My husband is law enforcement and works nights and off duty as often as possible so we intentionally scheduled for Monday. Anyway, he shows up there today (Tuesday) and the front staff lady is being rude because their system showed it was for a tire change?? Then tells him they won't get to the car for a few hours. This poor man is supposed to be sleeping from working and I'm home with children because the looks they give you for staying in their lobby especially with kids!! Why even make appointments?
