At the start of a road trip, our tire popped on the 101. We had purchased our tires from America's Tire in Chino Hills a couple years ago and were due for a new set. Luckily, we were 6 mins away from this America's Tires in Canoga Park. We slow rolled our car to there. The manager, Steve, and Cesar took us in immediately, advised us on our warranty policy for the popped tire and replaced a full set of EV Tesla Y compatible tires for such a reasonable price with insurance for the new set of tires we bought. Because there was a whole shopping center across the street, we went over to eat while our service was being done and enjoyed a nice lunch at North Italia while waiting. Walk-ins beware -- expect to wait 5+ hours. I came in as a walk-in at 8:00 AM on a Saturday and was the second walk-in customer. I ended up waiting over 5 hours before they even started working on my car. All I needed was a simple patch on my front driver-side tire because of a screw. I understand that appointments and other customers may take priority, but waiting over 5 hours for such a simple repair was extremely disappointing. If you're planning to come here as a walk-in, be prepared for a very long wait. Needless to say I won't be coming here again. read more

I've been coming to America's Tire here in Woodland Hills for years, and it's always a great experience. The guys here are very helpful, and they're not trying to upsell you on anything. I knew the tires that I initially wanted to get, but Travis was helpful and gave me another option, which turned out to be even better, so of course I went with his recommendation! The technician who worked on my car also made a couple of additional recommendations and made sure to let me know what they were doing and how long it would take. That's really cool. That's taking care of the customer, especially in this fast-paced world, and that goes a long way. Anyway, the pricing was excellent, the customer service was excellent, and I'm happy with the tires. I'll continue to go to America's Tire because they take care of me. Brought the car in to have one of the tires checked for a slow air leak and was quoted a 2-hour wait for the service to be completed. Since the car was in for service, we decided to replace an aging tire and have the tires rotated as well. The additional work didn't add any time to the estimated completion time, in fact they finished 20 minutes earlier than promised. The service was professional and efficient throughout. Pro-Tip: Purchase the tire insurance to cover future repairs or replacement due to nails, potholes and manufacturer defeats. I'm really confused with my service here. The staff is nice but something is lacking in the service and quality control department. I feel like they're moving so quickly to a point that they forget the simple details. I've been here in the past and went here again for a new car that needed tire rotation, balancing, air and wheel locks. They spent about 15mins on it and it was done...great! However, as I drove off, I realized that they didn't install my wheel locks or add air in the tires. (How is this even possible?) I drove back and mentioned that half the things were not done. It makes me worried that they didn't even rotate the tires or balance it if they're this careless? (Very concerning). Anyway, a guy apologized and got the car back in the bay and worked on it which I appreciate. I got home and one of the four lug nuts was missing. I was already at home so I don't bother going back a third time. This same thing happened the last time I was here with my other car. I'm really questioning if they actually service the tires if you don't buy new tires? I mean, does the customer have to watch to make sure everything is handled? Especially if you pay for the service? Concerning. I really hope this improves. If you go here, PLEASE double check to make sure everything was handled before driving off. read more

