I came in for a flat tire, second one in 4 months. Was told flat couldn't be fixed and needed to replace. Also conveniently told that other two needed replacement. In hindsight I'm questioning everything this location told me, cabin filter, 2 new tires, etc. Obviously since unexpected cost I didn't have the money but was told they have a finance option, no affect to credit and set up as autopay. They did advise interest free if paid within 90 days BUT at no point told the interest rate was going to be 148.98%!! Obviously the reason I financed was because of budget but this is a just scam. I called store and told finance option is "to help" those that can't pay off but how is scamming people with 148.98% interest rates helping people, it's preying on those that can't and making a $1492.62 profit on a $669.02 purchase!!! Also silly me for not checking reviews before because I'm not even the first person to complain about this. Big-O shouldn't be doing business with these scammers but at minimum should let customers know those exorbitant interest rates. Ridiculous and everyone be aware!!! Double check what they say you need and don't finance with them under any circumstances! read more

So as we waited for the tow truck, my family and I frantically searched for a tire shop nearby as it was nearly 5 pm on a Saturday evening and many places were already closed or about to close, potentially stranding me for the rest of the weekend. But I found this Big O, saw they were open till 6, and gave them a call and asked them if they had my tire in stock and if they could install it for me.
