These people are horrible and don't deserve business. I had a scheduled appointment to do alignment, rotation, and (even though discount and other places do it for free or cheaper) a tire patch. I bought five years of unlimited alignments with BIG O, not a franchisee, with the company, as the store that I bought it with in AZ confirmed to both me and this shop. They claimed as a franchisee they don't have to honor it and wouldn't, which is not only nonsense but some nonsense I didn't need to wait and come in first thing in the morning to hear about (you didnt know you're scam artists that don't honor that deal when I made the appointment and told you about the 5 year program? You couldn't have avoided wasted hours of my time?). I was pretty livid about that but then what sealed it was when, without proper communication, they say my car is finished (I'm expecting now the rotation at least), and they tell me it will be $20 for the tire patch, because they wouldnt do the rotation (my practically new tires were "too worn" they claim which is BS and I know my stuff about tires, they're just trying to stick it to me because I wanted the deal honored). so I waited an hour and a half and paid $20 to get a patch I could have gotten for free. Their own company was telling them that covering such deals is part of the franchise agreement and they wouldn't listen to their own people and do the math that they're losing me and my business over something that actually only costs them a half hour of paying an employee, and that when it's their own company plus the customer on the other side, the customer and company are definitely "right" (even if technically they could decline to do the service by some fine print scam art) and should just be treated to an alignment. In March of 2026 I was under the impression that the axle of my 2016 Subaru Impreza needed to have work done on it I brought it to the Big o tire to see if they could check out what needed to be done and give me an estimate I got a call back that same day saying the axle had nothing wrong with it there was actually no reason for me to have brought the vehicle in as it was in good road condition I told the gentleman I had about a thousand dollars for upkeep maintenance I wanted to take the vehicle on the road out of here soon so if you could recommend some repairs I would go ahead and do them he said the only repairs that needed to be done in his recommendations were to replace the control arms I said okay for $1,000 that sounds like a good deal go ahead and replace the control arms I picked up the vehicle the next day that vehicle is not a daily driver it had sat in my parking lot for around a month once I started driving it again I heard a knocking sound every time I made a sharp turn every time I went over a bump I went to another mechanic to get a second opinion and he said for sure the sway bar was messed up during the replacement of the control arms he explained to me that they were supposed to address the sway bar as well as the control arms I brought it back to Big o tire where I explained to them situation the gentleman with all the neck and hand tattoos wearing the chains said that this for sure should be covered under the 12-month 12,000 mile warranty that Big o offers this is also the same thing that I was told once I called the corporate office over at big are they said to take it back to the original store and they should do the maintenance work completely for free the same day today May 11th 2026 I got a call back after I drop the vehicle off the gentleman with the hands and neck tattoos explain to me that the salesperson no longer works there who sold the work for the control arms it was his fault for not telling me that the sway bar also needs to be replaced during a control arm replacement the gentleman who works at Big o tires effectively told me the reason my sway bar is messed up is because they went ahead and replace the control arms without telling me that I needed to address the sway bar as well so effectively the reason that my car is not working properly is Big O's fault that same gentleman with the neck and hands tattoo gave me a call back at the end of the day was very rude continue to talk over me and tell me that he was going to charge me to get the sway bar worked on he was not going to quote give me any free work even though this work is completely covered under the I spent over $1,000 with these guys and was planning to come in to get more work done they treated me so poorly when this was clearly an issue that had happened because of them not knowing how to properly replace the control arm and or not getting me the information that I needed to make an informed decision as a consumer I will be contacting the corporate office and my lawyer to see if there is a lawsuit here I recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE THIS PLACE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!! read more

That's where Conor comes in: with a smile and a laid-back attitude, he welcomed me in and promised they'd take a look and would probably have me out of there in a half hour. This was minutes before the place was scheduled to close, and they weren't no means empty -- there were still several other customers in the lobby and 2-3 cars in line at the bay. I have taken my dream tow vehicle to Big O Tires exclusively for many years. Barring the odd bad day/incident, they've always looked after me consistently well, and a few times they've truly rescued me. About a year ago, I moved to a new part of the city and started going to the Englewood Big O. Dan and Connor have continued to look after me! They've kept a leaky tire on my vehicle for almost a year now, saving me quite a bit of money trying to replace it, etc. Despite their efforts, I think it may be time to replace the wheel (this is a 2011 VW Touareg with a replacement engine, so it may be quite some time before it gives up the ghost), as I suspect corrosion on the wheel may be why this tire (which doesn't seem to be having problems otherwise) consistently leaks. I will definitely be going back to this shop when it's time! read more

