fix and little did I know that there were more problems! Instead of it being overwhelming for someone like me (that knows nothing about cars), Nelson took the time to carefully examine and thoroughly explain everything to me! So we came back next week to do our oil change and check out the car and Nelson again took the time to not just explain everything to me, but actually show me the parts of the car and why they needed to be fixed. My shocks need to be replaced and axles sealed and I literally have no idea what those even are, but Nelson went above and beyond to show me my shocks and explain each piece and process to me.