Needed a road-hazard tire replacement on my daughter's car. The big store chain we bought it from was giving her the run around, did not have that tire in stock, wouldn't let a "non-member" pick up the car, etc. such BS. Looked online then Called and this shop had the tire we needed. Turns out all the tires were on their last bit of tread, so we changed to a high rated but cheaper UHP all season tire set by Continental that were better suited to her driving needs and very strong wet and dry braking, ride quality and tread wear scores. I came in today for a single tire change and ended up feeling incredibly overwhelmed when I learned my car was actually in urgent need of safety repairs. I had no idea I was driving with a massive bubble on one of my tires which was a huge safety risk. The staff here was so patient in explaining why the other tire needed to be replaced as well and they truly prioritized my safety above everything else. I want to specifically highlight a young man who helped me. I believe his name was Bryce, but even if I have the name wrong, he is easy to spot because of his reddish hair. He was so incredibly kind and warm from start to finish. He addressed me by my name throughout the entire process which made me feel seen and respected rather than just another customer. That being said they did find that my tire was flat. Friday afternoon - as you can imagine I was in panic mode. Anthony D helped me. He was kind and patient and really went above and beyond. Honestly everyone I had an interaction with seemed like good guys. They hooked me up with a spare until I can get to the dealership where I have a warranty. I arrived at this location at a little after 9AM. I was helped and told my tire was not salvageable. I used my certificate to obtain a new tire. I was told the tire would come from another location by 12PM. I am currently still sitting at America's Tire at America's tire at 16H15. I have spent my entire day dealing with these due to someone's negligent estimates. And to top it all off, I have called at 13H30 for update on the tire being delivered and someone answer after a couple of minutes to then put me on hold again and proceed to leave me on hold for the next half hour. Said employee never announced who they were. They only said they would check and then someone else picked up half an hour later with no idea what I was calling about. I would like to receive a credit for this disaster of a day. I have been almost 1000$ for that set of tires. I have paid over $100 in certificates. I thought it was to make the process easier and have expediency not make this a hassle. All I was offered was a refund on the replacement tire's certificate. But that is not worth my lost wages being stuck here for 6+ hours. That's not worth the waste of having been on the phone due to an employees inability to communicate. I would like to see actual credit or compensation to at least replace the other tire as well. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend anyone to this establishment/company until I am appropriately compensated for this fiasco. read more

It is currently 11:54 and my car has not been touched to get an oil change however they have taken three different walk ins for tire changes. I have never waited this long for an oil change. It had been an hour now and my car is sitting in the exact same spot when I arrived at 10:48am. Very inconsiderate and frustrating. what is the point to make an appointment if they are going to prioritize walk ins over appointments. First Visit -- February 27, 2025 I brought my brand-new car in for a free tire rotation. The service advisor told me they do not offer free rotations and said he had been working there for five years. He insisted I needed both a rotation and balancing for $40. I told him that America's Tire advertises free rotations for passenger vehicles. While there, I called another America's Tire location, and they confirmed that free rotations are offered for any passenger vehicle, regardless of where the tires were purchased. After I asked that the policy be honored, the advisor said he thought I was requesting balancing, even though I had clearly stated the car and tires were brand new and there were no vibration issues. The free rotation was eventually performed, but only after significant pushback. Second Visit -- December 19, 2025 I brought my wife's brand-new car in for a free rotation. This time, they refused service, claiming the rear tire tread was too low at 4/32. I observed the technician measure the tire using a laser device aimed at the edge of the tire rather than the tread block. To verify, I purchased my own tread gauge and took the car to Costco Tire the same day. Costco measured the rear tires at 5.5/32 using a physical digital gauge. Conclusion On two separate visits, this location either did not follow company policy or provided inconsistent tread measurements that resulted in denial of a free rotation. Based on these experiences, I do not trust the accuracy of their assessments or their handling of advertised services and will not be returning. read more

I love this tire company because each shop has their own like employee family it seems like. They communicate with each other. I see how they interact with each other before and after work. It feels very at home when you come to them with a problem. The boys here are hilarious and they were all working and smiling when I pulled up absolutely distraught. I blew a tire from a pothole and had to call a bunch of different locations until they were finally able to get me in. It was so last minute and in the middle of rush-hour and they were able to get me a brand new tire even though the tow truck brought me pretty late. I'm so grateful that they were able to get me in because I would've had to spend the night in the car in the middle of nowhere if not. I checked in at the counter and was given a time when the job would be completed. The prices were very similar to those found at Costco, which is across the street. Christian was very friendly and professional. I went in because my check tire pressure light was on. He checked it and said "you're screwed" haha My tires had a screw in the middle of the tread! He said don't worry we'll fix it right up. He said he'd put my name in and someone would call me in but if they don't when he's done with the next car he'll take care of it himself. I found out he's a supervisor probably didn't have to take care of my tire for me but he did. Took care of my tire fixed it up and of course no charge because I bought the tires there.
