So instead of going to the last shop where I had gone, I called Moreno (I've used them in the past for other glass) and they scheduled me in and I waited in their very nice customer area. Unlike the last shop, they had me wait for an hour for the adhesive to setup and harden sufficiently. WITHIN THE WEEK I got a new ding in the glass!! CC freeway!! I wasn't going to wait for any kind of growth of the ding and called Moreno. They had me come right in and they fixed it under warranty. I didn't even know it HAD a warranty!! I was ready to pay. They've got my business from here on out.

Update on July 19, 2017: On July 18, 2017, I had an appointment with Mo Glass to replace the windshield in my 2001 GMC pickup. I had used other glass shops in town but hadn't been happy with their work. My appointment at Mo Glass was for 8:00am. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that it would take two hours; one hour to replace the windshield and one hour for it to dry enough for the vehicle to be safely driven. At 10:00am I was on my way back home. They did a clean, professional job replacing the windshield. It looks great. They guarantee their work so even if something should go wrong, which I doubt it will, they'll fix it. I like to be able to wait while my car is being worked on. That way I don't have to have someone drive me back and forth and when the work is done, it's done. I was able to move along with the many other activities I had planned for the day. Once again, Mo Glass has come through for me. I highly recommend this glass shop. Give them a try --- you'll be very pleased.

When I first called for an appointment and asked for the cost of a Service B I got "It depends" and no amount. I was charged $175 for 4 spark plugs. Their labor costs are extremely high. Get a full written detailed estimate BEFORE you let them work on your car and make them stick to it. My bike still has a warranty and I live 10 minutes from them but I'll take it 2 hours away to another dealership before going to them ever again.

We got there and they said they would start it sometime that day and they had a staff meeting first thing. My first issue - why give us an appointment for 8am then have a meeting and not take us in. I think they finally pulled the RV in around 9-9:30am. They didn't have a lift for the RV so it was painfully slow removing the tires. Once the tires were off they informed us we would need new brake pads next time around. Then the Service Manager came out and told us we NEEDED new brake pads and rotors now. He called around all day and couldn't find what we needed (they're specialty pads). Once they got the tires rotated and started the alignment, he finally found the pads, but the tires were already on and it was the end of the day so.... Also, when they brought the RV down, it slammed pretty good and the plastic cover on the headlight came off. Our headlight now doesn't work. Be sure to get all pricing quotes IN WRITING. We watched another customer get double charged for something. He argued and they finally fixed it. When we got our bill, the pricing for the tire rotation was higher than what they told us. They did back it out and give us the price he originally said. Overall the work was good, and office staff was friendly. Just be aware of pricing and make sure to confirm the appointment time. We were there for over 8 hours (granted some of the time was waiting for the shop to find brake pads but still frustrating).
