So I used to be a pretty BIG fan of Tires buy Mark and purchased many tires here... sadly not anymore. I will be buying my tires at Costco Wholesale from this point forward. Today I purchased two tires from James (owner's son) behind the front desk. Then put the receipt on my windshield and waited for service in the back. And waited, and waited, and waited. Although my car was front and center; the employees kept helping new customers as they drove up. After 40 minutes I could feel I was getting a sunburn. I walked over to an employee and said, "I will tip you well. Any chance you can take me after this car?" He completely ignored me and kept on working. At this point every car being worked on arrived AFTER I parked my car in the back; so this was not an oversight. Not serving me was clearly intentional. I went back to the front desk and had James void my purchase. I believe in patronizing family businesses; but I will never return to Tires Buy Mark. In closing, I will pay more for tires at Costco; BUT I WILL NOT BE TOTALLY IGNORED FOR 40 MINUTES BY EIGHT EMPLOYEES. read more

I walked in after parking in a some spots in the back, told them what the issue was and was told to go speak to one of the employees on the outer side. I arrived at 8.05am on a Saturday right when they opened and there was already a line of customers waiting, maybe 6/7 people :)) it moved fast and I paid $239 with taxes and installation for two SUV tires which was $100 cheaper than my mechanic quoted me. I got here at 11 a.m. with a flat tire, totally stressed because I handle emergency roof repairs. Every other shop told me I'd wait 2-3 hours. These guys got it. They understood my rush and took care of me right away. In 20 minutes, I was back on the road with a new tire and valve stem. The service was amazing--fast, professional, and friendly. I have been going to this business for over 25 years for Mark and his brother and I HIGHLY recommend this place as I think they have the best price for tires in town. My car dealer gave me a quote for my run flats and they wanted to charge me $1200+$300 labor. Another place quoted me lower but still couldn't beat Mark's place. Tires buy Mark charged me way less. Great tires and price , but I went across the street for an alignment, their system sucks at the way they schedule or handle their clients in line. I put my name down on their white board, I had three cars ahead of me. The cars were serviced and two other cars pull in after I've already waited for 30+ minutes. The gentleman working the bay comes and hops into the cars that pulled in after me looks at me and doesn't even acknowledge that I've been waiting and am being skipped. A better numbering system would help out a lot , instead of having your customers wait over an hour to try and get an alignment done. read more

The staff returned at 1150 am. He installed my tires at 1152 am. Their system for servicing people in the order they paid or arrived is none existent. I purchased the same two front tires I bought at Tires Buy Mark in November 2023. Their stafff said that the tires are to last 50,000 miles. Its great that it takes an hour for them to install new tires but they really should last much longer. They charge $50 to align tires every 3000 miles. read more

If you need a tire fixed, have cash, tip the guy who fix 20$ and you'll be on your way! They either have what you're looking for, or will have it in a couple of hours. It's easier to go in person, than to call. Less mistakes that way.And they will go out to your car if they need to. I went here several years ago to get an alignment and it was fine. It's a bit chaotic and loud but I was in and out which I appreciated.

My life saver! I go here for all my cars. Any small or major tire incident, they handle it with ease! Someone quoted me $650 and here the tire is $435 and they let me tow my car in and gave me a temporary tire so I can swap the tire we ordered. Like how amazing is that?! I can drive meanwhile I wait for the tire to come in. All staff is awesome. Everyone is working hard and busy busy busy so may have to wait your turn a little bit but I'll wait any day because I know they've got my back at any time. Thanks so much! read more

Great place with honest workers. Needed a patch on my tire, I have special lug nuts that need a very specific socket to remove the wheel, and after he patched it the guy let me keep the socket! He told me pay him whatever I want. I gave him a 20 and I was out, whole thing took less than 10 minutes. I can definitely see this place getting crowded though but they work fast. I normally don't have a bad time here, but this last experience made me never want to come here again. They sent me to the Alignment center across the street, and its just unorganized bullshit. I went there, talked to one rep there, he told me to just pull up behind the truck I was next, but I need to come to the front. The actual technician doing the work was walking up and heard him say this. I go to thw front and there was another person park in the way. He moved and I moved my car to be next like I was told. After they were done with that truck, I saw the technician talking to the other truck that was in front of me and ushering him to their hidden sign up board. Telling him to hurry up in español, like I don't speak a bit and know why he was doing it. Then in English l, he said "oh you signed up right?" At that point I knew they weren't going to serve me in the order the other rep told me they would follow. Idk if race was a factor, it feels that way, but feelings aren't fact. I went and asked for my money back, which I haven't gotten yet. Fast forward to today, I come to find out they didn't tighten my lug nuts on my wheel And one fell off. I tried calling you and the numbers on your site and Google goes to someone who claims they don't do tire services and they hang up. I'm a lyft driver, you put me, my customers and lively hood at risk. If I was a super petty person, I'd sue you over that just to be petty and make you waste money. They don't charge to fix flats?! They don't charge for tire rotations?! Yep, seriously, you pull around back, get in line, grab a tech, tell them what you need done, and just tip them for it. It's not your typical place, so it might be out of your comfort zone. It feels like a busy back alley side hustle, so go in knowing what you want done, and be assertive. Our company has used this location for tire replacements on our fleet vehicles, but after two deeply disappointing experiences, I've decided we will no longer do business here. Two months ago, I purchased and replaced three tires for one of our trucks. The experience was disorganized and unprofessional. Several staff members were rude, dismissive, and even made offensive remarks in Spanish--assuming customers wouldn't understand. When I raised the issue with the front desk, they deflected responsibility and offered no resolution. Hoping it was a one-time issue, I returned today for a single tire replacement. I arrived early as instructed and followed the check-in process exactly. Once again, I witnessed the same unprofessional behavior: customers being mocked in Spanish and complete disregard for the service order. Despite being first in line, I was ignored. When I politely asked about the delay, an employee reacted aggressively, raised his voice, and told me to speak to a manager. Shockingly, even the front desk admitted the crew was "terrible with people" but "good at changing tires." That's simply not good enough. This is about the alignment side of the business. The tire side were great. . I was quoted roughly 1.75 hours of a wait. Which was fine. Last time they quoted me that they finished far quicker. 2 1/2 hrs later I'm still here. The cars around me had since switched out. I was sitting in my car since it was too hot to sit outside. They were aware I was in my vehicle. When I noticed that other cars were going ahead , the guy was saying oh "these other cars are waiting on the street". I called BS on that. If they were here before me, why were they not in the parking lot area? When he saw me he's like "oh you're next", these cars had to park on the street. No, no they didn't. Parking out here is extremely difficult. And if they were in fact here before me, why the hell did I get a park inside of the parking lot and they didn't??? Pretty damn sure they forgot about me.