Waited 3.5 hours in the lobby for a single tire change. Nobody talked to me or called me or anything. Finally went up and asked them about it and they couldnt find my keys. At least they found it after another 10 minutes. Had a warranty on my tire, but the guy said it cant transfer over even though they did at another location and the guy said he was gonna call the other location for an invoice the day before. The worst tire experience I ever had these guys are horrible. EDIT: Thank you Joseph for reaching out and making the situation right. I had been bringing my transit van here for oil changes since I've owned it- about 2 years! If I bring my effing car for oil changes it is your effing job to tell me if I have any fluids that are low- like I just had an oil change less than 2 weeks ago! I pay you to look at that stuff so you can upsell me in a timely manner on preventative maintenance care! I've been without heat in my car for over a month- you tell me I need a new radiator and thermostat- you quote me over $1200- you refill the orange radiator fluid... you said the fluid was damn near dry- was it as low as my power steering fluid too? The tanks are transparent so you can see exactly where the levels are- like it takes 2 seconds to look and see the levels- 2 seconds! The supposed manager Conor Dascomb tells me the radiator is leaking but doesn't say from effing where only that "it's common among these cars with this mileage", they only did a basic free diagnosis of the issue bc they said a more in depth diagnosis would cost $150 for that service. So it is apparent to me that they didn't perform any actual tests but visually inspected- if they even visually inspected it at all? I think they just saw that the tank was alarmingly low on fluid- fluid I would expect you to top off or at the least verbally communicate the alarming next to none fluid that exists. You refill the orange antifreeze I drive 1mile home park and touch the tank 5hrs later. I drive to my personal 35year experienced mechanic 8miles away, he sticks his mirror down there and takes a gander around- we aren't effing leaking and there is no signs of leakage! Also my power steering fluid was below the Minimum line- worthless dump! Now that there is antifreeze in my car- the heat works excellent! Not a damn thing wrong with the thermostat- but that didn't stop you from telling me I needed a new one- see quote below for the thermostat quote $325! You said I should probably replace the thermostat at the same time as the radiator which you quoted $370 for ONlY the radiator- did you know that O'Reillys sells new radiators across the street for $187? That's damn near half your radiator quote! But if you had effing been topping off my fluids for the last effing 2 years and not intensionally tried to eff with my car so you could profit off a bigger problem that I entrusted you to do the basics! A effing joke this place- the mixture of incompetencies, dishonest, and pure complacency. You can hear grown men being absurdly loud, obnoxious, cussing profanity behind the lobby door. Not so professional huh, dont take much pride in your work, only interested in treating customers like CASH COWS, how many customers do you intentionally ignore maintenance to profit off really big problems? HOW MANY CUSTOMERS DO YOU FINANCIALLY RAPE EACH DAY? How'd you like to be reported to the BBB or other government agencies and get your ass shut down? read more

Hours are wrong on the website. Charged me an extra hour of labor for removing a subwoofer that I could not physically removed due to a ruptured disc in my spine. I understand that people need to be paid but this felt like a very petty thing to do, especially since I was visibly in pain at the shop. I almost had to lay down on the ground from pain while I was dropping it off. Then I get dropped off the next morning in Dumping rain when I got there "20 minutes early" (due to the hours being 2 hours off on the website and no one could even be bothered to let me in. 2 employees sat there doing everything in the world but making sure their customer standing in 46 degree blowing rain was taken care of. After I paid for my car I told their their hours were off on the website and he said "we told someone about that in February". So they KNEW their hours were wrong on the site and still kept me outside in the rain. It seems customer service is a dying concept in the world today, and obviously Big O is making no effort to improve that. Bummer too. I used this place in the past and liked it a lot. I will not ever be returning. My tire warning light went on and I could physically see my tire was low. I stopped in to this Big O Tire because I was in the area and always had good experiences at the Big O Tire in Arvada. Unfortunately, they found a nail where it could not be patched. Once I mentioned that all 4 tires are only 6 months old, the technician told me to check if I had a warranty. Luckily I did, but that meant I wasn't spending any money here. They still treated me with respect and installed my spare so I could get home. Thank you for your kindness! read more

Went in for a tire with low air pressure. Spoke with the service agent Jake who said there's a couple tickets in front of me and might be a little bit but they still got to my car in under an hour. I brought a couple wheels from my mom's old Corolla in to Big O after receiving very little help from another shop near by. I just needed new tires put on the two rims, as one of the wheels had been damaged after a curb apparently jumped out in front of her while she was driving! Lol Dennis was able to immediately assist me and had the correct size tires in stock. He advised it'd be a couple hours since they were busy, which was understandable. The technician in the back, Jaden, came out and said he'd have them done in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later they were done! Took in for an alignment and had to take it back because it was not done properly. When I picked up my car all my tires where inflated over 60 psi, the max for mi tires is 51 psi. Good thing I checked or all my tires could of blown while driving. Will not take my car here again. read more

I took my car to Big o after noticing a throttle control light on in the car was diagnosed and they told me I had to replace the throttle unit I paid over $700 and that was less than a month ago and now the light has come back on it took my car in there to get it fixed and was told to bring it back the next day I dropped it off yesterday and nobody worked on it all day Connor said he had to catch up on things that were left the night before I called today and Joseph told me he has to wait for the tech to get to the shop I called back and he says that he's only got one mechanic and so that leaves me hanging I'm waiting beyond belief to get my car running safe again and I've already paid for it now I'm sitting on my hands waiting for these folks to fix something that I already paid for! read more

I've had great experiences at this Big O. I came to big O after having been disappointed with discount tire and was not disappointed here. A lot of tire places have policies about what tires go where and why but if you're sitting at the bottom of a hill in a FWD car in snow and ice and can't get anywhere because discount tire's policy is the better tires go on the back and refused to do as the customer asked, it leaves a pretty big f*%# you flavor in your throat. (To be fair, since this experience with discount tire they seem to have let up on that and are listening more to customers, but too little too late.) Thankfully I haven't had this kind of resistance or a refusals to repair fixable tires like I had at discount. I've been coming to this one for my tire needs for a few years and they're excellent. As a full service shop they can also do the additional work (and more) related to tires, alignments and suspension work, etc. so this place outshines the tire-only shops. I think most places try to do what they can but some other chains just seem too busy to be able to care on a level these guys do. Keep up the good work, my friends! read more
