If you want your oil change done wrong, go here. I recently changed oil in our vehicle after the last change done by Jiffy Lube -- my wife who knows nothing about cars decided to take it here instead of just letting me take care of it like I normally do. Jiffy Lube left the washer off the oil drain plug, then over-torqued it to make it not leak since the washer was missing! They also didn't bother opening the oil canister drain and replacing that O-ring like they were supposed to (WTH, the small o-ring COMES with the new filter -- guess they just threw it away?). Then adding insult to injury, they didn't bother resetting the maintenance interval. I ended up changing the oil with only 2000 miles because the oil change maintenance message came on. After I had changed the oil I pulled the sticker Jiffy Lube puts on the window and happened to look at it. Come on, resetting oil maintenance on vehicles with a maintenance computer is a STANDARD PART of an oil change! It's even called out in the maintenance manual. But hey, if they can't put on a drain plug washer -- and somehow think torquing down way beyond specs is OK...how could I expect them to do something simple like resetting computer? Go somewhere else. read more

Went in for an oil change and it took 15 minutes from walking in to leaving. Alex went over everything with me at the end and topped off wiper fluid, very thorough. Was about $120 for premium oil change, steeper than my home state but comparable to other Colorado oil change rates. read more

Came in for a regular oil change. Immediately after, I noticed my car was running rough and heard a strange sound coming from inside the hood that even the techs noticed... Turns out one of the techs drained all of my transmission fluid. Took it to a mechanic immediately and costed me hundreds of dollars. While I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and I'm sure it was an accident, no one should have to go through dealing with that. read more

We've had good luck at Jiffy Lube in the past, unfortunately Zachery tried to take advantage of my wife telling her she needed to replace her rear brakes immediately! While I appreciate the franchisee's (Griffin Fast Lube) attempt to make the situation right, they failed to read my email stating that I would never go to a Jiffy Lube again. This was obvious because their resolution was to offer me a free oil change. For future reference, the correct response is "We're sorry that your experience did not meet the standards to which we hold our locations. We will coach the team member responsible." As another Yelper used his name for a 5 star review, it seems equitable to name him for a 1 star review. The employee that called me a "motherf---er" is Brody. I went in because I had a flat tire. I left, with $1000 less still with a flat tire. No idea what they were charging me for other than all of their little upsells (like windshield wipers that don't even fit your car properly but they still just slap it on and call it good leaving you without a back windshield wiper the first time you use it). Horrible job at listening if you can't even fix the one thing I ask you to. I don't recommend getting work done here go somewhere else where they will listen to you about problems with your car. Want to give a huge shout out to the guys here at the castle rock meadows location. Came in 2 months ago to get an oil change and also new breaks installed. Yesterday I noticed some grinding in the front. Brought it in today and found the break pads to be defective. These guys went over and beyond and gave me a free oil change and also replaced the front pads and rotors at no cost. Great group of guys here for sure read more

I've been here twice and they are 0 for 2. Last time they spilled enough oil on the engine that after I parked in my garage it smelled like a Refinery fire and I had to drive back to get the engine cleaned. Tried again yesterday. Got up this am and there are large oil spots on my garage floor. Emailed them pictures and a note and no reply. I've never had this happen with any other oil change service and won't be seeing if they go 3 and out. read more

This is probably my first yelp review I've ever written. I travel the country in my truck and have never paid above $125.00 give or take for a simple oil change and fluid top off. Was expecting the same visiting this location and was met with a $240 bill with the only explanation that my oil cost more (had an oil change for $125 two months ago). The techs working on my truck were nothing but nice, but I'd take a long look at management and corporate prices being pushed from the store and above. Unsatisfactory. Don't go here. Went in for an oil change about 6 months ago and they said I needed my rear breaks fixed and that my front breaks would need to be replaced soon. They added a bunch of other things but I'm pretty handy myself so I knew how to replace that myself. Checked my breaks about a week later and they had more than enough padding. Just got my oil changed recently and had a wonderful experience at La Schwab. Pricing was great and they didn't try to sell me crap. They also said my breaks were just fine. read more

I have multiple vehicles and and made multiple visits here since they opened. I have had two poor experiences before today but they had seemed to be getting better so tried them again. Today reminded me that i was overly optimistic. I took my truck in and as they changed my oil filter could see the guy sticking a long metal rod down below the filter area struggling with something unrelated to my service. When all was done i pulled out of the bay and was driving away my steering wheel locked and wouldnt turn. Root cause? The the associate dropped a socket and left it somewhere in my engine compartment. He, knew he dropped the socket and it was still there and let me drive away. This could have caused major problems to not only my steering but my life had i made it out onto the freeway and not been able to control my vehicle. Seriously. I would never use these guys again. They spilled oil all over my engine so that the next morning it was all over my garage floor. They also told me that there was a leak in the oil differential cap. I took it to my mechanic the next day and he said the differential cap was loose. He tightened it and that was that. I then called to complain and they wanted me to bring it down there so they could inspect. No way. I sent an email to corporate who then called me and offered to refund my oil change. I agreed. They never refunded. Corporate also said the local franchisee would be calling me. They never did. This jiffy lube did not do a good job and didn't bother to follow up with me when I had complaints. Don't spend your money here, go to someplace that cares and will do a good job. read more

Ha, ha ha! Charged us $8 to remove the skid plate to change the oil! That's a first! I wouldn't recommend the location in Parker.

I'm a demanding customer when it comes to my vehicles, so it takes a lot to impress me, but his team operated like a well-oiled machine! Constant communication throughout the service, calling out torque specs from the computer console, reminding each other to do quality control checks...perhaps most important to me was that every socket used to reinstall lugs, drain pans, and other fasteners was attached to torque wrench. I normally do oil changes and tire rotations myself, not because I'm cheap, but because I don't trust anyone else to do it, but I was up against a deadline with a trip up the mountains hauling my travel trailer looming, so I took a chance. I was in and out quicker that it would have taken me to drive to the auto parts store and pick up oil. As long as I live in Castle Rock, I will be using this Jiffy Lube to do all my routine auto maintenance. read more

We pulled into the Castle rock location, after white knuckling it from our snowy/slushy drive up from the Springs. Our wiper fluid line froze and could not see out our windshield. Horrible service! Got there and there were two cars in front of me one of which was in a bay. They were waiting on a filter for the one in the bay so they finally opened another bay. I left after an hour and never got my oil changed. The one in the bay waiting for a filter that should "take around ten minutes" was still waiting and they finally opened another bay. This location has four bays and when I left there were four cars waiting. I'll not go back. read more

Rating to be determined. (I had to put some rating to post) I would like to do a real time review. Walk with me... I took my car to JL for brake work. It took so much longer than it should have. NOT their fault their supplier wasn't getting the parts to them. A week later it was done they called me and said the test drive went great and I could come get it. Went to get it and it was back in the garage with the hood open, it wouldn't start, not even with a jump. My car has never done this before. Managers suspicion was the timing belt broke. So he said he didn't have the tools to properly diagnose it. He told me he was going to have it towed to their Stapleton location, and that location would contact me. I would like to mention I have had service at the Castle Rock location 2 previous times and was completely happy. It has been 24 hours and no word from either Jiffy Lube locations. Unfortunately, I needed a new tire so they put on a spare and told me to drive to discount tire. They were so helpful and friendly that I will be taking my car back there for an oil change. read more
