My tires on my minivan were 8 years old. going south through Denver one started to loose pressure. At Castle Pines I pulled off I-25 because the pressure was below 25 lbs. I got to Big O with about 9 lbs left. It was 3:45 PM I was heading to Rye CO to pick up my daughter's kids because of a fire evacuation notice. Justing met me at the front desk. He assured me that they would get me taken care of. My tires were an unusual size, they needed to get some from another store. He sent an employee to get them while they started removing the existing tires. In less that an our and a half they had 4 new tires on and checked the alignment, which was in good shape. Bought a set of Michelin Cross Climate 2 at Big O. Great experience! Worked with Justin Myers...Justin was professional and friendly...told Justin we were looking for a set of good all around tires that would work well in snow/wet conditions and after a few minutes of conversation he steered us to the Michelin CC2s. Whether intentional or not, Justin did a great wants and needs analysis. About the tires... A few days after getting the CC2s on my Mazda CX30, was caught in a snowstorm (2"+ of packed snow and whiteout conditions) between Pueblo, CO and Denver, CO (about 100 miles) on Hwy 25...terrible weather the entire drive, anybody that's driven this hwy during a snow storm knows it can be brutal...not one skid out, not one slip, not a single issue...was absolutely shocked as to how good these tires preformed, very very impressive! Five Stars - Exceptional Service at Closing Time On Saturday, July 19th, my car suddenly started making a loud metal scraping noise. After pulling over, we discovered a loose metal cover underneath the car that was dragging on the ground.
